This Study Focuses on the Customer Experience Story of Bandi&Luni's Centum City branch which Offers the Different Service Concept on the Competitive Book Selling Market. Bandi&Luni's Stands as one of the Largest Bookstore Chains that has 14 Offline Bookstores and an Online Bookstore Shop. The Purpose of this Study takes Lessons from the Unique Practices and Efforts of Bandi&Lunis's Online-to-Offline(O2O) Service and Service Design. In Order to Achieve this Propose, we Investigated the History, Service Concept, Value, and Performance of Bandi&Luni's from a Variety of sources and Reviewed the Previous Literatures of O2O Service and Service Design. In order to Offer Better Customer Experience the Service should be Designed from Customer's View and be Delivered through the Lifecycle of Customers. In a era of Big Data, IOT(internet of things), AI(artificial intelligence), The Service Design Innovation using Information and Communication Technology will be needed in order to Break down the Boundaries Between Online and Offline.

Maneuvering targets are difficult for the Kalman filter to track since the target model of tracking filter might not fit the real target trajectory and the statistical characteristics of the target maneuver are unknown in advance. In order to track such a wildly maneuvering target, several schemes had been proposed and improved the tracking performance in some extent. In this paper a Kalman filter-based scheme is proposed for maneuvering target tracking. The proposed scheme estimates the target acceleration input vector directly from the feature of maneuvering target trajectories and updates the simple Kalman tracker by use of the acceleration estimates. Simulation results for various target profiles are analyzed for a comparison of the performances of our proposed scheme with that of conventional trackers.

A shock absorber rod is located in the center of the absorber piston and is responsible for the reciprocating movement portion. If it has surface defects, the damping performance of product will be adversely affected. A rod surface has gloss by heat treatment. Therefore, it is difficult to find a defect, such as dust, imprints, and blowholes. Because a total inspection is achieved by visual inspection by workers, it causes eyestrain and the quality of the product is not constant. In this paper, a machine vision system was developed to find a defect using a line-scan camera. The machine can detect surface defects than 0.3mm. To minimize the occurrence probability of defects on the inspection process, the developed auto inspection system had an automatic feeding system and incorporated a protection system. Through the development of this system, which relies on the operator's visual inspection of the surface of the shock absorber, the Rod inspection system constructed quality inspection standards and standardized tests to ensure improved reliability.

Today, the basic problem of functional safe management of Korean Disaster Control system was separately administrated 33 acts that are relating to safe management in 13 ministries. Because of the facts that the fire service is not provided practically, the control system and risk management for safe administration are not operated, the information can not be shared with each other, and the various laws have the lacks of linkage, the National Safe System was appeared unsteady. The roles and functions of fire service have started with restriction to operate structurally and institutionally, which operational structure of fire service is becoming weak. As a result, the federal and local fire organizations have not reached yet to the institutionalization and the local fire service agencies have bias with the task regarding the fire service because of the relation between organizational structure and the local fire agency. With the enforcement of the federal and local fire system, professionality and autonomy for making policy, and dealing with changes of fire service positively, the national fire service on the policy performance can be established. Promotion of research and development and education training to strengthen innovation in technology and competition in fire industry will contribute to the firmly establishment of control system to prevent from fire, flood, terror and national disaster. This article proposed that (a) the established law and administration, agency are required efforts to effectively operate fire service system; (b) the national fire service agency, national college of fire, national institute of science fire, and national fire service hospital should be early established to make firmly policy to operate effectively and practically. These kinds of innovational acts are known the best ways of operating solid policy of national fire service system.

This paper presents an architecture for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) with blind source separation (BSS) applied to retrieve the received mixing signals of the sink nodes first. The little-to-no need of prior knowledge about the source signals of the sink nodes in the BSS method is obviously advantageous for WSNs. The optimization problem of the BSS of multiple independent source signals with complex and noncircular distributions from observed sensor nodes is considered and addressed. This paper applies Castella's reference-based scheme to Novey's negentropy-based algorithms, and then proposes a novel fast fixed-point (FastICA) algorithm, defined as the reference-signal negentropy complex FastICA (RSNT-cFastICA) for complex-valued noncircular-distribution source signals. The proposed method for the sink nodes is substantially more efficient than Novey's quasi-Newton algorithm in terms of computational speed under large numbers of samples, can effectively improve the power consumption effeciency of the sink nodes, and is significantly beneficial for WSNs and wireless communication networks (WCNs). The effectiveness and performance of the proposed method are validated and compared with three related BSS algorithms through theoretical analysis and simulations.

IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) is an innovation technology to lead the new media age. Internet protocol television (IPTV) is a next generation television converged with the Internet which are delivered portal services such as information search, games, movies, home shopping and banking. Generally, service quality affects to adopt or use these technologies. Quality of experience (QoE) is more issue to be considered than service quality because of the technological restriction and limitation that IPTV is accessed by the Internet. The QoE is defined as the cognitive and experienced quality measured with users through an experiment and is conceptually related to service quality. The objective of this paper is to suggest a methodology to measure the QoE of IPTV using a user testing. We find significant factors affecting QoE of IPTV through an exploratory study and measure QoE scores. We found the nine factors of graphics, picture, accuracy, access method, quality of contents, usability, security, and performance important for QoE. The QoE scores of picture, graphics, and quality of contents gained over the average score, but the overall score for IPTV service providers was not high and the QoE needs to be improved.

Knowledge management is a core factor to achieve competitive advantage and improve the business performance. New information technology is also a core factor enabling the innovation of knowledge management. Semantic Web of which the goal is to realize machine-processable Web can't help affecting the knowledge management. Therefore, we empirically analyze the relationship between user's dissatisfaction and barriers or limitations of knowledge management and present methods allowing Semantic Web to overcome the limitations and to support knowledge management processes. Based on a questionnaire survey of 222 respondents, we found that the limitations of system qualities such as user inconvenience of knowledge management systems, search and integration limitations, and the limitations of knowledge qualities such as inappropriateness and untrust significantly affected the user dissatisfaction of knowledge management systems. Finally, we suggest a conceptual model of knowledge management systems of which components are resources, metadata, ontologies, and user & query layers.

Design and management of information and industrial engineering (DMIIE) is a project-oriented junior/senior class that integrates the methodologies of industrial and information engineering in order to solve real-world problems. It examines social issues, engineering approaches to solve the problems and business models that can generate sustainable value for society. This course help students use their engineering knowledge to assess and solve the problems faced by local community. By conducting real-world projects, students get an opportunity to refine their oral and written communication skills. In this paper, the experience of DMIIE course is presented. The effects of the community-based learning for a senior design course are discussed. The possibility of using this blended type of design course to meet the ABEEK outcomes is also stated.

Recently, rapid innovation of Smartphone is changing the paradigm of our daily life. With the launch of Apple iPhone, there is an explosion of interest in Smartphone itself as well as Internet-based services using Smartphone are being revitalized. Smartphone users, opinion experts more than 99 percent of the economically active population is using, it has reached the saturation past the early stages of formation. Smartphone is equipped with a general purpose OS possible the implementation of high performance environment similar level as a personal computer. Also, it is a mobile communication terminal scalable which can be removed or installed various applications. New information technology like Smartphone gives us a very important and interesting research issue that is to find and prove the factors influencing the purchase intention. At this point, study identifying on the influence factors to the behavioral intention of Smartphone is very important. This study was targeted a total of 99 research papers that are setting up the related Smartphone in among the research papers published in domestic academic journals since 2008. Empirical research related behavioral intention using was summarized on the papers 76.
