Purpose: This study aims to suggest new strategy of planning water management and land use in response to abnormal weather which allow waterfront to be the cities through the experience of Netherlands resilient project. Method: A planning direction is developed based on Dutch national resilient policy and strategy as well as resilient theory of technical and social aspects, focusing on a new waterfront development that responds to abnormal weather. Results: The water control strategy, for flexibly responding to the sea level rise and flooding caused by the climate change through the experience of Dutch resilience, is as follows: 1)Customized prevention plan according to the local property 2)Creating spatial planning by considering disaster risk level and fragility 3)Establishing urban planning by considering the flood risk level. Conclusion: A new urban development method, particularly a resilience strategy based on the waterfront space where is most vulnerable to climate change, is required to cope with the abnormal climate beyond the conventional planning.

The purpose of this study is to present an effective management model for planning phase of architect office in korea. The research method of this study includes a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows; The suggested model for planning and management involves business strategy, manpower strategy, technical strategy and marketing strategy. It is verified by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression from the questionnaire survey data.

The domestic simple payment service was not activated yet compared to foreign countries and there are many things to complement in the legal, institutional, and technical aspects. The future image of the domestic electronic payment propulsion was considered by the scenario planning focusing on the simple payment. Total 6 future scenarios were drawn through the scenario planning, and 3 major strategy directions for attaining the preferred future scenario were drawn. This study drew a meaningful scenario through various analyses and industry specialist questionnaire about the future of the simple payment service which will be a crucial change of the domestic electronic payment under the uncertain future situation, and suggested an implication for the government and every interested party who provides the industrial service to prepare for the future.

Patents are an up-to-date and reliable source of technological knowledge, and thus patent analysis has been considered to be a necessary step for identifying evolving technological trends and planning technology strategies. Although there exist many research papers and technical reports concerning patent analysis, few empirical studies on planning technology strategies for uncertain futures from a national or company perspective have been rarely conducted. Therefore, this paper aims presenting a procedure and its practical case of planning future technology strategies by incorporating patent analysis and scenario planning. Using patents related to polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells, this paper developed technology strategies corresponding to future scenarios. We expect that the proposed method and case study can assist knowledge services of experts in the long-term technology strategy planning process.

Therefore, this paper searches analysis method, problem and development way for information system of manufacture field to construct this IMS efficiently, and develops each information strategy planning establishment step, product and integral way of products which is the systematic establishment way of essential information strategy planning in efficient manufacturing information system construction. Also, this paper presents detailed system design methods of each step and templates for efficient methodology of information strategy planning to support IMS efficiently.

The Fashion Distribution Business (FDB) is thriving to such an extent that the current period is called "The Era of Fashion." This FDB shows tendencies towards specialzation, globalization and expansion. The domestic FDB has been rapidly globalizing, and thus it is time for us to recognize that the fashion business has grown beyond its former role as a production-oriented retail business to include multiple new roles. This strategy to plant Store Identity on customers is just a Visual Merchandising (VMD) Strategy. That is, a strategy to visualize the Product Planning, which can be called a Complex Visual Expressing Technical System that classifies and arranges products in order to be easily seen, chosen, and bought through exhibition and arrangement. My aim is to break away from the conept that has been focused only on display division and to present product scheme correctly and to establish a VMD Plan which can also contribute to sales promotion by providing infirmation and arranging Store Display efficiently for customers. This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

For the purpose of technology planning and R&D strategy, this research developed a methodology for deriving technical information based on stakeholder requirements using natural language processing technology. The requirements are decomposed into semantic information based on grammar rules, and then the requirement information based technology information can be derived by linking with the three technical information extracted from the patent.

Space transformation of hospital architecture happens more rapidly than other types such as school and office buildings. This requirement is caused by medical demand, service transformation, technical development and equipment changes. Grand scale extension and rapid change in hospital architecture affects whole planning; therefore, it is important to design in the macro perspective such like Life Cycle. Grand scale extension is difficult process to rebuild growth and transfer of hospital architecture and to adapt to the future change. That's why simple planning gives limits to some departments in a short-term and brings another reform such as more extension or interior renovation in a long-term. This study surveys various space transformation and grand scale extension of EB hospital extended recently, and it is to find planning condition in extension.
