다기능프로젝트팀의 설계, 팀 코칭, 팀 개발과 성과 (The Team Structure Design, Team-Coaching, Team Development, and Team Performance of Cross-Functional Project Team)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 기능영역 간의 연계성을 확보하고, 창의적 사고와 혁신을 유인하기 위해 운영되는 다기능프로젝트팀(Cross-Functional Project Team)의 성과 창출에 관하여 연구하였다. 기존 소집단 유효성 연구는 팀 프로세스가 중요함을, 조직맥락 연구에서는 팀 구조설계 및 긍정적인 조직맥락 조성을 강조하고 있는 바에 기초하여 다기능프로젝트팀만의 차별적 특성을 반영한 성과 영향 요인을 도출하고 영향력을 검증하였다. 또한 리더 행위로서의 팀 코칭(team coaching)이 갖는 조절효과도 파악하였다. 17개 서울 및 수도권 소재 기업에서 운영한 다기능프로젝트팀 32개, 214명을 대상으로 자료를 확보하여 분석한 결과, 역량구성 적절성과 팀 보상시스템이 팀 프로세스 및 팀 성과에 유의한 영향력을 가진다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 팀 코칭이 팀 프로세스 및 팀 성과에 갖는 직접적 영향관계를 파악하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 이론적.경영관리적 시사점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

Synthesis and Conformation of Novel 4'-Fluorinated 5'-Deoxythreosyl Phosphonic Acid Nucleosides as Antiviral Agents

  • Efficient synthetic route to novel 4'-fluorinated 5'-deoxythreosyl phosphonic acid nucleosides was described from glyceraldehyde using Horner-Emmons reaction in the presence of triethyl ${\alpha}$-fluorophosphonoacetate. Glycosylation reaction of nucleosidic bases with glycosly donor 14 gave the nucleosides which were further phosphonated and hydrolyzed to reach desired nucleoside analogues. Synthesized nucleoside analogues 18, 21, 25 and 28 were tested for anti-HIV activity as well as cytotoxicity. Adenine derivatives 18 and 21 showed significant anti-HIV activity up to $100{\mu}M$.

팀원 기여도에 대한 동료평가의 신뢰성과 성적 반영 방법에 대한 연구 -종합설계교과목을 중심으로- (A Study on the Reliability of Peer-evaluation for Team Members' Contributions and Incorporating Method into Grades - Focusing on the Capstone Design -)

  • The capstone design classes in the College of Engineering are often team project-oriented, and teamwork skills are reported to positively impact problem-solving abilities. While team project courses have various advantages, they also come with challenges such as social loafing and issues related to free riders, which consistently hinder the positive effects of team project courses. To prevent these issues, there is a need to provide a clear evaluation-reward system for team members' contributions. In this study, we examined the reliability of peer evaluation scores for team members' contributions and reviewed methods to incorporate them into team project grades. The review results indicated that peer evaluation scores are deemed to have considerable reliability from a qualitative perspective. However, due to the relatively small team size in team project courses (3 to 6 members per team), using the arithmetic mean of peer evaluation scores is statistically challenging. As a complementary approach, this study proposes limiting the reflection ratio of peer evaluation scores and applying a more macroscopic processing method, not the arithmetic mean, to incorporate peer evaluation scores for team contributions into grades.

IT프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 역량 : 팀 내 사회적 자본 관점에서 (Leadership Competencies of IT Project Managers : from Team Social Capital Perspective)

  • This study explores the applicability of social capital theory in IT project management. Specifically, an empirical model is developed using different types of leadership competencies (emotional, cognitive, and social) as independent constructs impacting IT project performance. Social capital shared among team members are measured and placed as a mediating construct between leadership competencies and performance. Using PLS analysis of 120 data points collected through a survey of IT project participants in two large electronic manufacturers, direct and indirect impacts of leadership competencies are explicated. Research results reveal that emotional leadership competency seems to directly influence the project performance but not through team social capital, while social leadership competency seems to indirectly influence the project performance through team social capital but not directly onto the project performance. Cognitive leadership competency is the only leadership competency that maintains direct and indirect influence on project performance. Total effect of cognitive competency on project performance is almost two times larger than the total effect of emotional leadership competency and six times larger than the total effect of social leadership competency. Implications of findings are discussed at the end, and further studies are suggested.

대학 미적분학 플립드 수업에서 팀프로젝트 탐구 (A Study on Team Project Learning in Flipped Calculus Classes)

  • 이 연구는 대학 미적분학 플립드 수업에서 팀프로젝트를 진행하기 위한 교수 학습방법을 개발 적용하고 수업 활동 중 얻어진 수행계획서, 팀 보고서 및 개별 후기, 설문을 통해 학생들의 팀 활동 참여, 심층적인 학습 성취, 의사소통과 협력에 미치는 영향을 제시하고자 한다. 총 120명의 대학 이공계 학생을 대상으로 2018학년도 봄 학기 16주간 미적분학 플립드 수업에서 4주간 팀프로젝트를 진행하였다. 이 수업의 특징은 수업의 진도를 맞추기 위해 개념과 예제 중심의 학습을 동영상으로 진행하였고 팀프로젝트는 강의실에서 진행하였다. 특히 팀프로젝트 과정을 기록할 뿐 아니라 교수자가 팀 활동에 적절히 개입하기 위해 Google 문서를 활용하였다. 결과적으로 팀프로젝트를 강의실 안과 밖에서 진행하여 각각의 단계마다 교수자의 개입이 명확해지면서 학생들의 팀 활동 참여가 증가하였고 이는 의사소통과 협력에 좋은 영향을 끼칠 뿐 아니라 더불어 심층적인 학습활동으로 작용한 것으로 평가된다.

  • Acoustic emission monitoring on two racetrack superconducting field winding coil was performed during excitation and quenches to diagnose the integrity of the field winding coils. Two field windings were not impregnated with epoxy The results confirm that the acoustic emission signals are mainly due to conductor motions which cause premature quenching of the winding. The quench current of modified racetrack type field winding coil (Type B) are more higher than that of conventional field winding coil (Type A).

IT 프로젝트 팀에 있어서 내외부 사회적 자본과 조직 분위기에 관한 연구 (Exploring the Relationship between Social Capital and Team Climate in IT Project Teams)

  • IT project teams are composed of experts from various domains with different backgrounds, such as business and technologies. Thus, enhancing knowledge sharing and increasing team social capital are critical for the success of the project. This study examines the relationship among the team social capital, team climate and team performance. A research model and hypotheses are developed from literature review and empirically validated. The research model consists of team social capital, team climate and team performance. Specifically, team social capital, as antecedents, wasconceptualized asinternal and external differentiated by team boundary, and team climate is conceptualized as innovative climate and supportive climate. Using measures adopted from previous studies, 166 data points were collected to test the research model and related hypotheses. PLS data analysis indicated that internal and external social capitalhave positive effect on innovative climate while internal social capital has a positive effect on supportive team climate. The innovative and supportive climate has significant effect on the team performance. Based on the results, we proposed several team management skills for IT project managers. Theoretical constributions are discussed at the end with limitations and further studies.

초등예비교사의 교수역량 증진을 위한 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습 실행 및 효과 (Performing and Effects Team-Based Learning Program for improving of Teaching Competencies of Pre-service Elementary School Teachers)

  • This study expects that Team Based Project Learning can act positive role to improve pre-service elementary teachers' teaching competence from previous studies. So designing and executing Team Based Project Learning program, I can provide some suggestions to the teaching method for teacher training education. In this study, Team Based Project Learning focuses on the use of history of mathematics in school mathematics. Also from organizing the team to evaluation, I conduct team activity systematically both inside and outside the classroom. The result of this study shows that pre-service elementary teachers' teaching competence has improved and I could identify the positive response about the value of using the history of mathematics and effect of Team Based Project Learning in mathematics learning.

  • 미분적분학에서 정적분의 수치계산법에 대한 팀프로젝트(Team Project) 문제를 제시한다. 제시한 팀프로젝트 문제는 흉부 CT 사진을 통해서 폐의 부피를 구하는 것으로 특별히 의학을 공부하는 학생들에게 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 전문화 및 특성화된 미분적분학(정적분의 수치계산법) 수업이 될 것이다. 또한 프로젝트 해결 과정에서 다양한 테크놀로지(MATLAB, MATHEMATICA, MS-Excel)를 도입한다.
