  • Recently the formation of the project team to construct a MIS system is generalized and the relationship of the user and the system personnel in the project team should be important factor in the effectiveness of the team. However, the systematic research about the personality typology of the user and the system personnel is scarcely verified. Considering this necessity, this study is, using the IS personality typology, tried to find the relationship of the user and the system personnel in the project team. One of Jung(1924)'s personality typology is introvert and extrovert, however, this typology is founa to have many facets related with personality category. Recently Ackoff(1996) has tried this category more meaningful, which are subjective-internalizer, subjective-externalizer objective-internalizer one objective-externalizer. Moreover, he has proposed the methodology which could find the assimilarity among the team members. On the basis of this typology, this research is attempted to find the difference of the characteristics of the user and the system personnel. Through this research, we can understand the difference of the characteristics of the user and the system personnel and this understanding can make help us operating the team more effectively. The result has suggested that the effectiveness of the team has relied on the personality type of the user and the system personnel. Especially the personality type of new member who will join into team is an important factor in the effectiveness of teaming. Therefore, when we have a new member into team, we have to consider the personality type of new member. Moreover, the personality type of the management is an another critical factor which should be considered.

Methods The subjects of this study were 2,078 people who had information on Sasang constitutional type and personality(PANAS, NEO-PI) among the data established at the Korean Medicine Data Center. Sleep time and sleep quality were investigated through self-written questionnaires. Sleep time was collected by hand-writing, and sleep quality was checked on a 4 point Likert scale. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to see the correlation between personality and sleep in each constitutional type. Logistic regression was performed using personality as independent variables to find out how much personality affects sleep time. In order to find out how much personality affects sleep quality, regression analysis was performed using personality as independent variables. Results & Conclusions Sleep time was hardly affected by personality. As a result of Pearson correlation analysis, sleep time in all subjects did not show a significant correlation with personality. In logistic regression on sleep time as the dependent variable, no statistically significant results were obtained except for the Negative Affect(NA) in Taeeumin. Sleep quality showed a statistically significant correlation with the negative affect(NA), neuroticism(N), extraversion(E), Physical Component Summary(PCS) and Mental Component Summary(MCS). As a result of regression analysis on sleep quality as the dependent variable, neuroticism(N), negative affect(NA), positive affect(PA), and extraversion(E) were found in the factors affecting sleep quality. Besides, how much personality affected sleep quality might differ in each constitution. In all constitutions, sleep quality was affected by N, but the rank of N was different in each constitution. The sleep quality of Soyangin was not affected by E, and the sleep quality of Taeeumin was specifically affected by O.

  • This study was conducted on characters who play the main character of the spin-off work based on the image in the original. Through the analysis of the original and spin-off works, the role type and characteristics according to the characters' roles were analyzed. It was analyzed that Rex, Bo Peep, and Forky, the main characters of the Toy Story spin-off works, had characteristics described in the original, which were not the main characters, and changed when they appeared in the spin-off works. First, it shows a tendency to add a new personality to play the role of the main character who solves problems and leads the story development while maintaining the existing personality characteristics in the original. Second, in order to play the main character in the spin-off work, these main characters are strongly revealed in the characteristics of the faithful type 6, and the achiever type 3, respectively. The reason why the characters' personality in the existing original have continuity is that if the personality of the existing characters change rapidly, they may contradict the audience's existing perception, preventing them from being immersed in the spin-off protagonist itself and the story development. However, the main characteristics of personality type 6 and personality type 3 are described only by considering the character's role as a helper to solve the problem and the characters' characteristics, but in order to solve the problem in spin-off, the animation producers are determined to achieve the goal. An understanding of this result will greatly help animation producers plan the character in consideration.
