This paper measures the effects of the quality of the technology entrepreneurship educating program over participants' satisfaction and referring will. The paper focus on developing the best techno-entrepreneurship educating program alternative at the national level through evaluating and improving the quality of TEC Program (developed in NC State University in U.S. and applied in Korea). This paper applies SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of TEC program in affecting the participant's satisfaction and referring will, with collecting questionnaire sheets from participants of TEC program since 2007. The result of research show and confirm the high level of satisfaction and referring will existing among TEC program participants basing upon strong (+) correlation result between core components of SERVQUAL; tangibles, assurance, reliability and participants' satisfaction with referring will.

In this paper, the subthreshold characteristics have been alanyzed using MicroTec4.0 for double gate MOSFET(DGMOSFET). The DGMOSFET is extensively been studing since it can reduce the short channel effects due to structural characteristics. We have presented the short channel effects such as subthreshold swing and threshold voltage for DGMOSFET, using MicroTec, semiconductor simulator. We have analyzed for channel length, thickness and width to consider the structural characteristics for DGMOSFET. The subthreshold swing and threshold voltage have been analyzed for DGMOSFET using MicroTec since MicroTec is well verified as comparing with results of the numerical three dimensional models.

The metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET) has undergone many changes in the last decade In response to the constant demand for increased speed, decreased power, and increased packing density. The state -of-the-art simulation programs are developed by engineers and scientists. This paper has compared commercial programs of Micro-tec and ISE-TCAD in device simulation. This paper investigates LDD MOSFET using two simulators. Bias condition is applied to the devices with gate lengths(Lg) 180㎚. We have presented MOSFET's characteristics such as I-V characteristic and electric field, and compared Micro-tec with ISE TCAD.

This paper aims at proposing the establishment of concept for qualified startup business and the model of smart incubating business system for qualified startup business creation, which is being government's recent policy paradigm. The result of this paper shows the theoretical setting for the concept of qualified startup business through researching papers precedent and analyzing the startup business education affairs of American universities and proposing the model of requisition for qualified startup business. The core model of requisition for qualified startup business is to secure the essential factors for qualified startup business and the preparation process through compounding the requisites, the execution ecosystem for leading the mixing requisites and supporting. This model has been practiced enormously at business creation education field in American universities. This paper especially propose TEC program of NC State University in U.S.A. by case study.

Single segmented mooring lines were tested in a geotechnical centrifuge for the purpose of calibrating the analytical solution developed for the analysis and design of various mooring lines associated with underwater drag/permanent anchors. The model mooring lines included steel ball chains and wire cables placed at various depths within the soft clayey seafloor soil. The mooring lines were loaded to preset tensions at the water surface under an elevated acceleration inside the centrifuge to simulate the field stress conditions experienced by the prototype mooring lines. This paper describes the calibration of two factors that are used as part of the input parameters in the analytical solution of mooring lines and considers the effect of chasing wires that were used in the experiment to determine the locations of the mooring lines.

Recently, real time data acquisition become important for space weather forecast and research. In this work, we have developed the data acquisition tools and their applications for space weather monitoring. We have developed programs to download the space weather data using IDL as well as programs to interactively display the image and data using ION (IDL on the Net). By using these tools, we have constructed the mirror site of Active Region Monitor (ARM) which summarizes several different solar activities, and developed ION programs to display TEC(Total Electron Contents) maps from GPS data at the passage of Korean satellites. At present, the KAO ARM mirror site (http://sun.kao.re.kr/arm) is successfully updated in every thirty minutes. The TEC maps from GPS data are expected to be used for monitoring the space environment of Korean satellites.

무인항공기란(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle : UAV)란 일반적으로 조종사 없이 사전에 입력된 프로그램에 따라 또는 비행체 스스로 주위환경(장애물, 항로)을 인식하고 판단하여 자율 비행(Autonomous Flying)하는 비행체를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 항법센서(Attitude Heading Referance System: AHRS)를 비행제어 시스템과 통합한 시스템에 관하여 다루었다.

The concerns for entrepreneurship education has increased significantly in decades. Government asking to university to teach the entrepreneurship on the undergraduate and graduate level. Existing graduate-level entrepreneurship program is not enough for the reciprocal relationship among the subjects. This study review the university's entrepreneurship program in the domestic and abroad. We suggest the process and algorithm based education program which is The Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization.

This paper assess participant's satisfaction and referring will of embedding study- oriented TEC entrepreneurship program to drive policy implications for domestic entrepreneurship education, such as graduate schools of entrepreneurial management in Korea. The hypothesis test of this research shows that four assumptions given have been accepted among five of them as follows; education content, lecture style, prior knowledge variables with positively correlating to participant's satisfaction and referring will. In particular, the stronger highlights falls on algorithm approach with stressing on iterative and process oriented embedding study relating to education content, case-oriented lecture to lecture style and experience, customer understanding with business plan to prior knowledge.

In this paper we implemented a web-based performance monitoring system for web mail server. For this system we derived performance monitoring items and fixed its threshold values for each measuring items. We used the SCOM 2007 server monitoring tool for collecting the performance data of web mail server and Exchange server management pack and server monitoring rules of SCOM 2007 to set the performance analysis parameters. We implemented this performance monitoring system using C# programming based on the ASP.NET framework. This system supports web-based performance report, failure report and resource availability report from the performance analysis results. Therefore the manager can easily detect the failures of web mail server in advance and decrease the number of failure over 60%. Also this system helps manager to minimize the recovery time when the failure occurs.
