직업능력개발훈련 성과에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vocational Competency Development Training Performance)

  • In the case of incumbent training, unlike training for the unemployed, it is difficult to show the results of training. In this study, factors affecting the performance of vocational competency development training were selected and the main factors were derived. Data were collected through Focus Group Interview(FGI), and regression analysis was performed through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, empathy, training participation type, reliability, working experience, and training operation type were derived as factors affecting job satisfaction. did. Confidence and training participation patterns were derived as factors affecting training satisfaction, and the results showed that the larger the variable, the more positive it was. Therefore, as factors affecting the vocational competency development training performance, there are empathy, training participation type, reliability, work experience, training operation type, certainty, and training participation type. It was confirmed that the results had an effect.

  • As interest in vocational competency development projects increases, support is increasing. In this study, in order to study ways to improve participation in vocational competency development training, related factors are selected and the main factors influencing them are derived. The main factors were influencing factors were identified and ways to improve participation rate of vocational competency development were studied. Variables were selected through prior research, and data were collected and analyzed through in-depth group interviews. Based on factor analysis and reliability analysis, as a result of confirming the factors that influence the plan for improving participation in vocational competency development training by applying the backward stage selection (condition) method of logistic regression analysis, the case of respect for minorities in the 7-point Likert scale The closer to 7 was, the higher the probability of being classified as having never participated, and the other factors except minority respect, Likert scale closer to 7 indicates higher probability of bening classified as having never participated, except for the minority respect factor. Therefore, it was confirmed that lowering the scale of the factor of respect for minority, which is job satisfaction, and increasing the factors of individual characteristics such as annual salary and organizational commitment, training system for job satisfaction, and quality assurance have effects on improving participation rates in vocational competency development training.

고령자의 고용가능성 제고를 위한 직업훈련 참여 강화 방안 (Approaches to Enhance Older Adults' Employability through Vocational Training)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 65세 이상 고령자의 직업훈련 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하여 고령자의 고용가능성 제고하는 것이다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 고령층의 학력과 경제활동 상태가 직업훈련 참여에 영향을 미치며, 경제활동과 직업훈련은 고령자의 역량 개발과 고용가능성 증진에 밀접한 관련이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 고령자 중 상당 수가 근로를 계속 희망하며 이들의 경우, 직업훈련에 더 많이 참여하는데, 이는 고령자의 직업훈련 참여를 촉진하고 적합한 모델을 개발하는 것이 정책적으로 중요함을 시사한다. 로지스틱 회귀분석에서는 성별, 학력, 경제활동 여부, 근로 희망, 연금 수령액이 직업훈련 참여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었는데, 이를 통해 정부 지원 정책이나 저학력 고령자를 위한 구체적 대책을 수립할 필요성이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 연금 수령액이 낮을수록 직업훈련 참여를 촉진하는 접근이 요구된다는 점도 본 연구의 중요한 시사점이라 할 수 있다.

직업훈련교·강사 보수교육에 관한 인식 및 요구 조사 연구 (Survey on Perceptions and Demands of Vocational Training Teachers and Instructors)

  • 본 연구는 직업훈련기관장과 직업훈련교·강사를 대상으로 보수교육에 관한 요구를 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 보수교육의 운영방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직업훈련기관장 130명과 직업훈련교·강사 535명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과 두 그룹 모두 보수교육의 필요성에 대해 대부분의 응답자들이 공감하였으며, 신기술 습득 및 교사로서의 역랑 향상에 대한 교육니즈가 높았다. 또한 보수교육 참여를 위한 장려방안 및 보수교육 참여 장애요소에 대해서도 조사결과를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 보수교육 운영 방향성에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구의 의의는 우리나라의 개인주도훈련 제도와 현황을 검토하고, 고령자의 참여를 저해하는 요인이 무엇인지 확인하여 고령자의 노동시장 잔류 및 참여를 지원할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 인구고령화에 초점을 두고, 고용노동부의 개인주도 인적자원개발 정책인 국민내일배움카드제와 현행 고용보험제도를 살펴보고 고령자 직업훈련 참여의 현황과 이슈를 파악하였다. 그 결과 고령자 취업유지의 중요성과 고령자 개개인별 특성에 맞는 직업훈련 제공 및 전문적인 생애경력컨설팅의 필요성이 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 고령자의 개인주도훈련 활성화를 위한 제언으로 개인의 다양한 욕구를 기반으로 한 직업훈련의 다양성 제고, 생애주기별 관점에서의 전생에적 프로그램 운영, 국가 차원에서의 고령자 친화적 일터 조성 및 고령자의 자아실현을 위한 개인주도의 훈련 참여제고, 고령자의 고용 상담과 직업훈련의 연계 강화 등을 제시하였다.

여성 직업 교육프로그램실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구: 제주특별자치도를 중심으로 (Women's Vocational Training Programs and Satisfaction with the Programs in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province)

  • Although women's economic participation has been increasing in Korea, the utilization of educated women's labor is still low. Therefore, vocational training programs for women are both important and necessary. This study examines the vocational training programs for women offered by the three largest vocational training centers in Jeju: the Woman Resources Development Center, the Jeju Women's Development Center, and the Seogwipo City Women's Cultural Center. This study also analyzes the students' satisfaction with these vocational training programs and identifies the related variables that cause differences in their levels of satisfaction. The sample includes 397 respondents who were surveyed from June 23 to September 12, 2008. Moreover, the data are analyzed by conducting a one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Duncan's Multiple Range(DMR)test. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the vocational training programs in Jeju consist of lectures that cover various subjects. The programs mainly focus on work that offers relatively low wages and requires few skills, and the duration of the programs is short. Second, the original goal of the programs does not meet the needs of women who are seeking employment. The participants respond that they want more appropriate programs that are designed by considering their need for employment, support them in finding a job, and re-educate them. Third, most of the participants are satisfied with their vocational training experiences, and their satisfaction with the instructors is especially high. The differences in their levels of satisfaction are caused by economic characteristics such as the location of the student's residence, home ownership, and the level of life. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to separate vocational/employment training from general education for women. Moreover, the vocational training programs for women should be more specialized according to the different needs of each group.

직업능력개발훈련 만족도 향상을 위한 방안 연구 (A Study on Measures to Improve Satisfaction with Vocational Competency Development Training)

  • Currently, the budget for vocational competency development training has been expanded, but the number of participants has decreased. As the budget for the Vocational Competency Development Project increases, the participation of a large number of people becomes necessary. This study aims to derive factors that affect satisfaction by selecting factors related to respondent characteristics, training institutions, training types, and job performance for satisfaction with vocational competency development training, and to study ways to improve satisfaction. Data were collected through focus group interviews (FGI), and logistic regression analysis was conducted through feasibility review and reliability analysis. As a result, in the case of the model, it was confirmed that the degree of agreement between the case actually measured and the case predicted by the model was low in the Hosmer and Lemeshow test, but the overall classification accuracy was classified as 96.0% in the classification accuracy table. As for the influence of the factors, the result was derived that the application of knowledge technology, training institution facility equipment, Business Collaboration, long-term work plan, and satisfaction with work performed have an influence in the order.

Impact of Vocational Training on Wages of Ethnic Minority Labors in Vietnam

  • This research investigates the impact of vocational training on wages of ethnic minority labors in emerging countries; Vietnam is the case study. The study uses secondary data from 2014 to 2018 collected through Vietnam Household Living Standards Surveys (VHLSS) conducted by the General Statistics Office. In order to analyze the impact of vocational training on wages of ethnic minority areas in Vietnam, this research creates ethnic area variables. According to Vietnamese regulations, ethnic areas are communes of 51 different provinces, inhabited by ethnic minority people. The statistics from VHLSS in 2018, show that the proportion of labors of working age with a certificate was 22.5%. The research employs Heckman Sample Selection Model to estimate the impact of vocation training on wage of labors in ethnic minority areas. The results show that vocational training plays a crucial role in improving the wages of ethnic minorities and has a positive impact. However, apart from the achieved outcomes, vocational training and job creation for ethnic minorities are not without limitations and shortcomings. Based on the findings, some recommendations to ethnic minority labors, enterprises and the Government are proposed to encourage participation in vocational training for the purpose of promoting the efficiency of the labor market.

The Effects of Safety Training Involving Non-Destructive Testing Among Students at Specialized Vocational High Schools

  • Background: By examining the safety issues involved in on-site training sessions conducted at specialized vocational high schools, and by analyzing the effects of non-destructive testing (NDT) safety training, this study aims to contribute to ensuring the general safety of high school students. Materials and Methods: Students who expressed an interest in participation were surveyed regarding current NDT training practices, as well as NDT safety training. A total of 361 students from 4 schools participated in this study; 37.7% (136 students) were from the Seoul metropolitan area and 62.3% (225 students) were from other areas. Results and Discussion: Of the respondents, 2.2% (8 students) reported having engaged in NDT. As a result of safety training, statistically significant improvements were observed in most areas, except for individuals with previous NDT experience. The areas of improvement included safety awareness, acquisition of knowledge, subjective knowledge levels, objective knowledge levels, and adjustments to existing personal attitudes. Conclusion: Even at absolutely necessary observation-only training sessions, it is crucial that sufficient safety training and additional safety measures be adequately provided.

직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 자격연계형 마이크로 크리덴셜 적용 방안 (A Study on the Application of Micro-Credentials for Vocational Competency Development Training Teachers and Instructors)

  • 본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 보수교육과정을 살펴보고, 마이크로 크리덴셜을 적용하기 위한 방안을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 K대학교 능력교육개발원의 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 보수교육과정 현황, 마이크로 크리덴셜의 특징, 보수교육과정과 마이크로 크리덴셜의 연계가능성을 살펴보고, 스타훈련교사의 인터뷰를 실시하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 인증서에 대한 인식은 훈련과정 이수시 디지털 인증서인 디지털 크레딧, 디지털 뱃지 발급과 보수교육의 공인된 자격과정에 대한 인식은 대부분 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 보수교육의 마이크로 크리덴셜 적용방안으로 다양한 사례로 보수교육보다 혜택을 주는 방안, 보수교육의 체계화, 자격과정의 체계화 및 등급화, 자격과정의 학점화 등을 제안하였다. 둘째, 마이크로 크리덴셜을 적용한 보수교육 활용성 제고를 위한 제도적 보완장치로 NCS기반 전공 보수교육 확대 필요성, 효율적인 학습콘텐츠와 학습방법 제공, 최소 이수시간 설정 등을 언급하였다. 그리고, 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 이해도 제고방안으로 가장 많이 응답한 내용은 마이크로 크리덴셜 홍보방안이었다. 셋째, 보수교육기관과 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 역할에서 보수교육기관은 교육품질 유지에 대해 가장 많이 언급하고 있으며, 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 역할로 가장 많이 응답한 내용은 적극적 참여였다. 본 연구로 직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 보수교육과정과 마이크로 크리덴셜 간의 자격연계로 전문성 제고와 실무역량 이력 포트폴리오를 실질적으로 제공할 수 있는 직업훈련 환경구축을 기대한다.
