Mesh structure is one of typical interconnection networks, and it is used in the part of VLSI circuit design. Torus and Hyper-Torus are advanced interconnection networks in the part of diameter and fault-tolerance of mesh structure. In this paper, we will analyze embedding between Torus and Hyper-Torus networks. We will show T(4k,2l) can be embedded into QT(m,n) with dilation 5, congestion 4, expansion 1. And QT(m,n) can be embedded into T(4k,2l) with dilation 3, congestion 3, expansion 1.

The author installed $3.75mm\times10mm$ $Br{\aa}nrmark$ osseointegrated implants and $3.5mm\times8mm$ I.T.I. hollow screw implants(Benefit) as a free standing abutment to replace lower left and right molars of 44-year-old female patient. Form the foregoing procedure, the author obtained the following results. 1. Free-standing $Br{\aa}nrmark$ and I.T.I. Hollow screw implants(Benefit) could be used to replace molars effectively without reduction of adjacent natural teeth, 2. Rotation of occlusal gold screw of $Br{\aa}nrmark$ implants was observed under occlusal force. 3. Adjustment of height of I.T.I. abutments was necessary in the mandibular second molar because of the limited occlusal clearance. 4. Form the oral examination, patient comments, panoramic and periapical radiographs, there were no pain, gingival imflammation and mobility, but slight reduction of alveolar bone level was shown around both implant systems. 5. Patient comments were comfortable on both systems. but the patient complained about economic problem of $Br{\aa}nrmark$ system and long treatment treatment time of both systems.

This paper presents a fuzzy model-based adaptive approach for synchronization of chaotic systems which consist of the drive and response systems. Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed to represent the chaotic drive and response systems. Since the parameters of the drive system are assumed unknown, we design the response system that estimates the parameters of the drive system by adaptive strategy. The adaptive law is derived to estimate the unknown parameters and its stability is guaranteed by Lyapunov stability theory. In addition, the controller in the response system contains two parts: one part that can stabilize the synchronization error dynamics and the other part that estimates the unknown parameters. Numerical examples, including Doffing oscillator and Lorenz attractor, are given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed adaptive synchronization approach.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Lavender inhalation on sleep, depression and stress of institutionalized elderly. Methods: The methods used in the study follows a non-equivalent pre- and post-test design. 39 institutionalized elderly were recruited using a convenient sampling method that assigned them to the experimental or the control group. The experimental group were then provided with essential Lavender oil, as part of the aroma inhalation intervention, to inhale before sleeping for 7 days. The collected data were analysed with SPSS 18.0 (windows program), using frequency percentage (%), a Chi-square test and an independent t-test. Results: The results were that the experimental group had significantly higher sleep status scores(t=5.195, p=.000), and lower depression scores (t=-5.479, p=.000), physical stress scores (t=-5.741, p=.000) and psychological stress scores (t=-4.233, p=.000) than those in the control group. Conclusion: This study suggests that aroma inhalation, as part of aroma therapy, be applied and comprehensively adopted as a method of nursing intervention for improvement of sleep, depression and stress for institutionalized elderly.

Purpose: For effective quality assurance activities, BOM-based quality assurance method is presented. This study introduces various BOM conversions such as Q-BOM, T-BOM, and S-BOM based on M-BOM structure. Methods: Product quality control via Q-BOM manages inspection/audit information, overall supply-chain of product, part requirements, and inventory status. T-BOM manages part traceability, and S-BOM enables statistical control over key process and parts at various hierarchy levels. Results: Quality plan template was developed based on the study results of BOM system including Q-BOM, T-BOM, and S-BOM. Conclusion: Through BOM(Q-BOM, T-BOM, and S-BOM) study and development of quality plan template, more systematic and comprehensive quality management plan is achieved.

In this paper, we study that the solutions to perturbed differential system $$y^{\prime}=f(t,y)+{{\displaystyle\smashmargin{2}{\int\nolimits_{t_0}}^{t}}g(s,y(s),T_1y(s))ds+h(t,y(t),T_2y(t))$$ have uniformly Lipschitz stability by imposing conditions on the perturbed part ${\int_{t0}^{t}}g(s,y(s),T_1y(s))ds,h(t,y(t),T_2y(t))$, and on the fundamental matrix of the unperturbed system y' = f(t, y) using integral inequalities.

본 논문에서는 현재 ITU-T와 ISO에 의해서 공동으로 표준화 작업이 진행되고 있는 H.264 ｜ MPEG-4 Part 10표준의 주요 테스트 모델 사항들에 대해서 특징을 서술하고 그 기능을 설명하고자 한다. 대표적인 테스트 모델 사항으로서는 RD 최적화 및 변환을 이용한 부호 모드 결정 기법, 오류 내성을 가지는 부호 모드 결정 기법 등을 들 수 있다. 현재 대역폭 제어 및 고속 움직임 추정에 관한 사항들이 테스트 모델의 발전을 위한 주요 과제로 연구가 진행되고 있다.

The first part of the paper concerneded about the history, meaning and function of the aromatherapy. And the next part is about the therapeutic effects by the inhalation fragrance or permeation of essential oil through the skin, which are all based on the recent experiments. Today, the aromatherapy is public interest in the world. And also many cosmetic companies have been making use of the aromatherapy as the concept of their new products. But any Korean manufacturer has not taken the application of the aromatherapy in the cosmetics. Why we can't do this. Therfore I try to explain this problem at the last part of the paper and also introduce some Aromatherapy products.

The automatic inspection system is developed for the formed end part of automotive fuel pipe. The developed system has functions of outer diameter and formed end length measurement by LVDT(linear variable differential transformer) together with burr cleaning of automotive fuel pipe. The measured data are managed and controlled in real time by embedded SPC(statistical process control) program. The system is composed of mechanical part, electronic part and developed software system. These three parts operate automatically by mutual communication with each other. The developed system showed good results in finding inferior goods and efficiency improvement of the fuel pipe production line. It also eliminated the unreliable manual inspection processes and improved the confidence of product quality.
