  • Psychotherapy supervision has long been regarded as a crucial component of psychotherapy education. Supervisory role is very important in supervision outcomes but the absence of and need for supervisor's education and training have continued to be emphasized. Supervisor's education and training can be used to better prepare and strengthen new professionals who serve in the supervisory role. This study reviewed on the literatures of supervisor's education and training, psychotherapy supervisor's development, and core competencies in supervision. As a result of this study, it introduced what supervisor should be trained. There were supervisor identity, ability to build supervisory relationship/alliance, ability to provide effective and summative feedback, knowledge of professional supervision and value of commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Also consensus has converged on the superordinate value of now crucial components in educating and training supervisors: didactic instruction and experiential practice. • Among various methods to build the construction safety, the consecutive improvement by the measuring and evaluating safety management capabilities for the construction participants such as an owner, a contractor, and a supervisor (construction project manager) can be the effective one. Thus, an effective evaluation and grading criteria to provide performance index for the implementation of safety management activities should be necessary. In this regards, the purpose of this study is to verify the adequacy by offering a competency evaluation system for the supervisor's safety capability and by applying the system to some construction sites. The proposed evaluation system was developed on the basis of the principles of safety management & accident prevention, basic elements of safety and health management system, and safety evaluation cases at home and abroad. The trial evaluation showed that the safety management of the construction site is mainly carried out by the contractor and the supervisor's awareness for the safety management is low on the whole. Especially, it is urgent to improve the support system from the supervisor headquarter and to place the dedicated safety management person in the field.

  • The purpose of this research is to understand influence of personal turnover factors and work turnover factors on job satisfaction in career decision-making and to analyze the moderating effects of supervisor support in their relations. Meaningful difference between one group with high supervisor support and other group with low supervisor support is demonstrated in regard with a course; job burnout ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction, and work overload ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction. Hence from a perspective of the course of job burnout ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction and work overload ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction, it can be argued that a group with low supervisor support yields more influence. Also it is shown that conflicts on balancing between job and family do not have influence on job satisfaction for either group with high supervisor support or with low supervisor support. As the result of the research shows, it bears a quite significant meaning that career development/lack of opportunity out of personal turnover intentions disclose difference between these two groups with different levels of supervisor support. Especially, a group of flight attendants which females are consisted of a majority of employees would require that their supervisors have more emotional interactions with each employee, so as that better opportunity would be given to the employees. To this end, utmost efforts are needed that deep and genuine relations with a supervisor can be built up.

  • The purposes of this study were to examine what kinds of educational activities were carried out during the practice teaching based on CoRe and to identify the role of CoRe and its influence on the development of expertise of student teachers. This study was performed as qualitative case study. The subjects of this study were one practice supervisor teacher and two student teachers. Data were collected through recording CoRe discussion process, student teachers' instructional scene, and semi-constructed interview, and analyzed by an inductive method. Student teachers noticed their own misconceptions, and clarified the concepts based on CoRe during the discussion with supervisor teacher. They also supplemented their lack of knowledge and made up new strategies through the process of sharing their ideas. During the discussion, the supervisor teacher conveyed his teaching experience based on his own orientations toward science teaching. In this course, CoRe plays roles as follows. Firstly, CoRe played a role as guiding supervisor teacher's coaching process. Secondly, CoRe helped for the supervisor teacher to recognize their own PCK. Thirdly, CoRe served as a tool of helping their communication. In turn CoRe proved to be a useful frame for teaching student teachers during practice teaching. Student teachers were provided with a useful framework for preparing lessons by developing CoRe for the topic they teach. Developing CoRe with supervisor teacher at the planning stage of lessons enhenced student-teachers' subject matter knowledge and their PCK including knowledge of science curricula and knowledge of student's understanding of science. Also student teachers understood the components of PCK and experienced the positive understanding toward students, teaching activities, and themselves as a science teacher.

  • This paper showcases the study of 150 Coast Guard officers on how work environment compatibility impacts their organization and job attachment. The independent variable, work environment compatibility, is separated into three sub-variables, which are organization compatibility, job compatibility, and supervisor compatibility. The study's results show that job attachment is only influenced by job compatibility while organization attachment is influenced by all three; organization, supervisor, and job compatibility. With these results, we can make suggestions for the development of the Coast Guard organization and further research based on individual characteristics.
