With the start of the present Korean Creative-Economy Government, more effort is put to prepare the Unification in many areas. But it is not easy to find studies on contemporary status of North Korea specifically in information technology or computer education due to the poor accessibility to the country. This study is on comparing computer education in elementary schools in North Korea and South Korea and diagnosing future direction of computer education as the beginning stage of Unification. The most study is performed from backtracking curriculum methodology based on computer textbooks from North Korea and South Korea. In both countries, the elementary school curriculum for computer subject is mostly dealing with the usage of softwares. In North Korea they don't teach internet applications and they uses different type of office programs. The further ideas for desirable future education are suggested with analysis on the computer education in other countries such as China and Vietnam which can be appropriate role models for North Korea and USA, UK and India for South Korea. It is expected in both countries that the computer education will be more focused on programming rather than on software usage in the future.

Researchers have started to conduct comparative studies of mathematics education in South and North Korea. Most of these studies have a tendency to compare with the curriculum of South and North Korea in the macroscopic standpoint. But microscopic comparative studies on each topic of school mathematics have not been attempted yet. Microscopic studies as well as macroscopic studies are required to prepare for unification the curriculum of South and North Korea. This paper attempts to compare the contents related pythagorean theorem which is dealt with in secondary school mathematics textbook of South and North Korea. Through this study, meaningful differences between textbooks are founded and some implications are obtained. Specially, 'cutting off and rearranging' method needs to be taken into consideration for active learning. Also the construction of the figure using the pythagorean theorem needs to be dealt with in order to develop the logical thinking.

2015 was the seventieth year from the liberation and the division of Korean peninsular. Although the research on the unification has been performed in various interdisciplinary fields since the liberation of Korea, the geographic research on the unification based on the space stays in a minority. It is time to wrap up the literatures and discourses centered on geography for preparing the unification and taking a view of Korean territory of future unification. The starting point is to define the concept of the geography for unification and give careful consideration to the geographic research trends related to the unification that has been achieved since the liberation of Korea. The geography for unification should be understood in the concept of time and space. First of all, the geography for unification can be composed of the stages such as the research for unification, the research for unification impact, the research for united Korea, and the geopolitics of East Asia under the concept of time. It also can be divided into the regions such as Korea, North Korea, borderlands between North Korea-China and North Korea-Russia including South and North Korea, and North East Asia and Pan Pacific Ocean. The geographic research on the unification embracing the concept of time and space can be defined as the geography for unification. The purpose of this study is to elicit the concept and the research field of the geography for unification in the perspective of discourse, investigate the research trends by geographic themes, and suggest the agendas of the geography for future unification.

The North and South Korea for the peaceful reunification of the Republic of Korea, to lead the transformation and reform, and to complement the policy making and negotiations, there is a need for cyber security policy to practice. This paper explores the definition and overseas cyber terrorism and cyber warfare correspondence, correspondence between the versions of the technology between versions. Analysis of cyber security activities in the North and South confrontation, and research the cyber security policy against the unification. In this study, we compared the unification to build and operate a secure cyberspace from cyber threats and cyber security policy suggestions for ways of rational and legal.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyse the subject organization and teaching units of middle school science curriculums and science textbooks, by studying the organization of subject matter and content scope and level of middle school science subject in South and North Korea. As a result of this study, the composition, scope, and level of content between middle school science textbooks in South and North Korea were similar. However, the study found that science education objectives, separated science curriculum subject organization, economical efficiency weighted format and organization of science subject matter, result-centered experiments, the enlightenment of Kim Ilsung and his son in North Korea science education were very far from the desirable direction of science education. Therefore, the view on level-based curriculum and organization of the science curriculum should be integrated, and preparation of student-centered organization of textbooks and expansion of science-technology-society content is needed before unification. And also, the united Korea science curriculum shouldn't simply compromise or neutralize between middle school science curriculum in South and North Korea. They should make a future-oriented plan for information and globalism society.

A variety of the approaches to the unification of the South Korea and North Korea have been implemented based on both the view of the national-centered unification and that of the reunification of the South and North Korea as a unit of nation through political, economic, military and diplomatics. A culture itself plays a significant role for people to understand one another through communicating and sharing cultural values. At this point, Korean-Wave called'Hallyu' should have various meanings and values for the reunification of South and North Korea. It has been expanded to the world beyond Asia as an icon of the culture. In this situation, North Korea is not exceptional. In other words, North Korea should be influenced by the Korean wave. Sharing a cultural value about Korean-Wave between South and North Koreans would be a way to speed up the reunification by having a common sense about the national identifications. The culture of Hallyu reflecting on the national identification could be helpful to enhance national pride and play a part for curing for the scarlet letters that they have got since the Korea was divided by two parts. The North Korean government's distorted policy to have blamed for the South Korean governing would be challenged if the Korean-wave would be epidemic in the Korean peninsular. In addition, if the North Koreans would be perceptive to the real freedom and universal value for the humanity, it would be more feasible for two Koreas to be reunified than before. In fact, it must serve as a catalyst for the reunification, two Koreas experiencing the Korean wave as a cultural value. As a result, the reunification for the people should have a meaning of the universal value as like everyone in the world can pursue for their own happiness. Through the Hallyu, That is, the change of the people's perception to the reunification will facilitate the reunification of two Koreas more than we expected.

The existent number system, which is divided into two, will give much obstacle to achieve Information and Communication exchange between south and north korea. Therefore as a long point of view, As the number system between two koreas have to meet the communication demand and the service development. It is very important to set up the most effective and suitable structure and system in given communication environment. To prepare the future its growth as the advent of new network and communication service, This paper presents the scheme of a number system unification which is essential in the unification of Information and Communication between two countries after Korea-unification.

Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation needs to a different strategy for developing synergy effects, suggesting they should be selected for role to the unification Korea. In the this paper, Three policy-strategies is suggested as follows. Firstly, Economic Cooperation Driving Committee of Inter-Korean Digital Cultural Content is necessary the recovering of cultual consubstantiality and the operating of business partnership in the divided peninsular. Secondly, To cultural contents cooperation between South-North Korea. the exchange of learning and information must be activated constantly. as the cultural contents is creative industrial, it needs for imagination and creative of human and understanding of a fine arts, a traditional arts. Thirdly, A policy and system is inevitable to construction of Inter Korean Cooperation Digital Contents. South-North Korea, including a North Korea having a excellent cultural heritage, must jointly recovery for cultural contents. Under social-economic system, a consumers of digital contents pay to the format creator many royalty. Therefore, We must prepare to roll out a series of new creative contents, and have competitive advantages in the global market.

The mutual interchange and cooperation giving first consideration to the communication technology and industry makes it possible to advance the day of unification of North and South Korea. For the sake of this, it is necessary to build communication network connecting all parts of Korea synthetically. This paper presents the plan to build the realizable communication system in North Korea. It bases on an objective view and prospect of domestic and foreign conditions and will help to construct the communication inflation. Therefore, consideration of pluralistic, economic and relay aspects must be proceeded and also the least expense of unification must be deliberated.

South and North Koreas are putting forth efforts to overcome the distrust and animosity of the past 50 years to open an era of harmony and cooperation where the two halves can work together for mutual benefits. As part of those efforts, both parties are working now to reconnect the railways between the North and the South that remained broken for the past 60 years. The South and North have had different railway systems for more than 50 years. To solve these complicated issues, appropriate investigation and analysis of North Korea railway system should be proceeded. It is necessary to study the railway system and integration methodology for effective operation of the two korea's railway systems. Therefore, in this study, effective unification scheme of South and North Korea railway system is proposed based on appropriate investigation about operation of inter-Korea railway system.
