본 연구에서는 국내 우주센터(고흥)에서 위성발사체(KSLV : Korea Space Launch Vehicle) 발사를 위하여 설치 운용될 원격측정(telemetry) 지상 수신국 시스템에 대한 설계를 수행하였다. 국내환경에 맞는 최적의 시스템 설계를 위하여 먼저 우주센터의 지형 지리적 환경 및 위성발사체의 특성을 고려한 지상 수신국 시스템의 배치방안을 도출하고, 발사체에 탑재되는 송신부 특성을 고려하여 최대추적거리(RF Link Budget 요구성능) 및 수신시스템 요구 성능, 자료처리 시스템 요구 성능 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 발사체로부터 전송되는 원격측정 신호를 안정적으로 수신, 저장, 처리할 수 있는 수신 및 처리 시스템과 시각장비, 교정장비 및 운용통제장비를 설계하였다. 또한, 발사임무진행을 위한 주요 자료를 통제센터(RCC 및 RSC)에 실시간으로 제공하기 위하여 원격측정 자료의 최대 허용 지연시간 및 통신방식을 검토하고, 효율적인 발사임무진행이 가능하도록 양질의 자료를 실시간으로 제공하는 최적의 시스템을 설계하였다.

The mission of the TTC system is to acquire and process the telemetry data from the satellite and to provide mission planning and satellite control for the target stellite system. In this paper, the transmission scheme for the Tracking, Telemetry and Command(TTC) system of satelliteis described and determined according to the recommendation of CCSDS, and the channel characteristics are analyzed according to modulation method. Expecially, we introduced the concepts of carrier vs. telemetry data power ratio which causes the channel performance to degrade, and analyzed the effects of transmission performance according to the power ratio of carrier vs. telemetry data and the modulation index. The channel of the LEO TTC sytem is different with usual satellite communication system. So, we have generalized the link budget of TTC sytem for using the link budget of ground station well-known and proposed the determination method of modultion indices for improveing channel performance.

In this paper, passive telemetry capacitive humidity sensor system using a RLSE(Recursive Least Square Estimation) technique Is proposed. To overcome the problem like power limits and complications that general passive telemetry sensor system including IC chip has, the principle of inductive coupling is applied to model the sensor system. Specially, by applying the forgetting factor, we show that the accuracy of its estimation can be improved even in the case of time varying parameter and also the convergence time can be reduced.

In this paper, a passive telemetry RF capacitive humidity sensor system using a RLSE(Recursive Least Square Estimation) technique is proposed. To overcome these trouble problems such as a power limitation and a estimation complexity that the general passive telemetry sensor system including It chip has, the principle of inductive coupling was applied to the modeling of a passive telemetry RF capacitive humidity sensor system and its capacitance was estimatedd by the RLSE algorithm. Specially, by introducing the optimal forgetting factor, we showed that the accuracy of its estimation was improved even in the time varying system and also the convergence time was reduced.

With increasing interest in the reduction of cost for operation and maintenance of overhead catenary system, various methods of condition monitoring have been developed. In this paper, we proposed network-based telemetry system for condition monitoring in railway and acquired data from any kind of sensor in catenary line and structure at high voltage. This development gives the solution for online condition monitoring in railway. To check the validity of our approach in terms of application, we realized network-based telemetry System.

The second telemetry is designed for supplying additional function which the first telemetry system doesn't have and as a part system of the External Management System (EMS). It makes a patient and an animal move more freely with wireless communication at a distance of free activity from the PC and can get most data from the first telemetry to send to the PC. Recently, our laboratory is developing a RF system for the second telemetry.

In this paper, a passive telemetry sensor system using Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF) is proposed. Specially, to show the effective tracking performance of the UKF, we compared with the tracking performance of Recursive Least Square Estimation (RLSE) using linearization.

비행시험 시 텔레메트리 신호는 지리적 영향에 의해서 가시선 차단 문제가 발행한다. 일반적으로 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서 고정형 중계시스템이나 이동형 중계시스템을 사용하지만 본 논문에서는 항공기를 이용한 텔레메트리 신호의 공중 중계시스템을 제안한다. 공중 중계시스템은 수신안테나를 장착한 항공기가 시험체의 텔레메트리 신호를 수신하여 지상시스템으로 재전송한다. 수신안테나는 위상배열안테나를 적용하여 Beam-forming에 의해 빔 방향을 ${\pm}30^{\circ}$까지 조향할 수 있으며, 빠르게 움직이는 시험체를 효과적으로 추적할 수 있다. 항공기에 장착되는 중계포드는 전방안테나와 측방안테나로 구성된다. 중계포드는 S-band 신호를 수신하여 L-band 신호로 주파수 하향 변환하여 재송신 시 항공기에서의 주파수 간섭을 제거하였다.

본 연구에서는 체내에 이식되는 인공심장 및 제어시스템과 체외의 환자관리시스템간의 정보교환을 위한 무선 통신시스템(Biotelemetry System)을 개발하였다. 일반적으로 무선 telemetry라고 하면 전파 telemetry를 의미할 정도로 전파를 이용한 방식이 보편화되어 있으나, 늘어나는 전파무선기기에 의한 전파장해 및 간섭현상과 무엇보다 인체에 유해한 단점으로 의료용 장비에의 응용에는 부적합하다, 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 빛을 이용한 무선telemetry에 대한 연구결과를 응용하여 피부투과성이 좋은 근적외광(Infra Red Light)을 이용한 광통신 방식으로 인공심장용 무선정보 전달장치를 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템의 성능은 인공 심장용 모의순환실험을 통해 평가되었으며 아울러 동물실험에서의 성능평가로 임상에의 응용가능성을 확인하였다.
