This thesis deals with the design problem of the state estimator for digital servo system. Digital servo system has input time delay, which depends on the size of control algorithm. The delayed input is a factor that brings out the state estimation error. So, in order to reduce this state estimation error of the system, we proposes a state estimator in which the delayed input of the system is considered. At first, a discrete-time state-space model is established accounting for the delayed input. Next, the state estimator is designed based on this model. we employ Kalman filter algorithm in design of the state estimator. The performance of proposed state estimator is exemplified via some simulations and experiment for servo system. And robustness of the proposed estimator to modelling error by variation of the system parameter is also shown in these simulations.

게임 인공지능 기술은 등장 캐릭터의 지능적인 행동을 구현하고 플레이어에 의해 조종되지 않고 자동적으로 움직이는 NCP(Non Player Characters)의 행동을 제어하는데 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 게임 인공지능 기술의 제어 시스템으로 사용되는 Movement Scripts, FSM(Finite State Machines), Hierarchical State Machines, Fuzzy State Machines 방식과 캐릭터가 현재 위치에서 목적지까지 갈 수 있도록 이동 경로를 제어하는 Pathfinding techniques방식을 기술하고 각 유형의 한계점을 비교 제시하였다.

The fabrication process of silicon-diamond(SOD) structure wafer were studied. Microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MWPCVD) and annealing technology were used to synthesize diamond film with high resistivity and thermal conductivity. Bonding and etchback silicon-on-diamond (BESOD) were utilized to form supporting substrate and single silicon thin layer of SOD wafer. At last, a SOD structure wafer with 0.3~1$\mu\textrm{m}$ silicon film and 2$\mu\textrm{m}$ diamond film was prepared. The characteristics of radiation for a CMOS integrated circuit (IC) fabricated by SOD wafer were studied.

Identification of steady-state is the first step in developing a fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) system. In a complete FDD system, the steady-state detector will be included as a module in a self-learning algorithm which enables the working system's reference model to "tune" itself to its particular installation. In this study, a steady-state detector of a residential air conditioner based on moving windows was designed. Seven representing measurements were selected as key features for steady-state detection. The optimized moving window size and the feature thresholds was suggested through startup transient test and no-fault steady-state test. Performance of the steady-state detector was verified during indoor load change test. From the research, the general methodology to design a moving window steady-state detector was provided for vapor compression applications.

This study proposes the mitigation method for overcurrent and oscillation motor current in an active short-circuit operation. This operation is attracting attention as the safe state of electric vehicle traction inverters. However, the active short-circuit operation generates oscillation and overcurrent of motor currents during a transient state. The proposed method uses two different safe states in PMSM, such as active short circuit and freewheeling. The active short circuit is used for safe state in a steady state. To reduce the overshoot and oscillation, a freewheeling state is injected between active short-circuit operation by comparing the motor phase current with an analytically calculated steady-state motor current. Freewheeling state is only used in a transient state. The performance is demonstrated through simulations and experimental results. The peak current of the motor was reduced from 52 A to 40 A, and oscillation time was reduced.

본 논문은 상태 전환 준비 방법을 이용한 저 전력 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 태스크를 휴면 상태와 유휴 상태, 동작 상태로 구분하여 상태를 정의 한다. 각각의 상태 전환이 발생될 때 발생되는 지연시간으로 인하여 발생되는 소모 전력을 줄이기 위해 각각의 상태 중간에 준비 상태를 삽입한다. 준비 과정은 상태의 전환에서 발생되는 소모 전력과 지연시간을 고려한다. 지연시간이 긴 경우에는 스케줄링에서의 단계를 초과하여 수행 단계를 증가시키는 문제를 발생시킨다. 수행 단계의 증가는 소모 전력의 증가를 초래한다. 상태 전환에서 지연시간이 가장 긴 휴면 상태에서 동작 상태로 상태가 전환될 때 발생되는 시간지연으로 인하여 발생되는 동작시간의 증가를 줄여 전체 소모 전력을 줄이게 된다. 실험은 저 전력 알고리듬인 참고문헌 [6]과 비교하였다. 실험결과 참고문헌 [6]보다 소모 전력이 감소되어 알고리듬의 효율성이 입증되었다.

본 논문은 국가와 자연이 각각 독립적이고, 자연을 인간의 손길로부터 떨어져 신성한 것으로 간주하는 근대적 인식을 비판하는 "국가-자연의 정치생태학" 논의를 차용하여 한국에서 나타나는 국가와 자연의 복잡성을 관계적, 과정적으로 고찰하기 위한 시론이다. 이를 위해서 먼저, 국내사회과학에서의 국가와 자연과의 관계에 대한 기존의 논의들(생태주의, 신진대사균열론, 자연의 사회적 구성론, 녹색국가론 등)을 비판적으로 검토하고, 이들 논의에서 국가와 자연 간의 상호작용에 대한 이해가 누락되었음을 지적한다. 이어서 대안적인 관점으로 국가-자연의 정치생태학에 주목할 필요가 있음을 주장한다. 끝으로 국가-자연의 정치생태학적 접근이 한국의 자본주의 발전과정에 대한 이해를 심화시키는 데 기여할 수 있음을 강조한다.

We introduce cascade products, wreath products, sums and joins of TL-finite state machines and investigate their algebraic structures. Also we study the relations with other products of TL-finite state machines.
