Intelligent Capacity and Similarity based Super-peer Selection in P2P Network (성능 및 유사도 정보를 이용한 수퍼 피어 선별 기법)

  • The peer-to-peer (P2P) systems have Brown significantly over last few years due to their hish potential of sharing various resources. Super-peer based P2P systems have been found very effective by dividing the peers into two layers, SP (Super-Peer) and OP (Ordinary-Peer). In this paper, we present ISP2P (Intelligent Super-peer based P2P system), which allows us to choose the best SP. Through analyzing capacity and similarity between SP and OP, we can help OPs to select the most appropriate SP respectively. Proposed system can improve the performance of the average response time by superior SP, reduce the bandwidth cost by small path length due to content similarity and solve frequent SP replacement problem by considering similarity of user behavior.

Efficient Mobile P2P Structure for Content Search Services (콘텐츠 검색 서비스를 위한 효율적인 이동 P2P 구조)

  • In this paper, we propose the mobile P2P structure supporting content searches for mobile peers efficiently. The proposed mobile P2P structure is a 3-tier structure which consists of a mobile peer, a mobile super peer, and a stationary super peer to reduce the content search cost of mobile P2P service. For content searches, mobile peer searches content in the communication range and performs hierarchical content searches which is using mobile super peer, stationary super peer for expansion of query region. In order to support hierarchial content searches and the continuity of services according to peer mobilities, peer's join/leave processes are explicitly stored by supporting message structures to the upper layer It is shown through experimental evaluation that the proposed structure improves about 32% contents search performance over the existing 2-tier structure. Since it also reduces the messages transferred to the stationary super peers, it reduced about 25% search loads of them.

A Study on the Electrical Characteristics according to Growth of Trench SiO2 Inside Super Junction IGBT Pillar (Super Junction IGBT 필러 내부 Trench SiO2성장에 따른 전기적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper proposes a structure in which Trench SiO2 is grown inside of Super Junction IGBT P-Pillar. When observing the electric field in 3D, we checked the region where the electric field have not affected inside of the P-Pillar. The pillar region's portion resistance is varied by the breakdown voltage and size of each pillar, which reduces the size by growing SiO2 after trenching has no field effect inside of that. At 4.5kV the same breakdown voltage, it was confirmed that the On-state voltage drop improved by about 58%, 19% compared to Field Stop IGBT and conventional Super Junction IGBT.

  • 모바일 기기 보급이 급증함에 따라 모바일 환경에서 이루어지는 Peer-to-Peer(P2P)방식에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 모바일 기기는 무선통신이라는 특성이 있기 때문에, 이동하는 peer의 에너지 절약이 항상 요구된다. Peer에 저장된 에너지를 모두 사용하게 되면 네트워크에 참여할 수가 없고, 에너지가 없는 peer 수가 지속적으로 증가되면 파일 탐색이 불가능하게 된다. Super peer를 기반으로 하는 계층적인 P2P 시스템은 기존의 단일 계층인 P2P 시스템보다 적은 양의 메시지를 이용하여 파일을 탐색할 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, super peer로 선정된 peer는 주변의 sub-peer들로부터 파일 탐색 요청 메시지를 지속적으로 받게 되어 빨리 에너지가 소모되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 super peer를 이용한 모바일 P2P 시스템에서 peer들의 남은 에너지를 고려하여 에너지가 적은 peer의 사용을 피하여 상대적으로 에너지가 많이 남은 peer들의 사용을 유도하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 실험을 통해서 성능평가를 하였으며, 제안된 시스템의 네트워크 유지시간이 기존 super peer를 이용한 시스템보다 오래 지속됨을 확인하였다.

  • This paper in concerned with the electrochemical properties for supercapacitor of composition with variation of super P/MWCNTs(multi-walled carbon nanotubes) contents. Electrochemical properties of the super P/MWCNTs were measured by cyclic voltammetry at the scan rates of 0.5 mV/s is $TEABF_4$(tetra-ethyl-ammonium-tetra-fluoro-borate) as electrolytes. As a result, the composition for 6 wt% content of MWCNTs led to an increase of capacitance, but DC resistance were decreased. It was found that the content and dispersion appearance of MWCNTs was attributed to the increase in capacitance and lower DC resistance.

Effect of Super Heated Steam Treatment on Physical Property and Smoke Component of Burley Cut Tobacco (과열증기처리에 의한 Burley종 각초의 물리성 및 연기성분 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of super heated steam on the physical and chemical changes of burley cut tobacco. Total sugar, total alkaloid, ether extracts, crude ash, total nitrogen and pH for leaf chemical constituents were analyzed. Filling power and fineness index for physical properties, and carbonyl compounds, phenol compounds, amonia, pH, hydrogen cyanide nicotine, carbon monoxide, total volatile base and tar for smoke components were also analyzed. The cut tobacco treated with super heated steam showed significant decrease in total sugar and total alkaloid. The filling power of the sample treated with the super heated steam system was increased abruptly when heated at over 250℃. The fineness index showed similar tendency to that of common toast method. Super heated steam treatment slightly decreased carbonyl compounds, phenol compounds, hydrogen cyanide, nicotine, carbon monoxide and tar in the tobacco. Especially the decrease of ammonia was the most remarkable. The pH of smoke was a little different compared with that in the common toast. The sensory test results showed that, compared to the common conveyer moving system, the tobacco treated with super heated steam system brought out more roasted flavor, lowered impact, irritation, and sting, further improved aftertaste, and lowered bitterness. The super heated steam treatment method used in the studies is expected to give better filling power, mild taste and toasted odor of tobacco than that of the common method for toast treatment.   • 모바일 기기 사용이 급증함에 따라 모바일환경에서 이루어지는 P2P방식 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 모바일환경에서의 P2P방식이 지닌 peer들 사이의 multi-broadcasting 방식의 문제점을 보완하고, 새로운 routing table을 구축하기 위해 peer들을 2개의 계층으로 구분하였다. 즉, peer들을 super peer들과 각 super peer에 의해 관리되는 sub peer들로 구분하였다. 파일의 탐색과 전송은 super peer들이 관리하므로, 기존의 불필요한 multi-broadcasting 방식을 피할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 분산 네트워크를 위한 peer의 계층화 작업을 설계하였다. MIS(Maximal Independent Set)알고리즘을 이용하여 peer들의 계층화 작업을 외부의 도움 없이 peer들간의 통신으로 할 수 있게 만들었다. 이처럼 peer들을 super peer와 sub peer로 구분하면 불필요한 broadcasting을 피할 수 있어 시스템 성능이 향상되며, 이를 실험을 통하여 증명하였다.

Low Resistance SC-SJ(Shielding Connected-Super Junction) 4H-SiC UMOSFET with 3.3kV Breakdown Voltage (3.3kV 항복 전압을 갖는 저저항 SC-SJ(Shielding Connected-Super Junction) 4H-SiC UMOSFET)

  • In this paper, we propose SC-SJ(Shielding Connected-Super Junction) UMOSFET structure in which p-pillars of conventional 4H-SiC Super Junction UMOSFET structures are placed under the shielding region of UMOSFET. In the case of the proposed SC-SJ UMOSFET, the p-pillar and the shielding region are coexisted so that no breakdown by the electric field occurs in the oxide film, which enables the doping concentration of the pillar to be increased. As a result, the on-resistance is lowered to improve the static characteristics of the device. Through the Sentaurus TCAD simulation, the static characteristics of proposed structure and conventional structure were compared and analyzed. The SC-SJ UMOSFET achieves a 50% reduction in on-resistance compared to the conventional structure without any change in the breakdown voltage.

The Relationship among Nurses' Perception of Super-leadership, Self-leadership and Organizational Commitment (간호사가 인지하는 간호관리자의 수퍼리더십, 셀프리더십과 조직몰입 간의 관계)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to assess the level of super-leadership and self-leadership, identify correlations among variables and identify the factors influencing organizational commitment of clinical nurses. Methods: Participants were 217 nurses working in four hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe. test, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression. Results: The most influential factor for organizational commitment was super-leadership (${\beta}=.28$, p<.001), followed by education ${\beta}=.16$, p=.007), the number of unit nurses (${\beta}=.18$, p=.003), self-leadership (${\beta}=.17$, p=.008), and the number of patients being under 10 (${\beta}=.12$, p=.046). These factors accounted for 23% of the variance in organizational commitment (F=13.46, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest a need for strategies to improve organizational commitment of nurses by enhancing nurse' self-leadership through nursing managers' super-leadership.
