In a study of the existing Collaboration, U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) has a width of the various channels through continuous mutual cooperation by the path-dependency. U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) through the various channels is more powerful, whereas this increase trade-related barriers. In other words, It has been discussed in many literatures about the U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK). However, relatively a study on the factor of the barrier about U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) is a minority. Given the importance of policies to establish an association of industry-university cooperation and support system, the lack of research on the obstacles to U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) will be a serious obstacle for designing effective policies. This paper examines the existing literature about the width of mutual cooperation and the barrier of U-I Collaboration, analyze to lower the barrier of U-I cooperation through POB(Positive Organization Behavior) of university administration. In conclusion, we would like to suggest the policy implications.

The purpose of this study was to find how English vowels /a, e, i, o, u/ affect the production of English labials /p, b, f, v/ by Korean learners of English. Sixty syllables were composed by five vowels and four labials in the syllable types CV, VC, and VCV. The nonsense syllables were produced three times by nine subjects. The major results show that (1) in inter-vocalic position, the subjects had higher scores in producing /v/ composed with /a, e, o/ and /u/, while subjects had lower scores in producing /p/ with /i/ and /o/, (2) in post-vocalic position, the subjects had higher scores in producing /v/ and /f/ with /a, e/, and /o/, while subjects had lower scores in producing /b/ with /e/ and /i/, and (3) in pre-vocalic position, the subjects had higher scores in producing /v/ with /e, o, u/ and /f/ with /u/, while subjects had lower scores in producing /b/ with /e/, /i/ and /u/. The results suggest that on the whole, Korean learners of English have much difficulty in producing /p/ with /i/ in inter-vocalic condition and /b/ with /i, /e/ in pre-vocalic position.

This paper presents an investigation into cross-cultural transfiguration of Buddhist faith in Goryeo Dynasty, with a focus on $\acute{S}\bar{u}$raṃgama-s$\bar{u}$tra that used to be in vogue in East Asia. There are three major types of $\acute{S}\bar{u}$raṃgama-s$\bar{u}$tra faith in Goryeo: the first one was concerned about the scripture itself including its citation and publication and the compilation of its annotation books; the second one involved establishing Buddhist rituals related to the scripture; and the final one was to create Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ stone poles with Dafoding Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ in Volume 7 of the scripture engraved in stone. While it was the common practice to engrave Zunsheng Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ in China, the number of stone poles on which Dafoding Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ was engraved was overwhelmingly large. There are a couple of reasons behind the difference: first, there was a tendency of Zunsheng Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ being worshiped at the national level in Goryeo, which probably explains why the percentage of Zunsheng Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ stone poles designed to pray for a personal mass for the dead by engraving Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ on a stone pole was considerably low. In addition, there were esoteric sects in Goryeo, and it is estimated that they must have got involved in the establishment of Dafoding Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ stone poles in the former half of Goryeo. Furthermore, the Zen sects had a deep non-Zen understanding of Esoteric Buddhism and tended to practice Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ in Goryeo. It is estimated that Dafoding Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$ stone poles were set up in large numbers in Goryeo as the prevalence of $\acute{S}\bar{u}$raṃgama-s$\bar{u}$tra faith that continued on since the former half of Goryeo was combined with the Zen sects' active position about Dh$\bar{a}$ran$\bar{i}$.

In u-TSN environment, the communication between vehicle terminal and roadside equipment is very important to support prompt service and to secure road traffic information in real-time upon organizing traffic system. This study suggested V2I or I2V communication service scenario for performance test on vehicle communication system as well as V2V inter-vehicle communication service scenario for emergency information transmission which requires rapidity and accuracy. After implementing real inter-vehicle communication system, we performed vehicle communication experiment following suggested communication service scenario to test the performance. Consequently, we could draw out the optimal transmission mode setup condition, and the result can be applied to the development of stable and efficient u-TSN vehicle communication system.

In this paper, we generalize the notions uniformly S-flat, briefly u-S-flat, modules and dimensions. We introduce and study the notions of weak u-S-flat modules. An R-module M is said to be weak u-S-flat if Tor^R₁ (R/I, M) is u-S-torsion for any ideal I of R. This new class of modules will be used to characterize u-S-von Neumann regular rings. Hence, we introduce the weak u-S-flat dimensions of modules and rings. The relations between the introduced dimensions and other (classical) homological dimensions are discussed.

We investigate the process of western mathematics into Chosun and its influences. Its initial and middle stages are examined by Choi Suk Jung(崔錫鼎, $1645\sim1715$)'s Gu Su Ryak(九數略), Hong Jung Ha(洪正夏, $1684\sim?$)'s Gu Il Jib(九一集) and Hwang Yun Suk(黃胤錫, $1719\sim1791$)'s I Su Shin Pyun(理藪新編), Hong Dae Yong(洪大容, $1731\sim1781$)'s Ju Hae Su Yong(籌解需用), respectively. Western mathematics was transmitted for the study of the Shi xian li(時憲曆) when it was introduced in Chosun. We also analyze Su Ri Jung On Bo Hae(數理精蘊補解, 1730?) whose author studied $Sh\grave{u}\;l\breve{i}\;j\bar{i}ng\;y\grave{u}n$ most thoroughly, in particular for astronomy, and finally Lee Sang Hyuk(李尙爀, $1810\sim?$), Nam Byung Gil(南秉吉, $1820\sim1869$) who studied together structurally western mathematics.

In this paper, we consider the periodic boundary value problem with sign changing nonlinearity $$u^{{\prime}{\prime}{\prime}}+{\rho}^3u=f(t,u),\;t{\in}[0,2{\pi}]$$, subject to the boundary value conditions: $$u^{(i)}(0)=u^{(i)}(2{\pi}),\;i=0,1,2$$, where ${\rho}{\in}(o,{\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}})$ is a positive constant and f(t, u) is a continuous function. Using Leggett-Williams fixed point theorem, we provide sufficient conditions for the existence of at least three positive solutions to the above boundary value problem. The interesting point is the nonlinear term f may change sign.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of substrate to inoculum ratio on ultimate methane potential ($B_u$) from piggery wastes. BMP(Biochemical methane potential) assays were executed for the three samples that have different organic characteristics (Filtrate of pig slurry, LF; Thermal hydrolysate of piggery sludge cake, TH; Mixture of LF and TH at the ratio of 4 to 1, Mix), and $B_u$ values obtained from BMP assays were compared with the theoretical methane potential ($B_{th}$) of each samples. While $B_u$ values (0.27, 0.44, and $0.46Nm^3\;Kg^{-1}-VS_{added}$) of TH sample that was pretreated with thermal hydrolysis were below the $B_{th}$ at all S/I ratios (0.1, 0.3, and 0.5), and $B_u$ values of LF (0.64 and $0.53Nm^3\;Kg^{-1}-VS_{added}$ for the S/I ratios of 0.1 and 0.3, respectively) at the lower S/I ratios of 0.1 and 0.3 exceeded the $B_{th}$ values ($0.418Nm^3\;Kg^{-1}-VS_{added}$). And also biodegradability ($B_u/B_{th}$) of LF sample were obtained as 152.07%, 122.67%, and 95.71% at the S/I ratios of 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5, respectively, and unreasonable $B_u/B_{th}$ values were presented at lower S/I ratios of 0.1 and 0.3. $B_u$ and $B_u/B_{th}$ of Mix sample showed a similar tendency with those of LF sample. Therefore, TH sample by thermal hydrolysis pretreatment showed lower anaerobic biodegradability than those of other samples (LF and Mix) and ultimate methane potentials of LF and Mix samples were overestimated in the lower S/I ratio of 0.1 and 0.3.

Objectives : This study aims to sort out prescription candidates for four major symptoms of Parkinson's disease from Korean traditional medical publication, "Dongeuibogam". Methods : Medical terms related to four major symptoms of Parkinson's disease were primarily selected from "Dongeuibogam". Prescriptions that include at least one or more medical terms which are selected above were classified by the four major symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and finally analyzed to sort the most effective candidates. Results & Conclusions : 1. There are 9 medical terms in efficacy ($qi{\acute{a}}ng$ $j{\acute{i}}$, $qi{\acute{a}}ng$ $zh{\acute{i}}$, $qi{\acute{a}}ng$ $t{\grave{o}}ng$, $j{\bar{u}}$ $j{\acute{i}}$, $j{\bar{i}}n$ $j{\acute{i}}$, $sh{\bar{e}}n$ $qi{\acute{a}}ng$, $lu{\acute{a}}n$ $j{\acute{i}}$, $y{\bar{a}}o$ $j{\acute{i}}$ $qi{\acute{a}}ng$, $xi{\grave{a}}ng$ $qi{\acute{a}}ng$) related to rigidity, one of four major symptoms of Parkinson's disease. 3. 38 prescription candidates (jiaweishouxingyuan, jiaweilonghusan, gehuajiexingtang, qiangfutang, qianghuoxuduantang, dawugongsan, duhuojishengtang, mahuangzuojingtang, fangfengbaizhumulitang, fangfengtongshengsan, baizhutang, buxinwan, fulingtang, binsusan, xieqingwan, sanbitang, shengdiqinliantang, shujinbaoansan, xingxiangsan, xiaotanfulingwan, shengjunwan, shenmizuojingtang, wuyaoshunqisan, yuzhenwan, wenjingyiyuantang, yiziqingjinsan, ziyinningshentang, shaoyaogancaotang, dingtongsan, zhushazhijiasan, cangzusan, chuanxiongfulingtang, tiedanyuan, choubaowan, duomingsan, xuanhusuosan, xuefengtang, huoluodan) were selected for tremor, one of the four major symptoms of Parkinson's disease. 4. 21 prescription candidates (qianghuoshengshitang, guizhiqianghuotang, guizhifuzitang, jiuweiqianghuotang(qianghuochonghetang), xiongzhixiangsusan, daqianghuotang, mahuangguizhitang, muguajian, fuzilizhongtang, shenzhusan, lianqiaobaidusan, yuzhensan, niuhuangjinhudan, renshenbaidusan, shaoyaogancaotang, jiuzhumuguazhou, cangzusan, shenxiangtianmatang, xiangjiaosan, xuefengtang, huishousan) were selected for rigidity, one of the four major symptoms of Parkinson's disease. 5. The results in this study ought to be verified by subsequent studies and clinical trials.
