A construction site survey is carried out for the Construction Standard Unit Price(CSUP) in order to establish a standard for the appropriate estimated price. This paper proposed the revised plan by surveying the 56 sites under construction from March to October 2022 for interior finishing work and Carpentry work. It is expected that the revision of the CSUP for interior finishing work and Carpentry work will more accurately reflect the actual construction situation and contribute to improving the adequacy of the CSUP.

Apartment is settled down as a main housing type and massive supply has been conducted since 1990's. The government has focused on the housing supply to improve the housing number and cut its price. On the contrary, the management of the housing has been neglected to get an early deterioration. Since 1995's, various ways have been made to improve and maintain the building function and performance. Among these, the long-term repair plan has played a main role to manage the housing condition and plan the repair schedule for preparing the massive cost of repair such as a roof proof, elevator change. The long-tern repair plan provides the repair time and repair rate according to various construction types. Most of the management agent apply the repair standard into the field area. But the repair time could not reflect the present condition and bring into the wrong maintenance. Therefore, the repair time for the long-term maintenance plan would be revised and reflected from the material and technology development. |n this study, it aimed at improvement for the repair time in various construction types which are provided in the long-term repair plan. For this, the 22 management agents are surveyed directly. This study shows that the repair time of the painting are correspondent to the repair time of the long-term plan irregardless of the painting materials. Most of other areas would correspondently similar to the long-term plan. This study could not include the building location, material and other haracteristics. Therefore, the further study would be needed to reflect the building and materials attributes to get the detailed repair time.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

Recently, the circuits of fluorescent light-switches are separated for window-light, middle-lights, or corridor-light, etc in most offices and classrooms in this country. Although it is clean and shiny - more than standard intensity of illumination, it is common that fluorescent lights on the side of window are lighted. In this case, we can use a fluorescent light with a sensor, which is turned on and off automatically according to the amount of sunlight. I think that this plan can save energy, reduce the budget, and increase the effect of education. and so I studied on this plan.

Due to criminal aspects spreading nation wide, their intelligence level increasing and becoming digitalized, the citizens' interest in and desire for crime security have increased. Until now, the preceding researches have been focused on finding the specific variables that have direct effects on the demand for police manpower through regression analysis and attempted to predict number of needs. However, there have never been any researches producing the accurate number of demands for crimes and human resources needed for each work load. Therefore, this research have analyzed each police station functions by interviewing the persons in charge and selected the main duty for each functions. From this, by using the method of system dynamics, this research was able to predict the standard number of manpower needed for each police station functions. Also, by making a model for each 235 police stations, the best efficient employment plan for police stations and district agencies have been further discussed based on the computer simulation results.

This study is to search cooperation plan about fire investigation based on the public-private partnership. Especially focused on the partnership with 4 sector; the academic world, insurance sector, industrial world, professionalist of private fire investigation. In conclusion, Firstly a partnership with the academic world should have courses or school subject extensions related to fire investigation. Secondly, a partnership with insurance sector should secure trust through unifying estimate standard about the origin of damage. Thirdly, A partnership with industrial company is presented making collaboration team to investigate the fire investigation. Lastly, the partnership with the private professionalist related to fire investigation should strengthen credibility and expertise.

The monorail system as new transportation system mostly has being constructed as an elevated construction and the track beam as mostly main work type occupy the important parts. The structure of monorail system, the track beam support directly vehicle's load and comprised of the track beam structure to be traveling side and understructure to be transmitted from their load to the ground. In particular, in case of construction to elevated structure in the center of a city, it is important to decision plan for span to be considered the economic, execution and maintenance according to transport, installation, and the structure problem, scene and civil appeals to be decided the beam elevation and span. Therefore the standard span of monorail track beam shall be considered the efficient execution, economic and transportation. And propose to reasonable decision plan incorporated the minimizing the road occupied width due to openness to center of a city and bridge pole, minimize to basis size.

Safety is important factor in railway system. Now most of the electric and electronic system which is applied in railway system is the embedded system which software is used. The constitution rate of software which is involved in railway system is gradually increasing. Most of the software which is used in railway system is implemented by the software developer. Thus the implemented code has different features according to the developer and this may cause the bad effect on the software's maintenance. International standard IEC 62279 requires an adoption the coding standard to developing the railway software. And it is plan to recommend complying with the coding standard in safety criteria for railway software which is noticed as the regulation of the Korean railway safety law. In this paper, we review the requirement of coding standards which is present in the software criteria for railway software and international standard. Also it investigates the coding standard which is in other safety related industry and presents the effective way to apply the software coding standard to domestic railway industry.
