과제 및 기질에 따른 유아의 스트레스 대처 전략 (A Study of Preschooler's Stress Coping Strategies Depending on Task and Temperament)

  • This study investigated 3- and 5-year-old preschoolers' stress coping strategies depending on tasks, and whether preschoolers' stress coping strategies in each task depended on their temperament types. Subjects were 96 3- and 5-year-old preschoolers selected from three day-care centers in Seoul, Kounggi. A Parent Temperament Questionnaire for preschooler was used, and the coping strategies which each preschooler showed in task with perceived controllable, task with perceived uncontrollable were recorded by a video camera. Preschoolers' stress coping strategies recorded by a video camera were transcribed and analyzed according to the categories the researcher generated. Data were analyzed by paired t-tests and t-tests. As a results, there was a significant differences in preschoolers' stress coping strategies depending on the tasks and a significant temperament type difference in the preschoolers' stress coping strategies in each task.

프리셉터가 지각한 직무스트레스, 자기효능감과 업무수행과의 관계 (Relationships among Work Stress, Self-Efficacy and the Task Performance of the Preceptor)

  • Purpose: This survey aimed to find out the relationship of work stress, self-efficacy, and task performance of the preceptor. Method: The data of this study were collected from 215 Preceptors who have been working in four hospitals in Deajeon. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test for group differences, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Result: There were significant positive relations between the work stress (r=0.193, p<0.05), self-efficacy (r=0.346, p<0.00), and the task performance of preceptor. The most predictive factors of the task performance were self-efficacy(11.5%), the job stress(2.7%), and age(2.0%). Conclusion: Nursing department supervisors need to manage preceptor to reduce work stress and to improve self-efficacy. It is recommended that work stress should be decreased and programs for increasing self-efficacy need developing in order to satisfy self-realization of preceptors and their needs.

보건소 COVID-19 전담대응인력의 역할스트레스 및 COVID-19 대응업무로 인한 외상, 외상 후 스트레스 장애 (Role Stress, Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder of COVID-19 Response Task Force in Public Health Centers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find stress mediation strategies for pandemic task forces in the future by identifying role stress experienced by local officials in public health centers working as COVID-19 response task force. Whether they suffered from trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) due to COVID-19 was also determined. Methods: Subjects for this research were 185 public health center workers in 7 northern Gyeonggi cities with at least three months of COVID-19 response task force experience. The investigation lasted for two months, from February to March of 2021. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: The average role stress of research subjects was 2.79±0.60. There were 64 subjects (34.6%) who answered 'yes' for trauma experience due to COVID-19. Subjects' role stress by sociodemographic and role characteristics displayed statistically significant differences in gender (t = -2.74, p= .007), age (F = 6.41, p= .002), profession (F = 0.01, p= .014), and COVID-19 response task (F= 3.01, p= .019). Specifically, role stress was higher for females than for males, those who were in their 20's (than 40's), a nursing profession (rather than others). Role stress was also higher in COVID-19 confirmed response work or in a self-quarantine work. There was a significant difference in trauma according to COVID-19 response roles (χ2 = 26.59, p= < .001) and other tasks given or not (χ2= 9.48, p= .002). Conclusion: It is necessary to take measures to reduce COVID-19 response task force's role stress and trauma.

군(軍) 조직구성원의 보안환경 영향요인이 보안 스트레스와 보안준수행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Influencing Factors in the Security Environment of Military Organizational Members on Information Security Stress and Security Compliance Behavior Intention)

  • 오늘날 인공지능과 같은 4차 산업혁명의 발달로 인하여 군 조직의 보안위협이 증대되고 있다. 이렇게 변화하거나 새롭게 등장하는 보안환경 속에서 발생하는 영향요인들이 보안 스트레스와 보안준수행동에 미치는 영향을 연구함으로써 군사보안을 준수하는데 기여될 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 기존 선행연구에서 보안 스트레스를 유발하는 환경적인 영향요인 중 업무 과중, 업무 복잡성, 업무 불확실성, 업무 갈등을 추출하였다. 이러한 영향요인이 보안 스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 보안 스트레스의 매개역할 여부를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 업무 과중이 보안 스트레스에 통계적으로 유의미하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보안 스트레스는 업무 과중과 보안준수행동간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 군 조직에서 과중한 보안업무로 인하여 보안 스트레스가 발생하고, 결국은 보안준수행동이 낮아지는 결과를 초래한다. 따라서 이런 상황을 관리하는 보안정책이 우선 추진되어야 할 것이다.

들기 작업에서 높이와 각도 변화가 발 부위에 미치는 스트레스에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Stress on Foot by Lifting Height and Angle)

  • In this paper, we propose a stress analysis on foot by lifting task attitudes. Maximum force and peak pressure were measured on 8 body regions by Pedar system in order to analysis the stress which is affected by task style and angle on foot when Manual Materials Handling task. As for the peak pressure of the whole foot as to the task height during the lifting task, the height from Knuckle to Shoulder was the least in the peak pressure. Also, as for the maximum force and the peak pressure of the whole foot as to the task angle during the lifting task, it could be seen that the more an angle increases, the stress influencing on a foot jumps. As for the maximum force and the peak pressure by foot region as to the task height in case of the lifting task, the height from Knuckle to Shoulder is indicated the smallest value in the maximum force and the peak pressure, thus there is necessary to attain the work design that considered this. Also, as for the maximum force by foot region as to the task angle in case of the lifting task, 0° tasking is indicated to be least, thus there is necessity to be attained the tasking design in a bid to prevent the existence of an angle. The results of this paper are thought to be helpful to the suitable work design, to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders related to the lower limbs, and to the design of ergonomic safety shoes.

민간경비원의 여가제약이 직무스트레스 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Leisure Constraint of a Private Security Guard on His/Her Task Stress and Life Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 여가제약이 직무스트레스 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2009년 서울소재 민간경비 회사에 재직하고 있는 민간경비원들을 연구대상으로 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 300명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 17.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석, 경로분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's $\alpha$값이 .600 이상으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 여가제약은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 주변 의식적 제약, 개인적 제약이 증가하면 직무스트레스는 높아지는 반면, 대인적 제약이 감소하면 직무스트레스는 낮아진다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 여가제약은 생활만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 개인적 제약이 감소하면 생활만족감은 높아진다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스는 생활만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 보상 및 경력개발이 증가하면 생활만족감은 높아지는 반면, 직무특성이 감소하면 생활만족감은 낮아진다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 여가제약은 직무스트레스 및 생활만족에 인과적 영향을 미친다. 즉, 직무스트레스는 여가제약과 생활만족의 관계를 매개하는 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있다.

간호대학생의 그릿과 학업스트레스와의 관계에서 과제가치의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of task value between grit and academic stress on nursing students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 그릿과 학업스트레스와의 관계에서 과제가치의 매개효과를 규명하는 것이다. 자료수집은 2021년 8월 31일부터 9월 9일까지 모바일 구글(Google) 설문지를 통해 이루어졌으며, 대상자는 3개 대학교의 간호대학생 총 192명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one- way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그릿은 학업스트레스와 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계(r=-.51, p<.001), 과제가치와는 정적 상관관계(r=.38, p<.001)였으며, 과제가치와 학업스트레스는 정적 상관관계(r=-.67, p<.001)였다. 과제가치는 그릿과 학업스트레스와의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다(Z=-4.92, p<.001). 간호대학생의 학업스트레스 감소를 위해서는 그릿과 과제가치를 고려한 중재 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

포괄간호서비스를 제공하는 간호사의 간호업무와 직무 스트레스, 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study of Nursing Tasks, Nurses' Job Stress and Job Satisfaction in Hospitals with No Guardians)

  • Purpose: Purpose of the study was to investigate task performance, importance, knowledge, and level of job stress and job satisfaction of nurses working in a hospital with no family or family paid auxiliary caregivers. Methods: Participants were 119 nurses working in hospitals with no guardians. The questionnaire contained 488 items: general characteristics, performance, importance, knowledge of nursing tasks, job stress and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficients with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Most frequently performed nursing tasks were patient nursing management and information management. Nursing tasks perceived as most important were medication and transfusion and nursing tasks with the highest knowledge were also medication and transfusion. Nursing task (subcategory) most frequently performed was oral medication. Nursing task (subcategory) perceived as most important was mental status observation and nursing task (subcategory) with the highest knowledge was vital sign check. Nurses' job stress was significantly associated with job satisfaction. The mean scores for nurses' job stress and job satisfaction were low. Conclusion: The results indicate that nurses working in hospitals with no guardians perform daily living assistance services more often than previously, and nurses need to be prepared to do these tasks.

소방시설관리업 종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Task Stress on the Job Satisfaction of Fire Protection Management Workers)

  • 이 연구는 소방시설관리업 종사자의 직무스트레스 수준과 정도를 확인하였으며, 또한 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 향후 연구과제를 제안하였다. 첫째, 배경원인에 따른 직무스트레스는 연령, 직급, 월 급여, 총 경력, 자격증, 담당업무는 차이가 나타났으며, 학력에서는 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 영향을 살펴본 결과 스트레스의 하위 변수 중 물리환경, 직무요구, 조직체계, 보상부적절, 직장문화는 스트레스가 증가함에 따라 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미친 반면에 관계갈등, 직무불안정은 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 향후, 업무 과부하의 실증적 원인 규명 연구와 소방시설관리업 조직차원의 스트레스 경감대책에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

  • Cardiovascular, respiratory and electrodermal responses to acute stress episodes modeled by combined presentation of intense white noise and performance of word recognition task with noise background were studied in 15 college students. Experimental procedure consisted in sessions with white noise, word recognition task presentation with noise background and test with noise background. Recorded physiological variables were analyzed in terms of their sensitivity to detect activation of sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of autonomic nervous system and thus reflect autonomic arousal level during shout-term stress-inducing experimental manipulations. It was shown that performance of effortful mental task with noise background elicited significant physiological responses typical for active coping behavior, namely electrodermal arousal and increased cardiovascular activity. this response profile was more profound as compared to white noise only or attending task in noise background. However, all physiological responses were mostly phasic, without long-term tonic changes, since almost all variables recovered to their initial baseline levels, suggesting that dominant autonomic mechanisms in transient acute stress episodes were of parasympathetic nature (withdrawal in stress with subsequent activation in restoration period), while sympathetic contribution was not long-lasting. Nevertheless, increased number of stressors and their longer exposure may result in higher profile of tonic sympathetic arousal and reduced functional role of vagal mechanisms in autonomic balance regulation.
