The "Belt and Road" economic development strategy provides new ideas for the transformation of my country's higher education. Under the guidance of the new development concept and relying on a good competitive platform, my country's higher education will have more possibilities for internationalization. The analysis of the connotation of the development concept of my country's higher education internationalization is mainly reflected in the development and tolerance of my country's higher education, and the innovation and sharing of development concepts. With this as the direction, my country's higher education institutions can combine the school's own school-running philosophy to formulate new teaching standards that are in line with international rules. Do a good job in the penetration of our country's excellent traditional culture, and handle the relationship between cultures of various countries. Actively learn from international advanced teaching concepts to build a scientific and perfect talent training mechanism.

In the 21st century, university education is changing from an objective knowledge and information to critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Moreover, university education should change rapidly towards a learner-centered educational environment because it has an educational goal to have college students experience authentic tasks they will be in charge of after graduation, and improves self-directed learning ability and cooperative learning ability. PBL is a pedagogical strategy for posing significant, contextualized, real world situations, and providing resources, guidance, and instruction to learners as they develop content knowledge and problem-solving skills. In problem based learning, the students collaborate to study the issues of a problem as they strive to create viable solution. For these advantages of PBL, the application of PBL in school has been enlarged. On the other hand, the application of PBL in engineering education has not been enlarged. To improve these instruction methods, the development or applications of new instructional methods will be needed. This study examined the PBL instructional design of a creative engineering design subject, which aims to foster talent. The PBL model developed in this study consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. A plan of creative engineering design subject was developed based on PBL, and focused on the process of PBL. To determine the effects of this model, studies applying this instructional design to many lecturers should be implemented.

This study aims to explore the characteristics of environmental catalysts which have affected the development of music giftedness of the disadvantaged students. For this purpose, this study deals with nineteen disadvantaged gifted in music and examines their self-evaluation test, personal statement, and interview. Based on Gagn$\acute{e}$'s environmental catalysts of differentiated model of giftedness and talent(DMGT), the analysis of the interviews conveys the milieu of the disadvantaged gifted hardly exerts positive influences on their musical activities and studies. While concerning music and supporting their children financially and emotionally, parents unintentionally tend to exert negative influences on their children for their misapprehension of giftedness and incompetent advice. On the whole, the disadvantaged gifted hardly admit their teachers as experts in music. In relation to provisions, most students participate in extra school and local program and none of them participates in music gifted program. They are not satisfied with the quality in education. Despite the importance of the events such as crystallizing experience, award-winning, and performance, most students don't have enough events for inspiring their giftedness. As a conclusion, this study gives a proposition for a strategy to improve the environmental catalysts for the disadvantaged gifted in many different ways: the improvement of social recognition, the enhancement of parent consulting and teachers training programs, and the development and diffusions of more qualified gifted programs and so on.

We need education program and contents that satisfy on-off line's education maximize an initiative spirit development in an absence of UI design for infants and elementary students. For the multiplicity of inflection of these initiative spirit development education program, we need development of contents and teaching materials(Cre-kids) that can educate both in on-line and in off-line. Cre-kids are divided of four areas that are increased fluency, flexibility, originality and delicacy. Four areas are ideas of language, visual, making and computer. Through each area, we can develop children's systematic modeling idea ability. And we divide of fluency, flexibility, originality and delicacy each four areas and evaluate each aspect and mark for index. That is CDQ(Creativity Design Quotient). Through the evaluation result, we will be able to study about a modeling initiative spirit index.

The conception of uniform is changing from function and economical efficiency of the past to symbolism and aesthetic sense So, in such a management strategical point of view as enterprises' PR, scouting talent, organization revitalization etc, this is required to settle uniform culture which is proper to each enterprise and design development. The purpose of this thesis is, first, to study to help distribution enterprises' CI or PR by examining the present condition of uniform design in domestic fashion distribution enterprise and planning uniform design on the base of real case and finally making a real thing in person. Second is to suggest to fashion enterprise security of competitive ability of uniform-producing enterprise by developing article design of worth. Third is to present academic area with how to do design education in a wide range not based on trend article development. Following is how and what to study to carry out these purposes. Details about necessity and how and what to study are in an introduction, the conception of uniform in theory through precedential records examination in chapter 2, the present condition of uniform design based on Changwon city in chapter 3, planning uniform design and making a real thing suitable for F enterprise in chapter 4, and the conclusion is in chapter 5. Through this study, I became to know that uniform in distribution enterprise who treats visitors face to face is very important. I supply material and information concluded from this study to uniform industry and hope this will be helpful in developing uniform. It is significant in that this study as being related with enlarged uniform and enterprise, beyond such a uniform area as school uniform and hospital one, expanded the study range of clothing. I already tell you that this study is based on visual expression of uniform and wearer's feeling in clothes is not included.

Venture business plays a great role in creating national competitive power in every country. In particular, software venture business can mostly belong to manufacturing business, and takes the top seat of core industry as the basis of globalization, informatization and localization as well as the driving force of national competitive power. However, software venture business still has some risks in the whole area of business administration including the process of business starting. There are also problems to be solved in such areas as manager's ability, leadership, talent, level of technical development, marketing channel, recruiting of marketing specialists, financial plan and fund raising. In this respect, this study divides 102 software venture businesses into two; business in the stage of growth and matured business through the analysis of questionnaire and analyzes their present managerial conditions according to their characteristics after classifying them into four categories such as general management, technical development, marketing, finance and accounting. Therefore, this study attempts to provide the basic data useful for business activities of software venture business from now on. The results are as follows; First, it can be judged that software venture businesses make efforts for their technical development in their character, and that they make a great investment in research and development. Consequently, it can be believed that this kind of investment must be continued in the future. Second, it can be seen that they are not much interested in marketing and its manpower. In fact, software venture businesses develop products technically at the risk of their life, while marketing plays an important role in the continuity of business. Thus, it is necessary for them to invest in the supplement of manpower in marketing. Third, it is observed that they generally have some difficulties in raising money from outside. By the way, it. is believed that this problem will be solved by appealing to the persons interested such as investors and creditors, if evaluation system would be developed more exquisitely so that their accounting and technical value may be appraised.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect middle-old aged housewives' participation in lifelong learning as a part of human resource development. Through purposive sampling, the study recruited 163 full-time housewives over age 40 years who live in C City. As a result, first, 87.1 percent of all respondents, or 142, said they were willing to participate in lifelong learning in the future. There was no statistically significant difference in the results of cross-checking by age, educational background and monthly household income variables. Additionally, we used cluster analysis to measure differences in participation intentions according to the perception of human resource development of middle-old aged full-time housewives. The perception variable of lifelong learning is: First, Cognitive degree, second, importance, third, activation awareness. Cluster 1(n=16) was divided into generally low-perception types, such as cognitive degree, importance, and life-long learning activation of the C city, while Cluster 2(n=61) was classified as a type of person who thinks that lifelong learning is important to life and Cluster 3(n=86) was generally classified as a type with a higher lifelong learning perception. and we found that there was no difference in the intention to participate in lifelong learning by all cluster Lastly, we found that participants who valued human resource development scored significantly higher on measures of cognition than those who did not value it. Based on these results, we advocates social change that encourages the cultivation of talent through lifelong learning programs that can positively affect one's unique identity, not just wife and mother, and provide opportunities for self-development.

In recent years, industrial convergence centered on ICBM (internet of things (IoT), cloud, big data, mobile) has been experiencing rapid development in various fields such as agriculture and the financial industry. In order to prepare for cyber threats, one of the biggest problems facing the convergence industry in the future, the development of the industry must proceed in tandem with a framework of information security. In this study, we analyze the details of the current industrial development policy and related information protection policies using cross impact analysis and present policy priorities through the expert questionnaire. The aim of the study was to clarify the priorities and interrelationships within information security policy as a first step in suggesting effective policy direction. As a result, all six information security policy tasks derived from this study belong to key drivers. Considering the importance of policies, policies such as improving the constitution of the security industry and strengthening of support, training of information protection talent, and investing in the information security industry need to be implemented relatively first.

This study introduces strengths theory, a core subject of career development and job-getting, and discusses about the factors of strengths(namely talents, knowledge and skills), the processes of strengths personalization, and generating employability. It searches for opportunities to apply the concept of employability to the field of Library and Information Science now thrown under hard pressure from information and communication technology. Employability is defined here as competence to make oneself employable as needed by discovering or creating work opportunities using one's own tested personalized strengths. Employability is a package of systematically organized information about the essential abilities and productive personalities of a person, and it is essential to be duly cognitive of one's employability if one seriously intends to succeed in jobs and career. Since generation of employability heavily involves complex processes of information and knowledge-making, expertise from LIS, particularly from areas of personal information management(PIM) and personal knowledge management(PKM), is expected to help for process facilitation.

So young age of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, and is easily capable of founding a new culture is created by the right products and services they lead the more outstanding talent in the way of entrepreneurship creates even young and energetic national economy. Such a wide range of system implementation and curriculum development to complete the creative economy with ecology is also a very critical situation. The development of a systematic entrepreneurship curriculum that promote creative thinking and planning ability for creative convergence of economic times is a top priority. The present study considered that the early stages of convergence entrepreneurship program presents a convergence process of entrepreneurship education through a process-oriented research based on statistics.
