This study analyzes factors of the influence of university start-up education and start-up support on the employment rate. For this purpose, we study prior research on university factors that affect the employment rate. we add university startup education & support to the university factors that are the type of university establishment and the university location, affecting the employment rate. The information of start-up education and start-up support is derived from the university disclosure information. In the start-up education, the number of participants in the start-up lecture, the number of participants in the start-up club, the number of participants in the start-up competition, the number of participants in the start-up camp and in the start-up support, the number of dedicated faculty members for start-up support, and the start-up training budget are added. The research model is empirically analyzed with 118 universities, excluding special purpose universities and universities with less than 1,000 graduates as a national 4-year university. Empirical analysis shows that the type of university establishment has a positive effect on the employment rate, and the university location has a positive effect on the employment rate. Among the factors of start-up education and start-up support, the number of participants in entrepreneurship courses is found to have a positive effect on the employment rate. In addition, although the number of participants in the start-up camp don't have a positive effect on the employment rate, it is found that the significance level p=0.070. Based on the results of this empirical analysis, academic and policy implications are presented.
This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition), and the moderating effect of employment type(permanent or temporary employees) in food service company. Based on the responses from 304 responses, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that 4 factors(management support, education, internal communication, employment security) effect positively on food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition). The positive effect of internal communication on superior attitude and work condition appeared to be more positive in permanent employees than in temporary employees. And the results of t-test analysis showed that permanent employees perceived more positively all internal marketing factors(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(precaution, superior attitude, work condition) than temporary employees.
In this study, the effectiveness of the employment support program provided by the university employment support center was evaluated. To this end, the 17 employment support programs operated by K University were divided into six dimensions, including corporate linkage, counseling, certification, employment support, and special lectures. As a result, all employment support programs were found to have more than average usefulness. By dimension, the usefulness was counted in the order of certification, employment support, overseas, special lectures, counseling, and business-related programs. Among them, programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling were analyzed as factors that increased the overall usefulness of the employment support program. Therefore, when planning a new program for the employment support center, it would be a desirable direction to plan programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling first.
This study starts from the perspective that preparing students for employment is the most important role of undergraduate degree programs. Therefore, we examine the determinants of undergraduate employment, especially highlighting the differences by disciplines. We classify 28 factors into five categories such as personal attributes, entrance attributes, students’ employment-related activities, regular curriculum and employability programs provided by universities. This study is based on data from 7,616 students from a Korean university over four and half years. Findings reveal that university efforts are crucial in engineering. Only exchange programs and employment programs have an impact on science. There are no specific factors in humanities and social science. Grade point average and students’ efforts are important in business. Face-to-face coaching in employability support programs is effective for securing employment except in science disciplines. The study results do not point to the absence of a role of university even in the low employment disciplines. Rather, the issue is that of an over-supply of graduates exceeding job offers that results from the worldwide expansion of higher education services.

This study aims to verify the relationship between employer's perception of employment for the disabled and employment satisfaction, and the mediating effect of perception of employment assistance for the disabled and the moderating effect of education and training support. For the purpose of this study, 4,332 companies were reorganized among the data of the 2021 Survey on Employment of Persons with Disabilities conducted by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. Data analysis used SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0, and structural equation model analysis was performed to understand the relationship between variables. As a result of the study, there was a significant influence between employer's perception of employment for the disabled and employment satisfaction, and the partial mediating effect of employment company contribution was confirmed. In addition, it was found that there was a moderating effect according to the presence or absence of education and training support. Through the results of this study, it is significant that factors that can affect environmental composition were considered in various ways to increase the employment rate of the disabled, and based on these results, implications for increasing the employment rate of the disabled were presented.

In order to improve employment rates, most universities operate programs to strengthen students' employment and entrepreneurship, regardless of whether they are selected as the Leading Industry-Innovative University (LINC) or not. In particular, in the case of non-metropolitan universities are risking their lives to improve employment rates. In order to overcome the limitations of university establishment type and university location, which absolutely affect the employment rate, we are operating a startup education & startup support program in order to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship, and capstone design & field training as industry-academia-linked education programs are always available. Although there are studies on effectiveness verification centered on LINC (Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) in previous studies, but a longitudinal study was conducted on all factors of university factors, startup education & startup support, and capstone design & field training as industry-university-linked education programs as factors affecting the employment rate based on public disclosure indicators. No cases of longitudinal studies were reported. This study targets 116 universities that satisfy the conditions based on university disclosure indicators from 2018 to 2020 that were recently released on university factors, startup education & startup support, and capstone design & field training as industry-academia-linked education programs as factors affecting the employment rate. We analyzed the differences between the LINC (Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) 51 participating universities and 64 non-participating universities. In addition, considering that there is no historical information on the overlapping participation of participating students due to the limitations of public indicators, the Exposure Effect theory states that long-term exposure to employment and entrepreneurship competency enhancement programs will affect the employment rate through competency enhancement. Based on this, the effectiveness of the 2nd LINC+ (socially customized Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) was verified from 2017 to 2021 through a longitudinal causal relationship analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the startup education & startup support and capstone design & field training as industry-academia-linked education programs of the 2nd LINC+ (socially customized Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) did not affect the employment rate. As a result of the longitudinal causal relationship analysis, it was reconfirmed that universities in metropolitan areas still have higher employment rates than universities in non-metropolitan areas due to existing university factors, and that private universities have higher employment rates than national universities. Among employment and entrepreneurship competency strengthening programs, the number of people who complete entrepreneurship courses, the number of people who complete capstone design, the amount of capstone design payment, and the number of dedicated faculty members partially affect the employment rate by year, while field training has no effect at all by year. It was confirmed that long-term exposure to the entrepreneurship capacity building program did not affect the employment rate. Therefore, it was reconfirmed that in order to improve the employment rate of universities, the limitations of non-metropolitan areas and national and public universities must be overcome. To overcome this, as a program to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship capabilities, it is important to strengthen entrepreneurship through participation in entrepreneurship lectures and actively introduce and be confident in the capstone design program that strengthens the concept of PBL (Problem Based Learning), and the field training program improves the employment rate. In order for actually field training affect of the employment rate, it is necessary to proceed with a substantial program through reorganization of the overall academic system and organization.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors that directly affect the employment of college graduates. To this end, employment data of graduates of private four-year university in Daegu metropolitan area and Gyeongsangbuk-do province were collected from 2019 to 2021, filtered data using a RapidMiner, and analyzed by applying a decision tree model. As a result of the study, long-term internship for more than 12 weeks, TOEIC score of 787.5 or higher was advantageous for employment, and if there was no TOEIC score, the graduation average score was 3.67 or higher, so the possibility of employment was high. Even if the TOEIC score was low, it was advantageous for employment if participating in the contest and continuous professor counseling, and even if the average graduation score was low, the possibility of employment was high if actively participating in the comparison program. This study can present a job education guide based on actual data to university management and use it to establish policies to support employment of college students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the action learning lesson about the improvement process of the job support program of P university students. As a research method, we applied the related classes during the semester to the students who took courses in the course of 'Human Resource Development', which is a subject of P university, and analyzed the learner's reflection journal, interview data. As a result of the research, we went through the problem selection stage, the team construction and the team building stage. And then we searched for the root cause of the problem, clarified the problem, derived the possible solution, determined the priority and created the action plan. There are 10 solutions to the practical problems of poor job camps. Through two interviews with field experts it offered final solutions focused on promoting employment and Camp students participate in the management of post-employment into six camps. According to the first rank, job board integration, vendor selection upon student feedback, reflecting improved late questionnaire, public relations utilizing KakaoTalk, recruiting additional selection criteria, the camp provides recorded images in order. The results of this study suggest that the university's employment support program will strengthen the competitiveness of students' employment and become the basic data for the customized employment support program.
The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.
Purpose - Due to the outbreak and spread of COVID-19, companies have reduced their hiring needs in the short term, reducing employment opportunities for most university students and putting pressure on their employment since 2019. This study aims to improve university students' employment options and increase the possibility of entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, a research survey is conducted on 4-year Chinese university students who have received entrepreneurship education courses, and statistical tests are conducted using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS 3.3 model 1. The main focus of the study is on the effects of risk perception and five personality factors on entrepreneurial intentions of Chinese university students and the effect of entrepreneurship education on the moderation of entrepreneurial intentions. Findings - The results of the study show that the risk perception of Chinese university students have a significant effect on the will to start a business. Five personality factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education has a moderating role in the relationship between risk perception and entrepreneurial intention, and the entrepreneurship education support has a moderating role in the relationship between the influence of five personality factors and entrepreneurial intentions. Research implications or Originality - The results of the study reveal that Chinese university students' exposure to entrepreneurship education support positively influenced entrepreneurial intentions. Such results imply that university students gain information and knowledge related to entrepreneurship through the entrepreneurship education support, which leads to positive perceptions and motivation towards entrepreneurship.
