In this paper, we prove a criterion of conjugacy separability of generalized free products of polycyclic-by-finite groups with a non cyclic amalgamated subgroup. Applying this criterion, we prove that certain generalized free products of polycyclic-by-finite groups are conjugacy separable.

This paper is to survey a serise for The Red Cliff which is depicted The Former and Latter Odes on the Red Cliff written by Su Shi. This subject was mainly painted by the literati painters and consistently represented. In format of The Red Cliff, there are basically a types of pictorial depicton in accordance with their contents. Describing the whole scenes and the part of the story. Others is painted which bring from one scene of describing the whole scenes of the story.

In this study, rotor dynamic analysis have been conducted using three-dimensional solid model. Analysis object has smaller size and higher speed than any general CNC spindle. It is important to consider the real supporting conditions and external forces for whirl behavior analysis. As a results, the bearing stiffness is higher, whirl motion is less than before.

서양 수학이 조선에 전입된 과정과 그 영향을 연구한다. 초기 과정은 최석정(崔錫鼎)$(1645\sim1715)$의 구수약(九數略), 홍정하(洪正夏)$(1684\sim?)$의 구일집(九一集), 중기 과정은 황윤석(黃胤錫)$(1719\sim1791)$의 이수신편(理藪新編), 홍대용(洪大容)$(1731\sim1781)$의 주해수용(籌解需用)을 통하여 조사한다. 서양 수학은 시헌력(時憲曆)의 도입과 함께 천문학의 연구를 위하여 도입되었다. 수리정온(數理精蘊)을 가장 잘 이해한 학산(鶴山) 초부(樵夫)의 수리정온보해(數理精蘊補解)(1730?)를 연구하고 서양 수학을 구조적으로 이해한 19세기의 이상혁(李尙爀)$(1810\sim?)$, 남병길(南秉吉)$(1820\sim1869)$을 연구한다.

이 연구의 목적은 마인드 맵의 채점 기준을 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구에는 평택시 소재 한 초등학교 4학년 2개 학급 학생들이 참여하였다. 학생들은 마인드 맵 작성 기초 훈련을 받고, 과학 단원 2개를 배우는 동안 마인드 맵 4개를 작성하였다. 마인드 맵을 채점하기 위해서 채점기준을 개발하였다. 채점기준의 채점자간 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 표집한 마인드 맵을 초등 현직 교사 3인이 채점하고, 채점자간 상관계수를 산출하였다. 연구 결과 중심원, 가지, 표현의 세 영역으로 구성된 마인드 맵 채점 기준을 개발하였다. 채점 기준의 신뢰도는 높음에서 매우 높음의 범위를 보였다.

The hazard warning levels are necessary for the rational design and safety construction of underground space, as mountain and urban tunnel. Sakurai provided the hazard warning levels for assessing the stability of tunnels using the critical strain of rock mass, which is defined as a ratio between uni-axial compressive strength and the Young's modulus. The concept of critical strain guidelines is introduced in this study for the assessment of tunnel safety during excavation. Moreover, in this paper, the critical strain properties of sedimentary rock in Korea has investigated and analysed in detail by Lab. test, as the uniaxial and triaxial compression tests. Finally, critical strain properties of sedimentary rock on uniaxial and triaxial stress condition is discussed the relationship of failure strain values, uniaxial and triaxial compression strengths, confining pressure and Young's modulus.

Objective : Methods of Jang Cong-zheng's treatment related to his theories include of promoting the sweating-vomiting-purgation(汗吐下三法), prickling-bleeding method(瀉血療法), and emotional therapy(情志療法). He succeeded Liu wan-su(劉完素) as promoter of fire-heat pattern theory(火熱論), thereby emphasizing six qi(六氣), especially fire(火) and dampness(濕), as pathogens. He suggested that physician should treat patients whose diseases occurred due to fire(火) and dampness(濕) with promoting the sweating(汗)-vomiting(吐)-purgation(下) methods, which would remove pathogen qi(邪氣) and help circulation of qi and blood, therefore getting them back healthy qi(正氣). Method : I will try to describe the Jang Cong-zheng's treatment in "Ru-Men-Shi-Qin", and I would like to explain the sweating-vomiting-purgation(汗吐下三法), prickling-bleeding method(瀉血療法), and emotional therapy(情志療法). Result : For emotional diseases, he suggested that most should be caused by heart fire(心火) so they should be treated with methods of suppressing heart fire and medication would be using cool and cold herbal drugs which lead to clear heart fire. Conclusion : Theories of Zhang zi-he(張子和) can be applied to nurturing for modern world maintaining and improving health by his care methods. People these days suffer usually from excess intake or unbalanced diet problem, so wastes matter and pathogenic qi can be driven out of the human body by applying the sweating-vomiting-purgation methods. His medical theories could contribute to modernization of traditional medicine this way.
