농식품 플랫폼의 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 공급자신뢰의 매개효과 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Selection Attributes of Agrifood Platform on Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Supplier Trust)

  • 본 연구에서는 농식품 플랫폼 이용자를 대상으로 플랫폼 선택속성이 공급자신뢰를 매개하여 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 선택 속성의 하위변수로는 다양성, 편리성, 정보성, 상품성 및 상호작용성으로 구분하였다. 수집된 설문지 190부와 SPSS v24.0과 Process macro 4.0으로 실증분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 정보성, 상품성 및 상호작용성은 공급자신뢰에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 다양성과 편리성은 공급자신뢰에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공급자신뢰는 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 편리성, 정보성, 상품성 및 상호작용성은 고객만족에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 다양성은 고객만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 공급자신뢰는 선택속성의 정보성, 상품성 및 상호작용성과 고객만족 간을 매개하는 것으로 검정되었다. 이와 같은 결과들은 소비자에게 플랫폼의 정보성과 상품성 그리고 상호작용성이 공급자신뢰를 높임으로써 고객만족을 높일 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. 공급업체 선정을 위한 계층분석과정과 선형계획모형의 통합모형 (An Integrated Model Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Linear Programming for the Supplier Selection)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 운영과 재정, 경쟁력 등에 영향을 비치는 전략적으로 중요한 의사결정인 공급업체 선정을 위한 수리적 평가모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 우수한 공급업체 평가 및 선정을 위한 의사결정을 위해서는 서로 상충되는 다양한 양적요인과 질적요인에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 기존의 연구들이 제시한 단일목적 혹은 다수 목적의 최적화를 추구하는 수리적 모형들 대부분은 공급업체 선정과정예서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하는 질직 요인을 반영치 않았거나, 모형의 유연성이 제한적 이어 광범위한 활용이 힘든 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급업체 평가 및 선정을 위해 양적요인뿐만 아니라 질적요인을 동시에 고려한 최선의 공급업체 선정과 주문량 결정을 위한 AHP기법과 선형계획모형을 결합한 통합모형을 제시하였다. 본 통합모형은 공급업체 선정을 위한 평가요인과 이들의 상대적 중요도를 기업의 경영상황에 따라 선택 조정할 수 있으며, 제약조건에 대한 추가나 수정에 유연성을 부여함으로써 기업의 공급업체 평가 및 선정을 위한 실제적인 활용 가능성을 제고시키고자 하였다

AS9100 Rev. C 규격의 특징과 적용 방안 (Characteristics of AS9100 Rev. C Quality Management System and Its Implementation)

  • The AS9100 standard builds upon the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements(in their entirety) and defines additional quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry. The 9100 standard on quality management system requirements is intended to be used at all levels of the supplier chain. The International Aerospace Quality Group has released a revision to 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industries. This change aims at improvement on quality, schedule and cost performance by adopting new requirements based on stakeholders' needs. This paper is to review how the AS9100 QMS Requirement has been established and improved, and to communicate the significant changes from AS9100, Rev. B to Rev. C focusing on reasons for revisions. The proposed schedule and considerations on the transition of the changes to Rev. C are also dealt with in this paper.

두 계층 공급사슬 모형에서 발주정책에 대한 수요 변동성 영향 (Demand Variability Impact on the Replenishment Policy in a Two-Echelon Supply Chain Model)

  • We consider a supply chain model with a make-to-order production facility and a single supplier. The model we treat here is a special case of a two-echelon inventory model. Unlike classical two-echelon systems, the demand process at the supplier is affected by production process at the production facility as well as customer order arrival process. In this paper, we address that how the demand variability impacts on the optimal replenishment policy. To this end, we incorporate Erlang and phase-type demand distributions into the model. Formulating the model as a Markov decision problem, we investigate the structure of the optimal replenishment policy. We also implement a sensitivity analysis on the optimal policy and establish its monotonicity with respect to system cost parameters.

Designing a Coordinated Setup Cost Reduction Program of a Supply Chain

  • This paper contributes by incorporating works addressing supply chain coordination and investing in setup reduction program. Consider a two-echelon, EOQ-like inventory system consisting of a supplier and a buyer. We assume that both the supplier and the buyer can invest in setup cost reduction programs in order to benefit from small order sizes. However, the costs of investing in setup cost reduction programs are different for the two parties, leading to mismatches in individually optimal setup costs and order cycle times. We propose a supply chain coordination contract that makes use of quantity discount as an incentive transfer scheme for supply chain coordination.

최적 구매량 결정을 위한 QF 계약 모형 (A Quantity Flexibility Contract Model for Optimal Purchase Decision)

  • Quantity Flexibility contract coordinates individually motivated supplier and buyer to the systemwide optimal outcome by effectively allocating the costs of market demand uncertainty. The main feature of the contract is to couple the buyer's commitment to purchase no less than a certain percentage below the forecast with the supplier's guarantee to deliver up to a certain percentage above. In this paper we refine the previous models by adding some realistic features including the upper and lower limits of the purchase. We also incorporate purchase and canceling costs in a cost function to reflect the real world contracting process more accurately. To obtain the solution of the model, we derive a condition for extreme points using the Leibniz's rule and construct an algorithm for finding the optimal solution of the model. Several examples illustrating the algorithm show that the approach is valid and efficient.

  • As the most widely used media of BtoB e-business, the e-Marketplace (EM) can play an important role in the age of c-commerce (collaborative commerce). In supply chain management (SCM) area, the relationship-based collaboration among partners has shown great efficiency. Although the collaboration is important in both areas of EM and SCM there has been a critical difference in the selection of trade partners between them. In this paper, the EM's collaborative stages for integration with its customer system are reviewed and a system architecture is proposed for EM's electronic functional role within the perspective of collaborative commerce and buyer-supplier relationship. The relationship-based BtoB commerce through EM is reviewed to explain that it can be more beneficial than the commerce based on the price competitive selection of trade partners. With the proposed system architecture, an EM can be the functional medium for the collaborative IOIS system architecture.

공급업체 수가 주문 생산 제조 기업의 재고 관리에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Impacts of the Number of Suppliers on Inventory Management in a Make-to-order Manufacturer)

  • We consider a supply chain consisting of a make-to-order manufacturer and N component suppliers and study the impacts of the number of suppliers on component inventory management. The manufacturer has full information and continuously observes the state of both component inventory level and customer backorders. Based on this information, the manufacturer determines whether or not to place a component purchasing order to a supplier among N suppliers even though some orders are in process by other suppliers. The goal of this paper is to numerically identify the manufacturer's purchasing policy which minimizes the total supply chain cost and the best choice of N. Our model contributes to the current literature in that the problem of simultaneously considering multiple outstanding orders and incorporating order setup cost into the model has not been covered yet. From numerical experiment, we investigate how much the policy with N suppliers can contribute to reducing the supply cost compared to the policy with a single supplier.
