ERP system is a very popular tool for pushing management innovation and implementing an integrated information system. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among the structure of production systems, types of implementation strategy, relative importance of competitive goals, information technology and culture level, and the efficiency from using the system. The data for this study were collected from 45 Korean manufacturing firms that have implemented ERP system. Research results confirm that the success factors include the top managements' strategic views and culture level related to new information technology. But the linkage between the structure of production systems and types of implementation strategy is proved to be very weak. Also control effect of types of implementation strategy on the efficiency of the organization is not strongly recognized. A summarized report of other findings is provided as well.

The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages.

기업은 신규사업진출을 통해 이윤확대와 기업성장을 도모한다. 기업의 신규사업진출은 신시장 확보, 새로운 이익창출로 기업발전과 좋은 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제실현에 기여한다. 그러나 신규사업진출은 새로운 기업 환경에의 적응, 신규투자의 부담, 사업성공의 불확실성 등을 수반하기 때문에 신규사업진출은 실패율이 매우 높은 위험한 의사결정이다. 따라서 신규사업진출을 위해서는 제품혁신, 프로세스 혁신, 비즈니스 모델 혁신, 파괴적 혁신, 전략적 혁신 등의 혁신 전략이 중요하며, 이를 성공적으로 추진함으로써 기업은 엄청난 경제적 성과를 얻게 된다. 특히 기업이 추구하는 신규사업과 아울러 기술혁신전략, IT개발은 모두 중요하며, 이들 간의 연계방안은 신규사업성공에 주요 요인으로 간주된다. 현대중공업은 국내 조선산업 및 정밀기계공업의 발전을 위해서 선박용 대형엔진사업을 추진하면서 신규사업 진출전략과 기술혁신전략 및 IT전략 간 연계의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 과감히 추구했다. 이 결과로 현대중공업은 유럽 및 일본의 엔진제작회사들과의 경쟁에서 이들을 넘어 세계 최대의 엔진제작회사로 올라섰다. 이 과정에서 현대중공업은 엔진사업진출의 성공을 위해 전략적 기술혁신전략을 추구했다. 본 연구는 이 전략의 핵심적인 내용으로서, 첨단 장비인 CNC공작기계의 도입과 장비운용에 필수적인 HEMAPT시스템의 개발을 추진해 국내 최초로 구축함으로써, 이를 기반으로 신사업진출에 성공한 사례를 조사, 분석해서 사업의 성공요인과 시사점을 제시한다.

본 연구의 목적은 중국 내 물류 기업을 대상으로 SCM 환경하에서 기업의 RFID 역량이 전략적 공급사슬역량에 미치는 직․간접적인 영향과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석해 보고자 하며, 아울러 IT 자원 등의 기술과 역량을 통합할 필요성을 인식하여 기업 내 IT 자원 활용을 통해 기업의 시장 거래를 활성화할 수 있는 전략적 방향성을 제시해 보고자 한다. 기존의 연구에 따르면 기업들은 일반적으로 RFID 역량을 통해 기업 고유의 특성역량을 구축하고 그 다음으로 구축된 기업 고유의 역량을 토대로 물류기업들이 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보해 나갈 수 있다. 본 연구의 주요 분석 기업들은 중국 내 RFID 시스템을 도입한 제 물류, 유통 및 제조업체들로서 기업단위의 설문조사를 실시하였으며 Smart-PLS 2.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모델링(SEMs)으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 측정모형분석을 통해 내적신뢰성과 집중타당성 및 판별타당성이 충족됨을 확인하였으며, 둘째, 구조모형 분석에서 RFID 역량과 전략적 공급사슬역량 간 관계, 전략적 공급사슬역량과 기업성과 간 관계에 대한 가설 검증을 실시하여 유의미한 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 첫째, RFID 역량과 전략적 공급사슬역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 인과관계를 규명함으로써 RFID 시스템을 성공적으로 도입할 수 있는 지침을 제시하였다. 둘째, RFID 역량이 공급사슬역량의 가시성, 민첩성, 유연성 그리고 기업 간 협업 활동 각각에 미치는 영향 정도를 제시함으로써 공급사슬역량을 높이기 위한 RFID 시스템 구축전략을 수립하는데 필요한 기초 연구 자료를 제시하였다.

2002년 2월 침체된 국내 게임제공업소의 활성화와 문화산업 인구저변 확대를 위해 경품취급게임산업에 경품용 상품권 사용 제도가 도입되었으나, 현재에 이르러서는 상품권과 관련하여 사행성 상승 문제가 심각한 사회적 문제로 이슈화되고 있다. 그에 따라, 본 논문에서는 경품취급게임산업의 건전화 및 활성화를 견인함으로써 세계 게임시장과의 산업구조상의 괴 리를 극복하고 더 나아가 국가경쟁력을 확보하기 위해, 경품용 상품권의 문제점 분석 및 해결방안인 MCTF Management System 구축안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 현재 논란의 대상이 되고 있는 상품권과 관련된 문제점들을 근본적으로 해결하는데 유익한 자료가 될 수 있다.

The research literature presents that Total Quality Management (TQM) has been successfully embraced by firms for strategic and operational management in the last decades. However few studios analyze the role of TQM practices in the R&D environment. The objective of this study is to evaluate TQM practices implemented in manufacturing-based R&D organizations with respect to R&D performance. Our research model is primarily based on Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence framework, including three moderating variables (industry type, organization size, quality management system certification), to propose hypotheses on the relationships between leadership practice, management practice and R&D performance. Results of canonical correlation analysis using data from 130 R&D organizations show that in aggregate leadership practice is positively related to management practice which is, in turn, positively related to R&D performance. These relationships are, however, affected by the moderating variables. Our results imply that TQM practices can be strategically adopted in the R&D organization.

In this study, we tried to build a model which can deal with the efficient and effective operation of electric power industry, especially focused on the nuclear industry. Here, SD (System Dynamics) approach is used to visualize the underlying phenomenon of the nuclear power industry. SD is a methodology for studying and managing complex feedback systems, such as one finds in business and other social systems. The spend of SD applications has grown extensively and now encompasses work in corporate planning and policy design, public management and policy, biological and medical modeling, energy and the environment. Recently, according to the report from KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation), they are considering delaying a new power plant construction. It may be based upon business fluctuation downsized from Korean economic crisis in 1997 and freezing of construction funds due to unstable foreign exchange rate. At this point, we need disparately a kind of strategic model that would contribute to cope with the current business situation, energy generation, production, and resulting pollution. Specifically, this model, using SD approach, starts with the detailed drawing of influence diagram, which describes those relevant key points on nuclear power generation systems in electric power industry of Korea. These include such factors as the operation of nuclear industry and parameters related to the decision making for business policy. Based upon the above-mentioned influence diagram drawn, we developed SD simulation model to evaluate and analyze strategic management of KEPCO. Based on our analysis, we could demonstrate how simulation model can be applied to the real electric power generation in Korea.

적절한 전략계획은 비즈니스 성공을 위한 핵심 요소이다. 항만운영 측면에서 보면 국제무역의 빠른 변화에 순응하기 위하여 양질의 운영과 경쟁력을 유지해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전략적 포지셔닝 분석을 통해 베트남 남부 항만 간 경쟁을 BCG을 사용하여 분석했다. 사용된 분석은 경영성과를 상대적 시장 점유율과 평균 성장률 변수를 사용하여 분석하는 기법이다. 베트남 21개 항만의 실적과 2007년에서 2016년 기간 동안 각 항만의 전략적 위치가 어떻게 변화하는지를 제시하였다. 분석결과 Cai Mep-Thi Vai 복합단지의 전략적 입지가 성장하면서 호치민시의 Dong Nai-Binh-Duong을 점차 대체하여 베트남 남부의 운송 허브가 될 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 항만 관리자 및 운영자의 단기 및 장기 항만경쟁력 향상 전략수립에 시사점을 준다.

IT governance in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization, leadership, organizational structure, and the process is defined. In order to achieve IT governance, organizational structure, leadership for spindle formation, maintenance, and standardized processes to specific and an effective ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) management model is needed. In this study, the K Authority Management Model of IT Governance ITIL - based research on service delivery and customer satisfaction through the effective information for ITSM (Information Technology Service Management, IT Service Management) building measures, information for business planning and performance management PMS (Project Management System, project Management System), survey on ICT service levels established through the process of planning and construction management models such as ITIL future research on the public portion of the proceeds from the ITIL management model can be utilized as a guideline when establishing a theoretical presents a base.

There has been a growing interest in firms' environmental sustainability activities to improve environmental practices in their supply chain. This study aims to deal with supplier evaluation of firm's green supply chain management (GSCM) criteria with incomplete information. Nevertheless, the suitable supplier is a key strategic direction in eliminating environmental impact on supply chain management for manufacturing firms. The firm's GSCM criteria and supplier selection need to be unified as a system to improve the firm's performance.
