그래픽 프로그램을 이용한 조망권 분석기법 (Evaluation Methodology of View Right Using Graphic Programs)

  • Right of view out is one of the most important environmental factors that provide biological comfort and physical stability. Construction of high rise apartment buildings have caused to increase view obstruction cases and conflicts. Generally, when a field of a vision is completely blocked by other building, the percentage of a view is 0% and if the percentage is over 40%, it is regarded as acceptable. Autodesk VIZ program and the authors'-developed program were applied to evaluate a view right in apartment buildings and its effectiveness was verified by comparing computer simulation with actual photos.

학교주변 소음실태 분석에 관한 연구 -원주지역 학교를 중심으로- (A Study of Analysis on the Noise Aspect of School District -A Case Study of Wonju City-)

  • In this study, noise analyses were performed toward ten school and one library-building adjacent to road. In particular, noise levels measured in the case-study city were compared to those from environmental noise standard as well as to encouraged noise level. In the analyses, the following conclusions are emphasized in order to make comfortable educational learning environment. 1) When windows were open, the measured noise level of 9 schools exceeded the encouraged noise level. In order to mitigate the exceeded level, it is necessary to plant trees or lawn and install soundproofing wall. 2) When windows were closed, the measured noise level of the most schools showed lower than that of encouraged level. For sound insulation, installing both double window and casement window are required. 3) Schoolhouse's vertical arrangement from the road in order to minimize the expected noise effect, and provision of green space by which visual hiding as well as psychological comfort are presumably achieved.

  • Restaurant is a settign for est and social intercousrse fo rpeople in the cities, and is essential to provide its users with pleasant and comfort space. Color is used as a design tool which has most powerful effect to change the nature of a space and atmosphere, As a basic study for desirable environmental color for restaurant, this is studied mainly on the following discussion points. 1) Inportance of environmental color and its role in accordance with space characteristics as restaurant. 2) The psychological effects of color in the clinetes, color conditioning of the dining ares, problem of change in the appearance of color in the selection of materials and color harmony of total environments. 3) Prior to color planning in detail , the nature and characteristics each restaurant contains and their correlation with various locational , physical , social environmental , human variables have been analyzed. And the total atmosphere of the dining area as a place where the clients finally stay has been dealt with various visual , environmental and functional problems of color about fixed elements such as the wall. the floor, the ceiling and semifixed elements such as tables, chairs, etc.

  • Light is a critical element for people to live and do creative activities in residential buildings. Especially, light in dinning room is the most important thing for psychological and emotional effects but people are living under the poor light environment. Most people even isn't well aware of good lighting environment. Also, the domestic lighting designers just follow the Korean Standards illuminance but it isn't appropriate to our cultural and social sides. This study investigates illuminance and color temperature of dining tables, and also analyzed the results of those in actual residential buildings.

  • Korean sports fashion began after 1990. after 1960, using vinyl, leather, plastic & metal material, Yve st. Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Andre Courrges, they lead sportive look. Head of 20th century, fashion was lead by haute­couture, after 60s. It was changed to pret­a poter. Now it can be called of american casual & sports fashion. This study would be a view of modem fashion trend and process of visualization in the future. I studied in reproduction of view & age of hyper media with visual circumstance & artistic background and mordern fashion trend & sports fashion image in korea. In conclusion, sports fashion image as visualizing aesthetic concept of modern fashion be defined as technology for man, for instance comfort, function, flexibility, simplicity and minimalism. Specically, Sports fashion was began satisfied for function after 90s, we can see variety of easy wear, hip-hop casual, entertainment sports wear, new street sports wear, luxury sports wear.

  • Beauty of balance, can be found in antique furniture of the Joseon Dynasty. Balance, give comfort and peace of mind to people. Even today, the balance in various fields, it is easily viewed, and an important one element indispensable in the design. Various lighting is an essential element of the interior to create an atmosphere of space. It is also useful in a variety of ways for beauty, emotional effect, such as the switching of visual atmosphere. This design was designed with the concept of balanced. In addition, I have applied a simple graphic appearance. To give the fun and tension while giving it a well-balanced when you meet the figure. The design of this study is nothing more than a single direction. It will be in the traveling direction of the future as a designer by using a simple structure and phenomena that appear in life, is given to the design without the feeling of rejection to the user.

  • 양안식 3D 영상 시청 안정성에 대해 제기되고 있는 지속적인 이슈는 3D 영상 시장 활성화를 위해 반드시 선결 되어야 하는 과제이다. 최근, 이를 위해 양안식 3D 영상이 유발하는 시각적 불편함을 측정하고 이를 예측하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 양안식 3D 영상에서 시각적 불편함을 야기하는 문제 영역의 양안 시차 변화에 따른 주관적 시각적 불편함을 측정한다. 이를 통하여 양안식 3D 영상에서 시각적 불편함을 주는 문제 영역의 영상 특성이 시청자가 인지하는 시각 피로에 지배적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 실험적으로 증명한다.

  • During the last years demands for higher visual comfort, flexibility of the lighting system in new type of office structures, especially intelligent building, and compatibility with work at VDU place increased. At the same time better lighting conditions should be realized by energy-effective system leading to less consumption of energy. In the intelligent building need the now type of lighting control system, also it should be included for a human-sensibility. It is shown that when designing lighting for intelligent building, greater importances should be attached to the creation of a well-balanced luminance distribution in the field and research for the people by the Ergonomics Planning.

여성전문병원 병동부의 거주성 향상을 위한 건축 계획적 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning for the Habitability of Women's Hospital ward)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for architectural planning through survey about the ward of women's hospital. This study considered the concept of women's hospital through theoretical consideration and analysed a blueprint of 30 cases about typical plan type, the size and layout of patient-room, space allocation and circulation. And then a survey of patients has to identify their needs. Because the rate of composition of an upper grade patient-room in women's hospital is higher than that of general hospital to improve habitability in ward needs not only the importance of the planing of patient-room itself, but also providing a small courtyard, day-room between the patient-rooms or outdoor terrace. When patient moves it was provided visual comfort and strengthen social exchange. Also, physical environment has to reflect mother's psychological needs and diversity by individuality in unit is essential to planning.

  • Studies on daylighting of buildings have been continuously increased due to the recent escalating oil price and low-carbon strategies in developed countries. Daylighting of buildings not only saves electric energy, but provide the occupants with a comfort visual environment. Atrium spaces are adopted by many modern buildings to improve daylight performance of deep interior spaces. Among the various types of atria, the four-sided type atrium is frequently adopted by library buildings, governmental buildings and office buildings. This study aims to suggest daylighting design data for adjacent occupied spaces by conducting dynamic simulations using Daysim program. Daylight Factor(DF), Daylight Autonomy(DA) and Useful Daylight Illuminance(UDI) levels for 12 measurement points in adjacent occupied spaces were calculated for square-shape four-sided atria with different SAR(Section Aspect Ratio) and different canopy transmittance.
