확장현실(XR) 기반 초실감 대테러 교육훈련체계 구축 방안 연구 (Developing an XR based Hyper-realistic Counter-Terrorism, Education, Training, and Evaluation System)

  • 최근 확장현실(XR) 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 확장현실(XR) 기술을 활용한 교육훈련체계 개발 및 활용이 크게 늘고 있다. 특히 군사훈련 및 대테러 훈련과 같이 큰 위험성을 동반하고 많은 비용이 발생하는 분야에서는 확장현실(XR) 기술을 활용해 실제 훈련과 유사한 훈련환경을 조성함으로써 훈련성과는 높이고, 훈련에 소요되는 비용은 줄이며, 실제훈련에서 발생할 수 있는 안전사고의 위험을 최소화할 수 있는 확장현실(XR) 기반 모의훈련체계가 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 육군사관학교 주관의 콘소시움에서 기(旣)개발한 5G 기반 증강현실(AR) 통합 지휘통제플랫폼을 기반으로 대한민국 경찰의 테러상황 대응 능력을 향상시키기 위한 확장현실(XR) 기반 초실감 대테러 교육훈련체계 구축방안 및 효과 검증방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 체계는 초실감 콘텐츠 및 훈련 시나리오를 바탕으로 대테러 능력향상을 위한 개인 및 팀 단위 가상훈련이 가능하고, 나아가 모의훈련장 및 실제 작전현장과 연계하여 현장 지휘통제소로도 즉시 활용이 가능하다.

  • 본 연구에서는 교사 전문성 신장을 위한 교사 교육의 방향을 점검하고, 이를 반영한 교사 연수 프로그램을 설계하였다. 교사 연수는 2014년 7월 수학과 1급 정교사 자격 연수과정에 참가한 중등 수학교사 50명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연수 과정에서 교사들은 산파법을 적용한 수학 학습 지도 과정을 구상하고, 이를 교사와 학생간의 대화 양식으로 기록하는 사고 실험 실습을 하였다. 사고 실험 실습 과정은 좋은 수학수업을 구성하는데 필요한 교사의 역량과 반성적 실천가로서의 태도를 함양하기 위해 실행되었다. 연수를 통해 교사 교육자와 동료 교사들의 실천 사례가 공유되면서 교사의 배움이 확장되고 교사 전문성 신장을 위해 학습 공동체 연구의 필요성이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 교사 연수의 실행 과정과 그 결과를 분석하여 제시한다.

환경경영 통합 리더 프로그램의 개발과 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Educational Effect of the Environmental Management Integrated Leader Program)

  • This Study developed 'Environment Management Integrated Leader(EMIL)' program and evaluated the effect of the Program. The procedure of EMIL program development is as follows; 1) Identifying the training needs Through the interview and discussion with corporate environmental staff and research members, training need are collected. 2) Setting the training objectives 30 objectives are developed through specifying and organizing the training needs. 3) Determining the scopes of the program This program consists of the four scopes. First, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Management is developed based on ISO 14000 and certification of environmentally friendly business. Second, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Technology includes air pollution, water pollution, solid wasted management, and pollution prevention. Third, the scope of Integrated Environmental Management focuses on master plan, green marketing, green production, and green accounting. Finally, the scope of Integrated Environmental Concepts focuses on food pollution, environmental activities, and bio-diversity. 4) Selecting the training methods Various methods are used such as off-site visits, exercises, case study, workshop, discussion, role-playing as well as lecture. 5) Implementing the program 49 trainees participated the program for 6weeks. All trainees are working for D. Company Group. 6) Measuring training effects To evaluate the effects of the program, pre-post training evaluation method is used. The results are highly significant at all 4 scopes by the p<.01. This study has some implications in order to establish the environmental management climate. First, the development of new environmental education program for management is necessary. Second, Vast investment are required. Third, more systematic approaches are desired in environmental education. Lastly, more customized program development and implementation to fit in industries will accelerate the expansion of environmental concept.

재직자 직업훈련 관련 공적재정의 구조와 성과: 효과 분석 (Training Incentives in the Korean Levy-Grant System and the Performance: Evidences from the KLIPS Data)

  • 본 논문은 재직자 직업훈련(OJT) 관련 공적 재정지원 및 분담금 징수구조가 개별 근로자의 사내 직업훈련에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 그리고 직업훈련을 통해 어떠한 경제적 성과를 거두고 있는지 노동패널자료를 이용하여 분석한다. 주요 결과로서, (i) 직업훈련 관련 고용보험제도상의 유인구조 분석을 통해, 순지원율이 높은 기업에 고용된 근로자의 직업훈련수혜 가능성이 높다는 결과를 얻었는바, 이는 개인의 고유특성 및 기업규모효과를 고려해도 유도되는 결과이며, (ii) 훈련의 증가가 일정 부분 추후 임금상승으로 이어졌음을 보여준다.

2급 노인장기요양보호사 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (Development of Education & Training Programs for Senile Long-Term Care Managers (the 2nd. grade))

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop the first standardized education & training program for education of senile long-term care managers to improve the quality of senile long-term care service. Methods: The study developed programs through literature review, specialists' conference and interview with the linear approach from February, 2007 to May, 2007. Results: Senile long-term care managers should have qualification of 51 items in knowledge, 35 items in technology and 17 items in attitude. Total 8 subjects were education & training subjects of senile long-term care managers and the study proposed targets of each subject and education & training level divided into top, middle and bottom. Total education & training hours were composed of 70 hours in theory, 50 hours in practical technique and 40 hours in social welfare practice in agencies. Conclusion: The study will contributed development of the first education & training programs for education of senile long-term care managers. Therefore, the study proposes that the study will be applied to a systematical education & training course through program verification after applying real programs to senile long-term care managers and that it is necessary to develop the standardized education & training program for higher senile long-term care managers.

  • Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. But the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

불안정판과 힘판을 이용한 평형감각 훈련시스템 개발 (Development of a Training System for Equilibrium Sense Using Unstable Platform and Force Plate)

  • In this paper, we present the development of a new training system for equilibrium sense and postural control. This system consists of an unstable platform, a force plate, a computer, and training programs. The unstable platform provides 360 degrees of movement allowing for training in all directions. To evaluate the effects of the training system, we performed various experiments to train the ability of equilibrium sense and postural control of fifteen young healthy subjects. We measured the time a subject maintains his or her center of pressure on a target, the time a subject moves his or her center of pressure to a target, and the mean absolute deviation of the trace before and after the training. We analyzed these parameters obtained before and after the training using paried-sample T-test. The result shows that the subjects experienced distinctive enhancement in their ability of postural control through the training using our system.

A Study on Airline Cabin Crew Safety Training Programs and Managers

  • As our whole society has become increasingly aware of safety and emphasizes the importance of preventing safety accidents, the airline cabin service sector is also facing a strong demand to improve practical system for aviation safety education. In this regard, the development of appropriate safety education programs and the getting of human resources who can develop and operate such programs are becoming key issues. This study aims to provide academic and practical implications for safety education and training in airline cabins by reconfirming the importance and direction of safety education in the context of airline cabin services, and by specifying and establishing qualification requirements for personnel who develop and operate such safety programs. To this end, we review the content that should be included in safety training programs, the qualifications required of developers, managers, instructors, and examiners who develop or operate such programs, and how safety training programs can be continually improved as relevant conditions change in the future. In addition, we have also suggested ways to train appropriate managers, instructors, and examiners, including improving the compensation system for them, and how to effectively manage trainees. In order to secure a higher level of aviation safety in the future, it will be necessary to continue research on the development of more diverse and high-quality aviation safety education programs and the training of related personnel.

  • Parthenogenesis in mulberry silkworm, Bombyx mori L. acquires immense use in the development of outstanding homozygous lines with higher viability, hybrid vigour, combining ability and less phenotypic variability. It can serve as a powerful tool in controlling sex of the offsprings as well as a useful tool in selection. In fact India is the second largest silk producing country in the world next only to China and all the five types of natural silks viz., mulberry, oak tasar, tropical tasar, muga and eri are produced in India. However, little information is available on the role of artificial parthenogenesis in the development of superior silkworm breeds. This paper overviews some important studies carried out on artificial parthenogenesis, and outline of different types of parthenogenesis, methods of induction of artificial parthenogenesis, factors responsible for successful parthenogenetic development, cytogenetics of artificial parthenogenesis and role of artificial parthenogenesis in silkworm breeding. Besides, an attempt is made to describe briefly about parthenogenetic engineering which includes cloning in silkworm, artificial insemination, chimeras, hybridization, chromosomal substitution and recombinant DNA in silkworm.

소프트웨어 산업의 NCS 기반 S-OJT 교육과정개발: A기업을 중심으로 (Development of S-OJT training program for a Software Company based on National Competency Standards(NCS): A Case of Firm A)

  • 본 논문에서는 국가경제성장에 그 중요성을 더해가고 있는 소프트웨어 산업의 전문인력육성을 위한 교육과정의 개발절차와 그 결과를 제시하였다. 특히, 개발된 교육과정은 산업현장을 반영하기 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 기반을 두었으며, 교육효과의 극대화를 위해 교육방법에 있어서는 S-OJT(체계적 현장직무 교육훈련:Structured on the job training)를 활용하였다. 본 연구를 위해 소프트웨어 산업과 관련한 경제지표와 관련인력의 투입 등의 자료를 검토하여 그 산업의 중요성을 확인하였으며, S-OJT방법의 차용을 위해, 선행 연구를 검토하여 해당 개념을 충분히 반영한 교육과정을 개발하고자 하였다. 특히 NCS기반의 교육과정 개발을 위한 기본 틀로서 고용노동부에서 개발하여 배포된 한국형 일 학습 듀얼 시스템 운영매뉴얼의 개발절차를 활용하였다. 현장성 높은 과정 개발을 위해 소프트웨어 분야 주식회사A의 교육요구조사분석을 통해 교육프로그램이 요구되는 직무를 선정하였다. 해당 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 지식과 기술수준을 발굴하기 위해, 기 개발된 NCS를 면밀히 검토하는 한편 NCS에 반영되지 않은 부분에 있어서는 기존자료 검토 및 전문가 자문을 통해 교육체계를 개발하였다. 총 44개의 교육과정이 4년간의 교육기간동안 이수되도록 개발되었으며, 각 과정은 교과목표, 소요시간, 교과내용, 교육방법, 그리고 선수과목을 각각 표기하였다. 또한 44개의 교육과정을 운영하는데 필요한 교육체계 로드맵, 세부 운영전략 등을 개발하였다. 사회적으로 NCS에 기반한 교육과정의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 상황에서 본 연구결과 도출된 교육체계와 교육과정은 많은 시사점을 가진다. 특히 고용노동부에서 제시하고 있는 매뉴얼에 따른 개발 절차를 자세히 소개함으로써, 향후 NCS에 기반한 산업직무별 교육과정개발에 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 보다 활발한 NCS기반 교육과정 개발을 위해 해당 과정의 교육성과를 측정하기 위한 지표의 개발과 NCS에 특화된 교재의 개발이 요구된다.
