Purpose - This study aims to identify new attributes by analyzing reviews conducted by global automaker customers and to examine the influence of these attributes on satisfaction ratings in the U.S. automobile sales market. The present study used J.D. Power for customer responses, which is the largest online review site in the USA. Design/methodology - Automobile customer reviews are valid data available to analyze the brand personality of the automaker. This study collected 2,998 survey responses from automobile companies in the U.S. automobile sales market. Keyword analysis, topic modeling, and the multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Findings - Using topic modeling, the author analyzed 2,998 responses of the U.S. automobile brands. As a result, Topic 1 (Competence), Topic 5 (Sincerity), and Topic 6 (Prestige) attributes had positive effects, and Topic 2 (Sophistication) had a negative effect on overall customer responses. Topic 4 (Conspicuousness) did not have any statistical effect on this research. Topic 1, Topic 5, and Topic 6 factors also show the importance of buying factors. This present study has contributed to identifying a new attribute, personality. These findings will help global automakers better understand the impacts of Topic 1, Topic 5, and Topic 6 on purchasing a car. Originality/value - Contrary to a traditional approach to brand analysis using questionnaire survey methods, this study analyzed customer reviews using text mining. This study is timely research since a big data analysis is employed in order to identify direct responses to customers in the future.

본 연구는 코스닥시장에서 합병기업을 대상으로 연구의 결과 첫째, 합병공시효과검증에서는 공시시점에서 정(+)의 누적초과수익률로서 기업가치증가로 해석할 수 있으나, 장기간에서는 상반된 결과가 도출되었다. 둘째, 합병으로 인해 일반기업의 가치증가가 벤처기업보다 높다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 과거성과가 높은 glamour 기업보다 과거 성과가 좋지 않은 value기업이 합병 후 성과가 높아진다는 성과추정가설이 성립한다. 넷째, 소규모기업의 누적초과수익률이 대규모기업의 누적초과수익률을 초과함으로서 합병으로 인한 규모효과(size effect)가 존재하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 다섯째, 운영성과 검증에서는 합병시점에서는 대부분의 변수가 정(+)의 값이나 합병 후 음(-)의 값을 보였다. 이런 결과는 코스닥 시장에서의 합병이 경제적 논리보다는 재무적 논리에 바탕을 두고 있다고 평가함으로서 기업가치가 하락하는 것으로 추정된다.

Belt Integrated Seat(BIS) has many advantages compared to the existing seats. Due to the development of materials and manufacturing technology, BIS, which has been used restrictely in the past, has gone through a rapid growth. As a result, its advantages have gained attention and the possibility of replacing the existing seats has grown. The need to develop BIS has risen and presently joint development with associated industries is in progress. For its first goal, the development and research of Recliner sensor has been selected. Recliner sensor is an essential part of the BIS in which the belt is incorporated onto the seat. In seat-belts, there is an inclination sensor which locks the belt according to the angle of a car. Because the inclination sensor can change frequently depending on the back of seat, a device which can enhance the inclination sensor according to the angle of the back of seat. It is the Recliner sensor that play's this role. Studies on Recliner sensor within and outside Korea has not yet made a salient progress, and due to this fact, the joint development has made a start by benchmarking other company's products. Currently, in other to set the course of the development, a research in patents and various other information is being done. In addition, for the purpose of developing a product which will be compatible with the existing products, a prototype will be made and tested before a new product makes its launching on the market.

The study had subject to find out what factors Korean automobile consumer is considering in their decision to purchase cars in the situation of the growing competition in the domestic automobile market. In order to this end, the previous study was reviewed to select various factors considered in the process of buying cars. Based on this, Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to prioritize which factors were considered more important by consumers. In the result of study, we could find that performance had the highest priority, and the second ranking was the price. In contrast, image of brand and convenience of maintenance were shown to be relatively low in importance, ranking $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$, respectively. Beside, we could recognized the ranking of other detailed factors. This study has an academic implication in that it is able to grasp the latest tendency of consumers' purchase choice of car and to make conclusion by applying AHP analysis method to study of related subject. It also have practical significance that can be a basis for make sense what factors should be taken by the automobile industry to uprise the purchase of the consumers through the identification and preparation of the purchase selection criteria of domestic automobile buyers.

Yearly world vehicle production has continued to increase, and the global seaborne trade volumes also are recovering. Based on these positive trends, as demand for cargo ships increases in the freight transportation market, Pure car and truck carriers (PCTCs) with large gaps between decks continue to be ordered. The structural analysis of the cargo hold was performed in order to confirm its structural safety in accordance with the guidance for the direct strength assessment of the Korean Register (KR) of Shipping. And, according to the type of cargo, the maximum deflection and structurally weak area that occurred in deck 5 was confirmed. Also, it was found that the weight of the cargo had a significant effect on the deck, the primary members of the deck's structure, and pillars. The results of the structural analysis conducted in this study were added to the existing cargo load planning software. This was done so that the prediction of the maximum stress and the deflection of the deck based on the information about the cargo could be confirmed quickly. In addition, the data will be used as the basic data for rapid information management response to changes in cargo items.

차량용 블랙박스는 차량의 운행기록 및 상태를 실시간으로 기록하는 장치이다. 일상생활에서 많이 사용되면서 다양한 장소, 시간, 다방면에서 촬영된 영상 데이터는 수사 과정에서 그 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 블랙박스는 제조사에 따라 데이터를 저장하는 방식이 상이하여 데이터를 확인하기 위해서는 제조사가 제공하는 전용분석도구를 사용해야 한다. 하지만 전용분석도구는 특정 모델에 대해 의존적이며 기능이 상이하다는 단점과 제조사가 폐업할 경우 전용분석도구를 구할 수 없다는 문제로 인하여 디지털 포렌식 수사 과정에서 어려움이 발생 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 판매되고 있는 블랙박스를 선정하여 모델별 데이터 저장 구조를 분석하고 제조사에서 제공하는 전용분석 도구의 기능과 한계점을 확인하였으며 연구 결과를 바탕으로 포렌식 분석도구에 요구되는 기능을 도출하고 포렌식 분석도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 도서 지역 화물 및 승객 운송을 맡은 연안 항해용 친환경 차도선을 개발하면서, 검토된 주요 결과들에 대해서 논의한다. 시장에서의 경제성을 확보하기 위하여, 폭 19 m를 최종 개발모델 및 갑판면적에 많은 차량이 배치되도록 고려하였다. 조파저항 감소를 위해 선형 형상은 "V"에 선수벌수를 접목하였으며, 수치해석을 통해 개발 선박의 유체역학적 성능을 확인하였다. 선가를 직접 결정짓는 선각 중량을 감소하기 위하여, 최적화 전문 프로그램에 내재된 다목적 최적화 방법인 파레토 시뮬레이트 어닐링을 활용하여 약 3.9 %의 중량 절감을 달성하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 도출된 주요 결과들은 추후 쌍동형 차도선 관련 연구를 수행하는 엔지니어와 관련 산업에 좋은 선례가 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 초연결 산업분야 자율주행차, 커넥티드카의 핵심기술인 차량內 이더넷 네트워크 기술을 대상으로 수익접근법과 IITP 실무가이드 기반 기술가치 모델을 제시하고 제품의 시장규모, 기술의 시장규모 및 시장가치를 평가하는 것이다. 기술평가를 위한 차량內 네트워크, 이더넷 기술, 이더넷 포트 수, 포트 가격, 그리고 어플리케이션 데이터는 글로벌 시장조사기관들이 출처이다. 기업의 매출원가, 판관비, 운전자금 소요율, 자본적지출 등 산정을 위한 재무상태표 및 손익계산서 데이터는 한국은행 기업경영분석보고서를 활용한다. 연구결과에 의하면 기술의 경제적 수명주기 7년 동안 제품시장 규모는 4,703억불, 기술시장 규모는 521억불로 산정되었다. 시장진입 가능성을 반영한 기술시장 가치는 2.6억불로 평가되었고, 기업경영분석보고서를 반영한 경우에는 한국은행 전체평균 및 IITP 하위 25% 수준에서 각각 -27.8백만불, -73.6백만불, IITP 전체평균 및 상위 25%에서는 각각 0.7백만불, 40.2백만불로 평가되었다. 이는 매출대비 원가 비중이 높은 기업 R&D 수행시 정부의 정책지원 뒷받침이 필요함을 함의한다. 본 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명 시대 산업인터넷 분야 시장수요 기반 ICT R&D 기술평가에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is for the development of C.B.D. residential land that is available in the changeable housing market and urban planning paradigm. The results are as follows. First, we developed a Logit model to analyzed the suitable resident for living downtown and we used several variables in the model such as their living place, the location of their works, in come according to sex and age, and whether they have a car or not. Second, in analysis for the suitable residents using the Logit model, the main demanders who live in C.B.D. or have a job there and the young and old were chosen, Third, it shows that the suitable residents prefer semi-C.B.D. because it has convenient accessibility to C.B.D. rater quickly (in ten minutes). They prefer apartment and Mixed-Use building. Fourth, there are much residential land in semi-C.B.D. (63.7%) so as to support enough land in ease of redevelopment. The land price is tremendously low compared to that of land for business or for C.B.D.

Nowadays, because of the frequent market change and variable customer's requirements, product's life-circle is becoming shorter. So, automobile companies are forced to rapidly develop new products and efficiently reduce both manufacturing lead time and cost, with the world level quality. Among them, Press Die is not only just a bottle neck but also an important resource exerting certain effect in quality of car body appearance. Since 2000, due to efforts to reduce the time of design phase, many companies have used 3D design methods. Actually the method didn't reduce the period of design because the company didn't develop the best practice. This paper wish to solve this problem by modular based hybrid dies template.
