The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learners' self-motivational attitudes, use of instructional function, and understanding of successful learning on achievement in college e-learning classes. The study analyzed 297 college students' questionnaire about their internet learning attitudes based on how they understand e-learning and use various internet functions for their learning achievement. After factor analyses, the results found that there were three major factors such as self-motivational attitude, use of instructional function, and understanding of successful learning out of 15 survey items. Multiple regression showed that the self-motivational factor affects the learning achievement with overall three factors analyses. This result indicates that college e-learning classes should focus on the analysis of learners' self-motivational issues in college e-learning classes. This study suggest that the relationship between learners' e-learning experience and learning achievement should be examined in the near future to show how it affects on learners e-learning class management and their achievement.

This study is the research on sensitivity in the web. The main purposes of the study are to present the objective criteria on sensitivity of web users and to help embodiment of successful design. The study has overall two main subjects, which are the contents and results. They are as follows. First, the study is going to develop sensibility factors and the sensitivity structure model. Second, based on the study above, the further stage focuses on the correlation between sensibility and figurative factors in the web design. By understanding of the correlation between sensitivity and figurative factors, the study assist designer in the embodiment of successful sensitivity design. And it shows one of the various approaches to sensitivity. In the end, it can be considered as a process to make an objective criteria on sensitivity design at the same time expected to play a role providing designers with rational guideline on work and evaluation and helping the presentation of successful sensitivity design.

This research focuses on searching primary factors in accessing internet shopping sites. In this research we have derived primary factors such as the order factors, the product factors, and the delivery factors by factor analysis approach. We have done AHP analysis on these derived primary factors. The results of AHP analysis show that the most important factor is the product factors and the most important sub factor among the product factors is the after service factor including guaranteed returns and refunds, and product exchangeability. The next important factor is the incentive provision in which discount coupons, mileage accumulation policies are the main sub factors included.

This Study conducts a survey of ICT SMEs participating in 'ICT Government Sponsored Loan Project' for researching general demands on Government sponsored loans and studies successful company case by inspecting background of R&D, performances, impacts, prospects, episodes, etc. Actually, survey results show that ICT SMEs demand more of Government sponsored loans and that stable financing is a core factor and the most difficult task for successful R&D. In conclusion, these results implicate that Government has to create new policies for competitive ICT SMEs to recover financial stability through developing and commercializing technologies.

The purpose of this study is to provide training materials for practical use by investigating the kinematical variables of the successful landing by the type of the salto backward such as Tuck, Pike. For this study, the subjects are 4 male national gymnasts using 3-dimensional cinematographic method. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions are drawn as follows. 1. In flight phase, Tuck and Pike show fast extension after completing minimum angle of hip joint passing through the peak. It is very important factor to control body with gaining time before landing while decreasing the velocity of flight rotaion. 2. In Landing phase, the angles of each joint for successful landing are shown as $92deg{\sim}100deg$ for knee angle, $52deg{\sim}57deg$ for hip angle, and $56deg{\sim}70deg$ for shoulder angle. 3. Tuck and Pike dramatically decrease the height of COG, and horizontal/vertical velocity of COG from TD to LD. Also, it is shown that the knee angle, the hip angle and the shoulder angle decrease drastically. On the other hand, the angular velocity of trunk rotation shows negative direction and due to this, the angle of trunk rotation is shown as re-flexion.

This study investigates the critical success factors for the promotion of IT industry in region and suggests some directions for operations strategy of them. This study based on the critical success factors, and we suggest followings : (1) start-ups support, (2) technology support, (3) management support, (4) law/institutional support. We suggested the strategy which based on critical success factors for successful operations of IT industry. This strategy suggested by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) results and was evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy. We suggested the priority of policy by AHP technique for successful development of IT industry. As a results, centralization of supporting facilities was perceived as the most important policy by three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor). This research contributes to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy, and by suggesting the effective means to assist the IT industry. Also, results of our research will be suggested as a priority of developing policy to assist successful IT industry.

Purpose : The Purpose of this study was to identify the physiological, psychological factors to successful weaning of mechanical ventilation in ICU patients. Method: Data was collected by interview with the use of questionnaires from 70 ICU patients, who were mechanically ventilated more than 3days at Y university medical center. Data was analyzed with descriptive statics, t-test, and $x^2$ test, and Pearson Coefficient Correlation using SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Result: ICU patients with mechanical ventilator during weaning period reported high levels of anxiety, moderate levels of stress, and fatigue. The physiological, psychological factors influencing ventilator weaning success were RSBI(p=0.007), stress(p=0.009), anxiety(p=0.020), depression(p=0.040), fatigue(p=0.001), and dyspnea(p=0.010). The RSBI factor was shown to have positive correlations with ventilator care periods, $PaCO_2$, and fatigue. Dyspnea was also positively correlated with stress, anxiety, depression, and fatigue. Conclusion: This study suggests that RSBI, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and dyspnea are significant factors to successful weaning from mechanical ventilation.

In the recent context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is growing interest in digital transformation and smart factory as a focal point. But, the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sector has seen limited research on digital transformation, primarily concentrating on digitally-driven areas. The study validates hypotheses pertaining to the factors that facilitate successful digital transformation within the A&D sector and the influence of digital leadership and dynamic capabilities, employing statistical tools like SPSS and AMOS. The comprehensive analysis reveals that, similar to manufacturing industries, digital leadership in A&D companies exerts an influence on successful digital transformation through dynamic capabilities. Furthermore, digital transformation within the A&D sector has a positive impact on firm performance. This paper offers empirical insights into digital transformation within the A&D sector, shedding light on how successful digital transformation can be achieved within the domestic A&D industry.

The purpose of this study was to identify between the successful aging-related predictive factors and the successful aging in the middle aged office. The predictive factors of successful aging such as subjective health condition, cognitive functions, self-esteem, and social support were confirmed by the existing literature. The population of the study was the middle aged office employees, who are generally defined an age group from 40 to 60. The sample of this study was targeted to employees working at companies registered to securities, KSDAQ, and KONEX in Korea. SPSS WIN 23.0 and AMOS 21.0, and M-plus 6.12 were used for the data analysis. The findings of this study were presented below. First, the result of the structural relationship between the predictive factors of successful aging (subjective health condition, cognitive function, self-esteem, and social support) and successful aging was appropriate as RMSEA=.059, TLI=.932, CFI=.944. Second, subjective health condition and social support were significant variables for successful aging but cognitive function and self-esteem were not significant. Third, social support, which is a social factor, was the most influential among other variables. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications were presented.

This study was mainly done by factors analyzing to find out the structure and the dimension of the results of a previous study; analyzing the school and hospital dietitians'human attributes needed for successful job performance(Song 1998). The results were as follows: 1) Through factor analysis, the 12 knowledge items were categorized into 4 groups ; ‘basic knowledge of food and nutrition’, ‘knowledge of clinical nutrition and diet therapy’, ‘knowledge of medial science’, and ‘knowledge from experience and common sense’. These 4 knowledge factors were more frequently used and importantly recognized by hospital dietians compared with school dietitians. 2) The 38 skill and ability items were categorized into 7 groups ; ‘ability of program development and research’, ‘ability of counseling and nutrition education’, ‘ability of production control and facility management’, ‘ability to use computer’, ‘ability to cooperate with others’, ‘ability to manage consignment marketing’, and ‘ability of managing situations and informations’. Different skills and abilities were required for each group. 3) The 11 personality items were categorized as 3 groups ; ‘respoinsibility and sincerity’, ‘positive personality’, and ‘affirmative and inquisitive personality’.
