This study is for analyzing the mgmt performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA, one of the most importantly external environment in int'l mgmt since in the mid of 1990s. The main purpose can be mentioned to test empirically some relations between the mgmt performances of Korean tourism ones and the economic effects originated from FTA. The dependent variables of mgmt performances are classified with sales, profits and mgmt satisfaction, while the independent one regarding with economic effects from FTA are sorted based on the previous studies with the 2 following factors like direct with inbound/outbound and indirect effects. This study is conducted in two stages. Firstly, the research model is designed by the reviewing relevant theories and previous studies. Secondly, the survey of Korean tourism firms engaging in mgmt activities is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are used for correlation, reliability, validity and multi-regression on SPSS 12.0 and the path analysis of structural equation modeling is activated with AMOS 11.0.
This study is due to global competition, the wall between regions is disappearing, customer needs are diversified, and market and technology are rapidly changing. Future growth engines, the importance of convergence capabilities for industrial competitiveness is being emphasized more. Therefore, companies should seek innovative means to increase the efficiency of the company by establishing optimized global management environment and establishing direction and strategy for utilization of convergence technology by improving industrial competitiveness. Firms must adopt and utilize related new technologies by strengthening their convergence capabilities through dynamic capabilities that are internal resource bases for new product development and process innovation. Globalize markets and technologies can expect higher innovation performance when aligning strategic direction with formalized technology competencies held by the firm and incorporating the convergence capabilities needed for technological innovation into processes. The study focuses on the effects of market and technology orientation on technological innovation performance, whether dynamic and convergence capabilities affect technological innovation performance, and dynamic and convergence capabilities to mediate between market and technology orientation. For the study, we surveyed 51.4% of global and multinational corporations that are internationally active or headquartered overseas. Based on the previous studies, hypotheses were established and the collected data were analyzed through utilization path analysis and Sobel test.

There are no studies related to the cryptocurrency exchange, unlike the explosive topic and the active transaction of the cryptourrency around the world. In this study, variables were constructed based on the previous researches to examine the effects of e-service qualities(information quality, transaction quality, design quality, safety quality), satisfaction and continuance intention of cryptocurrency exchange. The samples consist of 180 survey data drawn from the users of cryptocurrency exchange. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. According to results of the reliability and validity test, all were found reliable, and all items were included. As a result of hypothesis testing through path analysis, First, the e-service qualities (information quality, transaction quality, design quality, safety quality) of the cryptocurrency exchange showed positive effects on satisfaction at the significance level of 1% and 5%. Second, e-service qualities (information quality, transaction quality, design quality, safety quality) of the cryptocurrency exchange were found to have positive effects on continuance intention at the significance level of 1% and 5%. Third, the satisfaction of the cryptocurrency exchange has a positive effect on continuance intention at 1% level of significance.
The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational justice, including procedural justice and distributive justice, improve employees' innovative behavior through work engagement and knowledge sharing. In addition, it was conducted to investigate whether work engagement and knowledge sharing indirectly affect the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior. For the hypothesis test of this study, Hayes (2018) PROCESS Macro was used. Result of the analysis shows that procedural justice, work engagement, and knowledge sharing influenced innovative behavior. The constructs influencing work engagement were procedural justice, distributive justice, knowledge sharing. Also, procedural justice and work engagement were constructs that affected knowledge sharing. In the relationship between procedural justice and innovative behavior, the indirect effect was confirmed in all paths. In the relationship between the distributive justice and the innovative behavior, It was confirmed that there is not the indirect effect only in the path via knowledge sharing. he indirect effect was confirmed in all paths that did not acquire knowledge sharing. In addition, through the PROCESS Macro analysis, we examined the magnitude of the indirect effect of various paths between mediators. The results show that organizational justice can have the greatest effect on innovative behavior through work engagement. The weakness of respondents control by SNS survey is the major limitation of this study. In the future, Further research is needed depending on the nature of the organization, such as the analysis of differences between various industries.

Various types of robots running on power transmission lines have been developed for the purpose of line patrol monitoring. They usually have complex mechanism to run and avoid obstacles on the power line, but nevertheless did not show satisfactory performance for going over the obstacles. Moreover, they were so heavy that they could not be easily installed on the lines. To compensate these problems, flying robots have been developed and recently, multi-copter drones with flight stability have been used in the electric power industry. The drones could be remotely controlled by human operators to monitor power distribution lines. In the case of transmission line patrol, however, transmission towers are huge and their spans are very long, and thus, it is very difficult for the pilot to control the patrol drones with the naked eye from a long distance away. This means that the risk of a drone crash onto electric power facilities always resides. In addition, there exists another danger of electromagnetic interference with the drones on autopilot waypoint tracking under ultra-high voltage environments. This paper presents a patrol monitoring plan of autopilot drones for power transmission lines and its field tests. First, the magnetic field effect on an autopilot patrol drone is investigated. Then, how to build the flight path to avoid the magnetic interference is proposed and our autopilot drone system is introduced. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed patrol plan is confirmed through its field test results in the 154 kV, 345 kV and 765 kV transmission lines in Chungcheongnam-do.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify and analyze existing studies from various angles through systematic literature review of how human resources development has been researched in the domestic franchise business. These studies are intended to suggest the direction in which human resource development research should be conducted in the future in the franchise business. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on systematic literature review methodology. It has gone through the process of subject language setting, literature search routing, search term selection, literature selection, literature classification and literature analysis. The systematic literature review identified 59 peer-reviewed dissertations and scientific journal publications on the subject of HRD in Korea franchise business. Result - This study analyzed by research methods, research industries, research population and dependent variable using the systematic review process. The literature studied in the 2000s mainly led to research on education and training of franchise employees in beauty franchise business. In the literature studied since 2010, human resources development was mainly studied in the supervisor in the restaurant franchise business, and in the study of competence rather than education and training. According to the research methods, statistical methods were mostly relatively simple, such as t-test or one-way distribution analysis until the 2000s, and after 2010, in-depth and structural studies using multiple return analysis, structural method analysis, path analysis, multi-dimensional scale analysis, AHP, etc were conducted. When classified by study dependant, early research until the 2000s focused on the study of education and training, which is an independent variable, on the satisfaction of education programs, job satisfaction, and immersion. On the other hand, studies conducted since 2010 have produced more complex results using various medium variants, and those related to management performance and relationship performance have been mainly studied, rather than the satisfaction of the education itself. Conclusions - While the domestic franchise business is expanding in terms of quantity, such as the number of franchises and franchises, the development in terms of quality for the joint growth of franchises and franchisees is still lacking. In order for the franchisee to continue to grow with each other, the franchisee must identify and develop their current performance or expected capabilities through capacity modeling at various targets and levels.

The LIDAR sensor, which provides higher cognitive performance than cameras and radar, is difficult to apply to ADAS or autonomous driving because of its high price. On the other hand, as the price is decreasing rapidly, expectations are rising to improve existing autonomous driving functions by taking advantage of the LIDAR sensor. In level 3 autonomous vehicles, when a dangerous situation in the cognitive module occurs due to a sensor defect or sensor limit, the driver must take control of the vehicle for manual driving. If the driver does not respond to the request, the system must automatically kick in and implement a minimum risk maneuver to maintain the risk within a tolerable level. In this study, based on this background, a LIDAR-based LKS MRM algorithm was developed for the case when the normal operation of LKS was not possible due to troubles in the cognitive system. From point cloud data collected by LIDAR, the algorithm generates the trajectory of the vehicle in front through object clustering and converts it to the target waypoints of its own. Hence, if the camera-based LKS is not operating normally, LIDAR-based path tracking control is performed as MRM. The HAZOP method was used to identify the risk sources in the LKS cognitive systems. B, and based on this, test scenarios were derived and used in the validation process by simulation. The simulation results indicated that the LIDAR-based LKS MRM algorithm of this study prevents lane departure in dangerous situations caused by various problems or difficulties in the LKS cognitive systems and could prevent possible traffic accidents.

This study is conducted in two stages. Firstly, the research model is designed by the reviewing relevant theories, previous studies. Secondly, the survey of Korean tourism enterprises engaging in management activities in Korea is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are being used for correlation, reliability, validity and multi regression on SPSS 12.0 for windows and finally the path analysis of structural equation modeling is activated with AMOS 7.0 for windows.
The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among the degree to provide emotional labor, personal relationship and the intent to stay of female care service workers. Specifically, this study focuses on the mediating effect of the personal relationship (client and agency relation). The path analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS18.0. and AMOS 8.0. And Sobel test conducted for examine the mediating effect. The results are the followings. First, the result of the analysis showed that agency relationship was an indirect factor as the partial mediating effect on relationship between the degree to provide emotional labor and the intent to stay for the care women workers. The result suggests that education utilizing various techniques and strategies to overcome the difficulty accompanied by emotional labor such as communication education and the government try to effort managing and controlling the agency which impact on the labor condition of care workers. Second, the government also tries to provide the trust and collaboration network system which construct a good relationship between the care worker and the agency.
This study aims to study the effect of K-beauty brand's social responsibility activities on purchase intention through value, and to conduct a comparative study using Korean and Chinese data. To To test the hypothesis, a total of 480 data were collected from Korean and Chinese and analyzed using SPSS 27 and LISREL 8.8. As a result, it was found that economic responsibility affect efficient value, and ethical responsibility positively affect social·ethnic value. Also, the effect of efficient value and social·ethnic value on purchase intention had also positive effect for both Korean and Chinese. Regarding the difference in path coefficient, it was found that the influence of social·ethnic value on purchase intention was greater for Chinese than for Korean. These research results expand the theory of K-beauty brands' social responsibility activities and provide practical applications for K-beauty brands operating in China. If a comparative study on the impact of other social responsibility activities is conducted in the future, better implications can be provided.
