본 연구는 조직 구성원의 지식공유 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 여러 선행연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 개인적 성과기대, 업무-기술 적합성, 보상, 공유된 비전, 지식공유의 유용성, 최고경영자 지원, 조직문화, 조직몰입, KMS 자기효능 등을 각각 도출하였으며, 이들의 영향력 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 업무-기술 적합성과 지각된 보상 그리고 지식공유의 유용성이 지식공유 활동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 점을 확인할 수 있었으며, 개인적 성과기대와 공유된 비전의 직접적인 영향력은 확인하지 못하였다. 그러나 개인적 성과기대는 업무-기술 적합성을 경유한 간접적인 효과가, 공유된 비전은 지식공유의 유용성을 경유한 간접적인 효과가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 조직적 특성으로 설정한 최고경영자 지원과 조직문화, 개인적 특성으로 설정한 조직몰입과 KMS 자기효능 역시 지식공유 활동 촉진요인을 경유하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과들은 기업내 조직구성원의 지식공유 활동의 활성화를 위한 기업 전략 수립과정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

The knowledge society has come to where the knowledge is the source of wealth contrary to the traditional era that labor and capital were the source of wealth. Thus, corporate is accelerating to introduce the knowledge management and to establish the knowledge management system (KMS) in order to effectively manage the knowledge that can be the source of their competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors which affect knowledge sharing and to prove empirically their relationships with the KMS performance. A survey was conducted and data were collected from 220 respondents of 19 organizations which have adopted KMS. Research model and related hypotheses were tested using PLS Graph 3.0. As a result of data analysis, seven hypotheses out of eleven hypotheses were supported. In particular, knowledge sharing is significantly influenced by those knowledge sharing factors such as openness, trust, training, reward system, perceived usefulness, and communication channel. Also, individual impact is significantly affected by knowledge sharing. This study is expected to provide a sound basis for understanding the importance of knowledge sharing to gain organizational as well as individual competitiveness and exploring ways to effectively share knowledge through enhancing the use of KMS in organizations.

기업이 계속 존속하기 위해서는 조직구성원들이 가진 지식을 공유할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다. 그러나 조직 내의 개인들이 가치 있는 지식을 공유하도록 동기부여하는 최선의 이슈는 아직 완전히 해결되지 않고 있다. 이 연구는 지식경영시스템에서 조직구성원들이 지식을 공유하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위해 수정기술수용모형에 외부변수로 조직문화와 시스템품질을 추가한 구조방정식모형을 연구모형으로 제시하고 검정하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 수정기술수용모형은 적용가능성이 입증되었고, 경영층 지원, 보상시스템 및 조직분위기 등으로 측정한 조직문화는 지각된 유용성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고, 또한 기술요인으로 제시한 시스템품질은 이용편리성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직은화와 시스템품질은 지각된 유용성과 태도를 통해 지식공유의도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석결과를 바탕으로 토의와 함의를 제시하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learning expectation and perceived knowledge sharing on user satisfaction and IS continuance in the Korean Army which is currently using the Regiments' Information System to help their Integrated Administration Management. Based on both the Information System(IS) Continuance Model and IS Success Model, this study also examine the role of system quality on user satisfaction. We develop a research model(structural equation model) and its hypotheses that learning expectation, perceived knowledge sharing, and system quality increase users' satisfaction, which leads to IS continuance. The effect of learning expectation on perceived knowledge sharing is also hypothesized. Design/methodology/approach Online Survey using e-mails was administered to test our research model and associated hypotheses. Among the 360 e-mail letters including our survey questionnaire, 285 responses were collected via e-mails. Meaningful 225 cases were analyzed for our study. SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 were used to analyze both measuremant test and hyotheses test by using the data set. Findings Survey results show that learning expectation(confirmation variable), learning expectation, perceived knowledge sharing(a perceived usefulness variable), and system quality(a system characteristic) each increases user satisfaction, which leads to IS continuance, under the control of the effect of habit to use information systems. Learning expectation also has a positive influence on perceived knowledge sharing. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.

Since online knowledge networks usually consist of a larger, loosely knit, and geographically distributed group of "strangers" who may not know each other very well, members may not willingly share their knowledge with others. In order to address this challenge, this study looks Into the factors that are expected to affect knowledge sharing in an online knowledge network. For empirical validation, we choose "the global network of Korean scientists and engineers (KOSEN)" as one of the best practices of online knowledge networks. By using the archival, network, and survey data, we validate two models of knowledge sharing in sequence (i.e., knowledge contribution and knowledge utilization models) and then discuss the results. The findings of this study show that individuals not only contribute but also utilize knowledge in an online knowledge network when they are structurally embedded and perceive a strong reciprocity. In the network. In addition, taking pleasure in helping is found to positively affect knowledge contribution, whereas perceiving usefulness is found to Influence knowledge utilization. Contributions of this study and future research opportunities are also discussed.

Purpose: This study was done to develop and implement the Nursing KMS (knowledge management system) in order to improve knowledge sharing and creation among clinical nurses in outpatient departments. Methods: This study was a methodological research using the 'System Development Life Cycle': consisting of planning, analyzing, design, implementation, and evaluation. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was applied to establish nurse requirements and to identify important design requirements. Participants were 32 nurses and for evaluation data were collected pre and post intervention at K Hospital in Seoul, a tertiary hospital with over 1,000 beds. Results: The Nursing KMS was built using a Linux-based operating system, Oracle DBMS, and Java 1.6 web programming tools. The system was implemented as a sub-system of the hospital information system. There was statistically significant differences in the sharing of knowledge but creating of knowledge was no statistically meaningful difference observed. In terms of satisfaction with the system, system efficiency ranked first followed by system convenience, information suitability and information usefulness. Conclusion: The results indicate that the use of Nursing KMS increases nurses' knowledge sharing and can contribute to increased quality of nursing knowledge and provide more opportunities for nurses to gain expertise from knowledge shared among nurses.

지식 공유 라이브 방송의 출현은 라이브 방송 플랫폼에 더 많은 다원화적인 내용을 제공하였다. 지식 공유 라이브 방송 사용자의 사용 의향에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하면 인터넷 라이브 방송 플랫폼으로 하여금 이러한 내용에 관심을 가지는 사용자의 사용 특징을 더 잘 이해하게 할 수 있다. 또한 플랫폼 운영업체에 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하여 라이브 방송 플랫폼의 혁신에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 TAM모델을 기반으로 설문조사와 구조방정식 모형을 이용해 지식 공유 라이브 방송 중 사용자 의향에 대한 영향 요인에 관한 개념 모형을 구축하고 지식 사용자의 영향 요인 모형에 대해 실증 분석을 진행한다. 데이터 분석 결과에 따르면, 사용자가 지식 공유 라이브 방송 태도에 미치는 유의한 영향은 지각된 유용성이고 다음은 몰입 체험이며, 지각된 가치는 사용자 태도와 사용 의향에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 사용자 태도의 긍정적 영향은 사용자의 사용 의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Increasing product variety based on product family and product platform provides a company with a competitive advantage over its competitors. As products become more complex, short-life cycled and customized, the design efforts require more knowledge-intensive, collaborative and coordinating efforts for information sharing. By sharing knowledge, information, component and process across different families of products, the product realization process will be more efficient, cost-effective and quick-responsive. Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is used for analyzing data and forming semantic structures that are formal abstractions of concepts of human thoughts. A Web Ontology Language (OWL) is designed for applications that need to process the content of information instead of simply presenting information to humans. OWL also captures the evolution of different components of the product family. The purpose of this paper is to develop product variety modeling to increase the usefulness of common platform. In constructing and analyzing product ontology, FCA is adopted for conceptual knowledge processing. For the selected product family, product variety Ontology is constructed and implemented using prot$\'{e}$g$\'{e}$-2000.

온라인 공간에서의 정보 및 지식에 대한 공유활동은 매우 활발하기 진행되고 있으며, 많은 인터넷 이용자들이 자신이 필요한 정보나 지식을 카페, 블로그 등과 같은 온라인 전자공간에서 공유하며 이용하고 있다. 온라인 전자공간에서 자신이 필요한 정보나 지식을 공유하는 공간으로 사용되는 가상커뮤니티는 이용자간 온라인 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 사용될 뿐만 아니라 가상공간을 이용한 정보 및 지식공유의 장으로서 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 국내의 경우 다음, 네이버, 파란, 네이트 등 중요 포털사이트들은 사용자들의 편의제공목적은 물론이고, 주요 포털 사이트 이용자들이 가지고 있는 각종 정보 및 지식공유를 위한 수단으로 가상 커뮤니티를 이용하고 있으며, 실제로 많은 인터넷 이용자들이 자신의 관심사나 관심분야와 관련한 가상커뮤니티를 통해 많은 정보와 지식을 공유하고 있다. 가상 커뮤니티의 성공적 운영을 위한 연구들이 수행되어오고 있지만, 보다 세밀한 연구수행이 필요한 시점이며, 이에 본 연구에서는 가상 커뮤니티 이용자들이 지각한 특성들이 이용자 태도, 커뮤니티 신뢰, 만족을 경유하여 충성도에 미치는 영향력 과정을 여러 선행연구로부터 도출하고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 가상커뮤니티 유용성과 편리성 그리고 친숙성이 이용자 태도를 경유하여 만족과 충성도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였으며, 구성원 신뢰와 커뮤니티 명성이 커뮤니티에 대한 신뢰, 만족, 충성도에 각각 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 추후 가상커뮤니티를 운영하는 기업의 전략수립에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

지식관리가 조직 성과에 중요한 조건으로 인식되면서, 조직들은 지식관리 정책 및 기술에 대한 투자를 증가시키고 있다. 지식관리가 성과를 도출하기 위해서는 개인이 보유하고 있는 좋은 지식을 지속해서 공유하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 개인의 지식관리시스템을 통한 지식공유 의도에 미치는 긍정적, 부정적 원인을 제시하고, 조직 공유 분위기가 미치는 영향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 선행연구를 통하여 연구 모델 및 가설을 제시하였으며, 지식관리시스템을 도입한 조직에 근무하는 조직원을 대상으로 설문지 기법을 통해 417개의 표본을 확보하였다. 그리고 구조방정식모델링을 실시하여 가설 검증을 하였다. 분석 결과, 지식관리시스템에 대한 유용성과 이용 용이성이 지식공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 업무 갈등과 모호성이 부정적 영향을 주었다. 지식공유 분위기는 기술수용모델과 업무 스트레스에 각각 선행 요인으로서 영향을 주었다. 또한, 업무 스트레스는 유용성과 이용 용이성의 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하였다. 결과는 지식관리시스템 도입 시 고려해야 할 개인의 긍정적, 부정적 동기를 제시하였으며, 조직 차원에서 추진해야 할 방향성을 제시한 것에서 시사점을 가진다.
