In this study, we analyzed the current status and limitations of software education in A education universities. In order to solve these problems, technical support assistant teachers were employed and operated. During the course of the course, we conducted interviews with the instructor and the technical support teacher. The satisfaction of the teacher in the training school was high and I wanted to be supported continuously. It also called for the capacity building of assistant teachers and the establishment of a pool of staff. On the other hand, the assistant teachers suggested that the role assignment of team teaching should be clarified and a guide of activities should be presented. The technical assistance assistant teacher input system discussed in this study may be different from the practice system of each university, and generalization may be limited. Therefore, it is expected that the effective implementation method will be shared and the software education will be activated.
The purposes of this study were to measure the school-related adjustment level of technical high school students, and to determine the relationship between school-related adjustment and its related variables. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. The population sample for the study constituted 553 completed questionnaires from purposive sample of 600 first grade technical high school students. A survey questionnaire was developed by researcher, which consisted of 28 scales. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, school-related adjustment level of technical high school students was average. In sub-variables of school-related adjustment, 'compliance with the rule' was the highest, and 'relation to teacher' was the lowest. Second, five related variables were found to be a significant relationship with school-related adjustment level of technical high school students. They were 'orientation for freshman', 'student's department hope', 'teacher activity for student learning improvement', 'teacher support for student school life', 'parent's interest about school life'. Third, after multiple regression analysis, the proportion of the variance in school-related adjustment of technical high school students was about 42.2%. School-related adjustment of technical high school students was most explained by 'teacher activity for student learning improvement'.

The purpose of this study was to development a model of problem solving instruction for improving practical skill-competence in technical high school. For the study, various literature researches were reviewed intensively about problem solving process, laboratory instruction's approaches and learning principals. The problem solving instruction process was composed with identifying problems, generating alternative solutions, investigation and research, choosing a solution, acting on a plan, modeling of problem solving, testing and evaluating, redesigning and improving. The collected data was analyzed using the JAMOVI program to analyze the mediated effects and technical statistics. Results found that office stress, teacher efficacy, and sense of happiness of childcare teachers were found to meet the normality assumption. Second, the analysis of the relationship between office stress, teacher efficacy, and happiness showed a statistically significant negative correlation between administrative stress and teacher efficacy and happiness and teacher efficacy showed a significant positive correlation. Higher office stress led to less teacher effectiveness and happiness, and higher happiness led to higher teacher effectiveness. Third, office stress is a significant predictor of happiness and teacher's efficacy.
