The Beautiful rest room is simple how to think. We need to understand that excretion is important as much as eating. When we didn't have foods, eating was important in itself no matter what our lives environments. But now we want to eat in more dignified and more cultural place. Most of restaurants spend money on adjusting place for the consumes' desire. It is same way about rest room, it is time to change our rest room to place of rest and speculation over the place which we fix our natural urge. We can fix our natural urge, take a rest, and get creative ideas in more convenient, more healthy and more comfortable. It is time for us to change out thought about rest room; it is not dirty and stink place, but civilized living place like developed country. Also, we need new concept to take a triangular position about rest room is one of structure over just decorations. This research suggest new public rest room without precedent based on instance analysis about rest room inside and outside the country.

Since the Start of WTO in 1995, world trade volume was substantially increased as much as over $250 billion by lifting the trade barriors This effect brought new problem of increasing disputes. Significantly an ever increasing atention is paid to the Question of means and procedures of settling such disputes by arbtration. The problem of arbitration has indeed become most popular with all those who take interest in legal aspects of international cooperation in various spheres. In practice arbitration seems to renovate its function to take over new disputes arising from electronic transaction such as internet trade. Looking at the actual use of arbitration, its merits than litigation should cover new aspect concerning new kind of claims caused by new type of transaction. The efficient procedure for dispute will help every country save loss of profit by the delay of settlment. This thesis aims to facilitate the appearence of more efficient arbitration procedure for dispute settlment system.

자율 주행 중에 많은 운전자는 안전하다고 판단되는 상황에서 운전 외 다른 활동을 수행할 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구는 반 자율주행 차량의 안전한 상황에 대한 알림의 제어권 전환 시 상황 인식 수준과 운전 수행에 미치는 영향과 주관적 평가를 살펴보았다. 실험 1에서 통제조건(경고음), 주의 알림, 안전 알림, 모든 알림 조건에 대하여 자율 주행 차량의 영상을 보고 상황 인식 수준과 주관적 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과 안전한 상황 알림 조건에서 상황 인식 수준이 가장 높았으며 만족도와 즐거움 척도에서 높은 평가를 받았고, 불신과 불쾌함에서는 낮은 평가를 보였다. 실험 2에서는 자율주행 차량 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 실제 운전 수행, 상황 인식 수준과 주관적 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과 운전 수행에서 안전한 알림 조건에서 가장 높은 수행을 보였으며, 더 위험이 낮다고 주관적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구는 반자율주행 차량에서 안전한 상황에 대한 알림이 운전자의 만족도와 운전 수행을 개선할 수 있음을 보여줘 불쾌한 경험을 줄이면서 안전한 자율 주행 시스템을 디자인하는 데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

자율주행자동차 기술이 급속히 발전함에 따라 예상치 못한 사고가 발생하고 있어 자율주행 교통안전교육 개발을 통해 이용자 사고 피해를 최소화 시켜야 한다. 현실적 교육을 위해 엣지케이스, 사고 사례, 위험요인 분석이 중요하므로 해외 사례 연구와 실증을 진행하였고, 이를 기반으로 서비스 제공자, 일반이용자 2가지 교육 과정을 개발하였다. 서비스 제공자 과정은 사물인지대응, 급정지, 끼어들기, 제어권 전환, 방어운전, 시스템오작동, 정책 및 정보보안 교육으로 구성하였고 일반이용자 과정은 주의의무, 제어권 전환, 운행설계범위, 사고유형, 법규, 기능, 정보보안 교육으로 구성하였다.

Over the past 20 years, Researchers have tried to develop "Integration Model of Cost and Schedule" in construction industry. They suggested various models and techniques, however, it is still required to develop new methodology for AL Form Work in Public Multi-Housing Projects. Accordingly, this research focused on measuring quantity take-offs of on-going projects and analysing the basic process of using the resources(Labor, Material, Plant) related to cost and time data. There are 3 steps of this research : 1) The literature review of previous studies about Integration Model of Cost and Schedule was conducted. 2) Model for integration between cost and schedule was developed. 3) the accuracy of developed model was verified. The results are expected to improve in integrated managing the cost and schedule data of AL form work.

적산분야에서 CAD 시스템의 도입은 생산성과 작업능률에 크게 영향을 미치고 있고, 물량산출 자동화에도 상당한 영향을 미쳤으나 정미량 산출에는 아직 미흡하다. 또한 지금까지 개발된 적산 프로그램들은 각각의 부재별 물량산출을 다루고 있어 부재와 부재가 겹치는 경계부분 물량산출은 한계를 노출하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 부재와 부재가 겹치는 경계부분의 특징을 분석하여 물량산출 알고리즘을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 범위는 골조공사 가운데 콘크리트와 거푸집 물량산출 알고리즘을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 제시된 알고리즘을 적산 프로그램에 적용할 경우 콘크리트와 거푸집 물량산출이 정밀하게, 그리고 자동으로 수행되어 공사관리의 효율화를 기할 수 있다.

In this study, we try to understand the role of online social recommendation and the similarity of preferences between the recommender and the recommendee on consumer decisions in the framework of the two stage purchase decision-making process. Applying construal level theory to our context, we expect that the role of social recommendation and the similarity of preferences would vary over the stages in the two-stage decision making process. To test our hypotheses, we collected the data through an incentive compatible experiment, and analyzed the data with nested logit model. As a result, we found that the role of online social recommendation varies over the stages. Consumers take recommendation from similar others at the stage of consideration set formation, but no longer consider it at the stage of final choice. Consumers take recommendation from dissimilar others at the stage of consideration set formation. At the stage of final choice, however, consumers avoid choosing the option recommended by dissimilar others. The results of our study enrich the understanding about the role of social recommendation, and have implication to marketing practitioners who attempt to make online social recommendation system more efficient.

A dynamic reliability model which can take into account the time history of loading sequences may be applied to the analyses of the hydraulic stability of armor units on rubble-mound breakwaters. All the parameters related to the stability of structures have been considered to be constants in the deterministic model until now. Thus, it is impossible to study the effects of some uncertainties of the related random variables on the stability of structures. In this paper, the dynamic reliability model can be developed by POT(Peak Over Threshold) method in order to take into account the time history of loading sequences and to investigate the temporal behaviors of stability of structure with its loading history. Finally, it is confirmed that the results of dynamic reliability model agree with straight- forwardly those of AFDA(Approximate Full Distribution Approach) of the static reliability model for the same input conditions. In addition, the temporal behaviors of probability of failure can be studied by the dynamic reliability model developed to analyze the hydraulic stability of armor units on rubble-mound breakwaters. Therefore, the present results may be useful for the management of repair and maintenance over the whole life cycle of structure.
