As a rise in national income has resulted in the growth in tourism demand, many studies on developing and managing tourism resources were publicized. In this context, this study was conducted to analyze the demand and willingness to pay(WTP) using contingent valuation method for agricultural experience of Daegu Urban Agriculture Park and to suggest a proper participation fee. The survey targeting Daegu citizens was performed, and we obtained 346 valid samples. We carried out the logistic analysis and figured out that sex, age, education and alienation area for urban agriculture affected to probability of agricultural experience participation. As the result of estimating willingness to pay(WTP), the measured range with this samples was from 6,052 to 16,436won. Finally, we also attained 25,000won as the proper participation fee which enables maximum revenue by conducting the scenario analysis. These findings are important in setting up the construction plan and pricing the appropriate participation fee for Daegu Urban Agriculture Park.
The Purpose of this paper is to estimates consumers' willingness to pay for Urban Agriculture Park attributes. we analysis the marginal WTP by choice experiment method. Choice experiment (CE) is designed to elicit the marginal WTP differences among urban agriculture park attributes (garden scales, learning and experience area, leisure and relaxation area and fund). The results of multinomial logit model are meaningful, the total marginal WTP on the urban agriculture park attributes is 18,852 won. gardens scales is 2,949 won, learning and experience area is 11,284 won, leisure and relaxation area is 4,619 won. In the current laws, the facilities related to urban agriculture park is not. Taking advantage of the new urban agriculture park, Amendments of the law is required.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of urban forest and school forest experience programs on attitude toward the forest, psychological well-being, and stress of high school students. The subjects of this study were 26 students from a high school located in B-dong in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. They were divided into the experimental groups participating in urban forest experience and the control groups participating in school forests experience. Each group participated in the five weekly two-hour long forest experience program. We conducted a pre- and post-experience questionnaire surveys using the scale of environmental attitude toward the forest, the scale of psychological well-being, and the scale of academic stress to observe mental and psychological changes of the high school students. Data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 program and a Wilcoxon sign rank test. There was a significant increase in the attitude toward forests of high school students participating in the forest experience programs. The groups participating in the school forest experience showed an increase in the psychological well-being although it was not statistically significant, and the groups participating in the urban forest experience showed a statistically significant increase, indicating that the forest experience affected the psychological well-being of the high school students. The groups participating in the school forest experience showed a decrease in the academic stress although it was not statistically significant, and the groups participating in the urban forest experience showed a statistically significant decrease, indicating that the forest experience affected the academic stress of the high school students.
This study focused on relationships among leisure involvement, experience quality and behavioral intention in the urban parks. A total of 335 were collected, and during the data refinement process, 39 questionnaires were eliminated from the study due to partial and inconsistent responses. thus leading to 296 usable questionnaires out of 335. In the final result, 296 questionnaires were coded for the analysis purpose. The hypothesized conceptual model was used to analyze the Descriptive Analysis and Frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 24.0. The result indicated this: residents' experience quality in urban parks depends on more attraction and centrality of leisure involvement than on the self-experience quality of leisure involvement. The results of this study also indicate that not all experience dimensions are important for resulting in positive behavioral intentions to urban parks. The quality of education, esthetic, and escape experience showed a significant predictor of behavioral intentions, while the quality of entertainment experience did not show a significant positive relationship with behavioral intentions.

The purpose of this study were to classify the Y/N in participating the urban farming and to analyze the intention in farm village experience tourism, reason to participate and non-participation, the positive image and negative image between the urbanite group experience in urban farming and the other group that does not experience it. Questionnaire was implemented to the metropolitan urbanite who visited exemplary field farmhouse and urban recreation space to analyze the comparison of groups that experience or do not experience urban farming. The result of this research is as follows: first, experiencing urban farming are relatively less in willingness to participate in the farm village tourism experience than those who do not experience it. Second, the largest reason to participate in farm village tourism experience is found to be the natural environment of farm village tourism experience that is different from that of the city and the effect on children's education. Third, most answers on the reason for not participating in farm village tourism experience is because of the busy daily life. Fourth, urbanite have positive image in general about farm village tourism experience. Especially, when the comparison between the groups was made, it was showed that the difference in understanding the crops growing and the natural environment difference in the city. Fifth, about the negative image on the farm village tourism experience, it showed the difference in understanding the unfamiliar scenery, shortage of eye catching and fun, and the necessity and cost between the groups. Consequently, this study may be significant in the recognition of the farm village tourism experience on urbanite were checked, it was revealed that Y/N experience in the urban farming made negative influence to the willing.
This study is aimed to examine the characteristics of library space, in which user experiences and social networking are central in its design. Today, a library is a place to provide diverse accesses and experiences to information networks, where various individuals and user groups come and share mutual understanding and experiences. Library users developed social ties and a sense of community through library experiences. As a multipurpose space of a community, a library has the characteristics of urban public space like sidewalks and plazas. The eight case studies of libraries are analyzed from the viewpoint of each factor of library experience, including landscape, sidewalk, and plaza experience. The study drew its conclusions as follows. First, a library is a regional landmark for the users. Thus, it tends to be designed to allow transparency on its surface which introduces inner and outer landscape into the inside of the building. Second, the users experience a library similarly as they experience an urban street where they interface, browse, and interact with people and information. As they interact and share experiences, they develop solidarity and social ties among them. A library is designed to preserve continuity to adjacent streets, which increases accessibility to the building and hosts street activities into the building. Third, a library today is designed to be a flexible open space with information networking as well as community networking which allows library users diverse activities within it. For example, a multipurpose grand stairs in the middle of the main circulation of a building allows the users diverse activities. A large open stack with reading areas gives the users the feeling of an urban plaza where they can move vertically and horizontally. In conclusion, all findings of this study imply a user-oriented design for a library building.

The purpose of this study is to compare the satisfaction of the urban parks and to classify and assess the environmentally-friendly behaviors in the urban parks. For this purpose, the park user's behaviors and satisfactions were surveyed in 10 parks in Seoul and its suburb area. Parks are divided into 2 types, the walking-distance parks and the metropolitan parks, by time to reach, visit frequency and visit purpose. The park users are generally satisfied with the facilities, but not satisfied with some specific items, such as cultural facilities, accommodations for the handicapped, safety facilities and sports facilities. The environmentally-friendly behaviors are positively assessed in general, but the behavior of the natural experience was negatively assessed. The environmentally-friendly behaviors in the urban parks are classified into 2 factors; the experience factor and the activity factor. The parks are categorized into 3 types by these factors. For type I parks, the experience factor is dominant, but the activity factor is relatively low. For type II parks, the both factors are low and the parks are necessary to improve. And type III parks are positively assessed in the aspect of the environmentally-friendly behaviors, even though some park are necessary to complement.
Purpose: This study was conducted to identify relations among experience of sexual assaults, recognition of sexual assaults and sex role attitude in urban and rural high school students. Method: The subjects were a 575 volunteer students sampled in Daegu City and Gyungbuk. Data were collected from March 19th to 31st, 2007 using structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed with the SPSS program using descriptive statistics. Chi-square test, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score of the rural students was significantly higher than that of the urban students in experience of sexual assaults. The mean score of the urban students was significantly higher than that of the rural students in sex role attitude. Gender, experience of sexual education and recognition of sexual assaults accounted for 29.8% of the variance of sex role attitude in the urban students. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop discriminative sexual education programs by regional group in order to prevent sexual assaults among adolescents.

It is recommended that the villagers should organize their own council based on the resources which the village owns to manage the experience programs in the experience village, but it is criticized that there is no consideration about inhabitants abilities when the project is about to be constructed and the programs is developed. This research is purposed to develop the manual which is depending on urban-rural correlative experience programs conduct that is developed by the test to increase inhabitants abilities effectively. Therefore, the manual of the programs should be utilized as a early guide to help the village jump up to the standard level of program procedure, and the inhabitants should create ideas continually to develop better programs on the basis of the manual rather depending on the manual. And for another, the manual should often be upgraded to understand the process of historical changes of the village.
Background and objective: Education based on agricultural experience in school gardens is coming to the fore as a solution to reduce the negative effect of rapid urbanization and the development of information technology (IT) on students. Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate how parents of elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea perceive the value of education service using school gardens, as well as their willingness to participate in and pay for such service, and to utilize the results in a quantitative assessment of the socioeconomic value of the education service. Methods: A contactless online survey on the perceived value of education service using school gardens was conducted on 1,010 parents of elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea's five major districts from October 22 to 26 (5 days) of 2020 by M, a Korean specialized survey agency. The data collected was analyzed using SPSS for Windows 25.0 and Excel to obtain the frequency and ratio of each measured item. Results: The respondents had an average of 1.83, of which 52.8% were male. 55.3% of the respondents were aware of the education service using school gardens, and 27.9% experienced the service. When asked if they saw the educational service using school gardens as necessary, 79% answered in the affirmative. In terms of the difference in perception of the need for the service according to experience, 91.8% of the parents who experienced the service responded that it was necessary, indicating that it is important to provide opportunities to experience this service to expand the scope of service. 54.9% of all respondents responded they were willing to pay the costs required for school gardens. When income tax was used as a payment method, the average amount parents were willing to pay was 13,193 KRW, and the tax rate was 2.02%. Based on experience, those who experienced this service had a higher need and willingness to pay for the service than those who had not experience, but the actual amount or tax rate was low as they knew how it was operated. Conclusion: As basic research on the assessment of the value of agricultural experience education using school gardens, this study determined how parents perceive this form of education service as well as their willingness to participate and pay for the service. These findings can be used to systemize the assessment indicators and promote the value of the education service using school gardens, allowing students to maintain a healthy and happy school life through agricultural experience.
