  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a robot that moves independently, communicates with a human, and explicitly extracts information from the human mind that is rarely expressed verbally. In a spoken dialog system for information collection, it is desirable to continue communicating with the user as long as possible, but not if the user does not wish to communicate. Therefore, the system should be able to terminate the communication before the user starts to object to using it. In this paper, to enable the construction of a decision model for a system to decide when to stop communicating with a human, we acquired speech and motion data from individuals who were asked many questions by another person. We then analyze their speech and body motion when they do not mind answering the questions, and also when they wish the questioning to cease. From the results, we can identify differences in speech power, length of pauses, speech rate, and body motion.

규칙성이 있는 수식을 소재로 한 교수단원 설계 연구 (A Design of Teaching Unit on Series of Number Sentences with Patterns.)

  • In this paper, a teaching unit on series of number sentences with patterns is designed according to Wittmann's perspectives. In this paper, series of number sentences wish patterns means number sentences in which some patterns are contained. especially, seven kinds of number sentences wish patterns are offered as basic materials, and fifteen tasks based on these basic materials are offered. These tasks are for ninth grade students and higher grade students. These tasks heap students to recognize patterns, and to understand mechanism underlying in those patterns by looking for patterns and proving whether these patterns are generally hold. As working on these tasks, students can reinforce meaning of algebraic expression, its manipulation, and concept of number series. Students also can reinforce mathematical thinking such as analogical thinking, deductive thinking, etc. In this point, this teaching unit reveal important objectives, contents, and Principles of mathematics education. This teaching unit can also be rich sources for student's activities. Especially, for each task's level is different, each student's personal ability is considered fully. Since teachers can know mathematical facet, psychological facet, and didactical facet holistically, this teaching unit can offer broad possibilities for experimental studies. SD, this leaching unit can be said to be substantial. In this paper, this leaching unit is not applied in classroom directly. Actually such applying in classroom is suggested as follow-up studies. By appling this teaching unit in various classroom, some effective informations for teaching this teaching unit and some particular phenomenons in those teaching processes can be identified, and this teaching unit can be revised to be better one.

Tru2Way기반의 사용자 맞춤형 EPG 서비스 구현 (Implementation of Personalized EPG Service based on Tru2Way)

  • 방송 기술의 발전은 기존의 아날로그 방송을 디지털 방송으로 전환시켰고, 그 결과 다수의 프로그램을 다중화(Multiplexing)하여 하나의 스트림(Stream) 으로 송출하는 것이 가능해짐에 따라 아날로그 방식으로 방송할 때보다 채널 수가 많이 늘어나게 되었다. 다채널 시청 환경에서 시청자가 원하는 프로그램을 찾을 수 있게 도와주는 역할을 하는 것이 EPG(Electronic Program Guide)이다. 기존의 지상파 위주의 방송에서 케이블 TV, 위성 방송, IP TV 서비스까지 지원되는 다매체 환경으로 방송기술의 발전이 급속히 변화하고 있는 상황에서는 제목, 장르, 날짜, WishList로 프로그램을 검색하는 기능을 갖는 기존의 EPG 시스템으로는 사용자에게 불편함을 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PSIP (Program and System Information Protocol)의 정보 변경을 활용하여 프로그램의 선호도에 따라 원의 크기가 다르게 표현되고, 프로그램 상영 시간이 임박해짐에 따라 표시된 화면이 진동되는 등의 직관적인 판단이 가능한 새로운 형태의 사용자 맞춤형 EPG 시스템을 구현하였다.

초등학교 설계를 위한 디자인게임 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Design Gaming Method for a Designing the Elementary School -Focused on Students' Preference of Physical Environments-)

  • The purpose of the study was to determine the way to improve the school environments especially focused on the elementary school through design gaming with children. Main purpose of the study was to establish the method to find how children experience school environments and the way to find their needs, feelings, and desires of the school facilities. The methods which have been used are design gaming consisted of picture card game, drawing favorable and unfavorable places, and making the wish list. 46 children in Seoul area participated in the study. The main physical environments which have been focused in the study are as follows; the type of classroom, atmosphere of library, indoor and outdoor leisure activity space, indoor and outdoor play area, and the pedestrian way from home to school and from school towards home. Quantitative and qualitative analysis were used to attempt to develop children's preference of each place and their wish about school environments. The results have been summarized based on the general preferences and differences of favorite and unfavorite places. The differences between grades and gender have also been discussed focused on the picture game and drawings of favorite and unfavorite places.

전문장례식장 조문공간 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study On the Organization of Condolent Space in funeral Ceremony Hall)

  • The purpose of this study is furnishing applicable data, in deviation from the conventional study of architectural planning, for funeral ceremony hall actually built as a various form. For that, this study performed analysis of condolent space, through dividing space into three phase which is planning unit, organizing unit and making layout as a general method of architectural planning steps. The results are as follows. Establishing spaces for bereaved family's rest in funeral space is also applicable, through the renovation, in case of A type u nit that is more than 25$m^2$. If wish to organize funeral space unit by monolithic space type at planning, than should be controle d size of unit so as not to excessive and if wish to organize by connection style and 1:1 separation style, than area of room where coffin is placed should be considered not overly lacking than condoler's waiting space. On arranging of middle corridor type should be controled scale of funeral space so that is not lacking than room where coffin is placed. In case of hall type, there are necessity to make area of condoler's waiting space do not excess than area of room where coffin is placed.

지문인식 시 융선 방향정보로부터 특이점의 추출 (The Extraction of the Singular Point from Ridge Direction Information for Fingerprint Recognition)

  • 방향 성분은 소벨(sobel)과 FFT 방법 등을 주로 사용한다. 소벨을 이용한 방법은 소벨 마스크의 복잡한 처리 과정과 대표 방향 성분을 추출하고자 할 때 픽셀별로 단위 벡터를 만들어 누적시킬 경우 낮은 대비 영상이나 높은 대비 영상이나 같은 값이 나오므로 기울기 크기를 누적할 수 없어 대표 방향을 설정하기 어렵다. FFT를 변환을 이용한 방법은 융선이 정확한 방향 성분을 가지는 경우에만 방향성 추출이 가능하며 별도의 방향 필터를 사용해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 위의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 이진화 된 영상을 세선화 한 후 픽셀 단위로 방향 성분을 추출하며, 8${\times}$8 픽셀크기의 블록 내에 존재하는 픽셀이 가지는 방향 성분 중 가장 많은 방향 성분을 융선의 대표 방향으로 추출하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다.

  • 문화콘텐츠산업에 있어서 만화가 원작콘텐츠로서 활성화되고 각광받기 위해서는 보다 체계적인 만화기획 및 제작 프로세스를 정립해야할 필요성이 있으며, 이론적인 체계와 분석기준을 통해 재미요소를 도출해내는 산업적 마인드를 가져야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 만화제작의 체계적인 프로세스를 정립하고 만화기획에 따른 프로세스별 만화의 구성요소를 도출하여 산업적인 효율성을 높이고자 하는 목적을 가진다. 그 결과 만화제작의 프로세스를 기초설정, 스토리 구성, 스토리텔링, 화면연출, 작화단계로 제시하였으며, 만화기획 단계별로 세부적인 구성요소와 결과물을 도출하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 사상 체질 분류를 음성 분석 정보값의 비교, 분석을 통해 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상체질의 객관적 지표를 마련하기 위한 전체 시스템 구성 중 1차 단계로써 피부 진단을 통한 소음인의 분류 과정과 연계하여 음성 신호 분석에서 발생하는 정보의 출력값에 의해 태음인을 분류하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 우선 각 사상 체질별로 뚜렷한 특징을 보유하고 있는 집단군을 구성하고 이들의 음성 특성을 분류하여 음성학적 요소를 추출하고자 한다. 또한 출력된 결과값을 토대로 체질 집단별 차이점과 유사점을 통하여 태음인을 분류하고자 한다. 끝으로 실험에 의해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

  • Last target of architectural acoustics is that people wish to convey voice effectively from the space adaptively in use purpose in building. But, to how exactly through space sound source that wish to deliver from indoor can be passed does quantification sound estimation method is proposing various kinds physical parameter to estimate degree of voice definition (Speech articulation) and reverberation. Result that evaluate sound source about MLS signal and Impluse signal by pistol in this treatise could know that converge in MLS and measurement error extent about reverberation time(RT) of sound benevolent person. And value is thought there is problem showing change irregularly about sound benevolent person of D50, C80 etc. Finally, in case is spread sound field in difference of sound pressure level, when measure about change of sound pressure level, sound benevolent person could know that there is no different effect.

Examination of Students' Perceptions of the Selection of Science Subjects in High School Credit System and Their Reasons for Selection

  • We investigated and analyzed students' perceptions of their choice of science subjects in the high school credit system and the reasons for their choice. To achieve this, the selection of science subjects was investigated for the second year of S high school over the past three years. Students selected an average of 1.54 science subjects, and it was found that the rate of selection of science subjects was gradually increasing by year. Students chose high in the order of life science I, earth science I, chemistry I, physics I, etc. in the science subject group. Students who wish to enter the natural and engineering fields chose life science I, chemistry I, physics I, etc., while, students who wish to enter the humanities society chose society and culture, life science I, ethics and thought, etc. On the other hand, the reason for choosing science subjects was 'related to college admission', followed by 'aptitude and interest', 'career and real life help', etc. physics I, chemistry I, etc., were high in the subjects selected according to the 'related to college admission'. The subjects selected according to 'aptitude and interest' were high in life science I, earth science I, etc. Physics I, chemistry I, etc. are recognized as subjects necessary for college entrance, and life science I, earth science I, etc., are found to be related to their interests and aptitudes.
