Context-based 클러스터링에 의한 Granular-based RBF NN의 설계 (The Design of Granular-based Radial Basis Function Neural Network by Context-based Clustering)

  • In this paper, we develop a design methodology of Granular-based Radial Basis Function Neural Networks(GRBFNN) by context-based clustering. In contrast with the plethora of existing approaches, here we promote a development strategy in which a topology of the network is predominantly based upon a collection of information granules formed on a basis of available experimental data. The output space is granulated making use of the K-Means clustering while the input space is clustered with the aid of a so-called context-based fuzzy clustering. The number of information granules produced for each context is adjusted so that we satisfy a certain reconstructability criterion that helps us minimize an error between the original data and the ones resulting from their reconstruction involving prototypes of the clusters and the corresponding membership values. In contrast to "standard" Radial Basis Function neural networks, the output neuron of the network exhibits a certain functional nature as its connections are realized as local linear whose location is determined by the values of the context and the prototypes in the input space. The other parameters of these local functions are subject to further parametric optimization. Numeric examples involve some low dimensional synthetic data and selected data coming from the Machine Learning repository.

  • In this paper, we develop a design methodology of granular-based neurocomputing networks realized with the aid of the clustering techniques. The objective of this paper is modeling and evaluation of approximation and generalization capability of the Linear-Type Superconducting Power Supply (LTSPS). In contrast with the plethora of existing approaches, here we promote a development strategy in which a topology of the network is predominantly based upon a collection of information granules formed on a basis of available experimental data. The underlying design tool guiding the development of the granular-based neurocomputing networks revolves around the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering method and the Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network. In contrast to "standard" Radial Basis Function neural networks, the output neuron of the network exhibits a certain functional nature as its connections are realized as local linear whose location is determined by the membership values of the input space with the aid of FCM clustering. To modeling and evaluation of performance of the linear-type superconducting power supply using the proposed network, we describe a detailed characteristic of the proposed model using a well-known NASA software project data.

고대 한국의 도량형 고찰 (Review on the Ancient korea Length, Weight and Volumetric Measures)

  • This study is designed to delve into the measuring systems of different periods so as to help with more exact representations of cultures of different periods. The basis of the measuring system in china stems from the huangjong (Huangzhong : the yellow bell) of the period of Huangdi, the length of the bell being the width of 90 black millet grains. Do (Du : width) ; 1 bun=the width of one black millet grain, 1 Chon=10 Buns, 1 Chuk=10 Chons, 1 Jang=10 Cheoks, 1 In=10 Jangs. Ryang (Lyang : volume) ; 1 Yak=the weight of 1,200 grains in the yellow bell, 1 Hab=2 Yaks, 1Seung=10 habs, 1 Du=10 Seungs, 1 Gok=10 Dus. Hyung (Hung : weight) ; 12 Jus=the weight of 1 Yak, 1Yang=24 Jus are equal 1 Hab in weight, 1 Geun=16 Ryangs, 1 Jo=30 Geuns, 1 Seo=4 Jo. In the era of Eun (In) it was decided that the 9-chon length of the Yellowbell shall be 1 Cheok. The Cheok of Ju was set at 4/5 of the length of the yellow bell. The Cheok of Ju breaks into Yongjocheok, Joryegicheok, Pogeumcheok. Yongjocheok, arising from Rohbancheok of the Ju period, is part of Gokcheok also used as a measuring tool for wooden works. The Han cheok has the same length as the yellow bell. The Sang Cheok is 4/5 of the length of the yellow bell. The Tang Cheok was originally the same as the Sang cheok but became longer and longer to be the Long cheok (31.3cm). The length-measuring system used in the three-nation era of Korea includes the gijeom cheil (35.52cm), Ju cheok (25.45cm), sunje Cheok (23.5cm), the Long Tang Cehok (29.706 cm), making 10 Bun 1 Chon and 10 Chon 1 Cheok. The volume-measuring system(Seung) was 198.81 ㎤ before 681 BC in the shilla Dynasty and was 596.42 ㎤ after that. In the seventh year of Kng Munjong of the Koryo dynasty the standard measuring system with the Long Tang Cheok as its basis was adopted, and the standard volume-measuring tools were used under the name of Migok, Daesodugok, Mijangdu, (29.706 cm), making 10 Bun 1 Chon and 10 Chon 1 Cheok. The volume-measuring system(Seung) was 198.81㎤ before 681 BC in the shilla dynasty and was 596.42 ㎤ after that. In the seventh year of King Munjong of the Koryo dynasty the standard measuring system with the Long Tang Cheok as its basis was adopted, and the standard volume-measuring tools were used under the name of Migok, Daesodugok, Kijangdu, Habseung and gokseok. The 1 Seung volumes of theses toolas were 596,447,927 and 1053㎤, respectively. were called Migok, Daesodugok, Mijangdu, Habseung and Gokseok, being respectively 596,447,927, 1053 ㎤, respectively. In the Chosun Dynasty the length of the Yeongjocheos was 27.6 cm or 31.220 in the Sejong era, 29.8 from Heonjong through Gojong, and 30.3 cm after the 6th year of King Kwangmu, and the volume of Du(Mal) also changed like 4.121 or 5.964, 5.187, 23.08 $\ell$, and the 1-Jeonjung also changed like 2.66 or bout 4, 3.45, 3.75 in line with the changes of the length system.

전자책 표준 적합성 도구의 개발 (Developing a Test Tool for Electronic Book Standard Conformance)

  • 한국문서형표준(KS X 6100)은 지난 2001년 7월 제정된 한국전자책문서표준(EBKS1.0)이 2002년 7월 한국산업기술표준원의 산업표준심의를 거쳐 제정되었다. 그러므로 한국문서형표준에 기반하여 작성된 전자책 문서들은 표준의 목적과 명세를 준수하여야 하며 표준의 준수 여부를 판별하기 위해서 적합성 검사가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 적합성 검사의 기준이 되는 적합성 조항(Conformance Clause)의 정의와 이에 따른 적합성 검사 도구(Conformance Testing Tool)를 개발하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 정의된 조항들을 통하여 전자책 제작자들은 전자책표준의 목적과 명세에 보다 적합한 전자책문서들을 제작할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공자들은 적합성 검사 도구를 통한 자동화된 적합성 검사 절차를 사용하여 효율적인 적합성 검사가 가능하다.

일반농산어촌개발 지역역량강화사업비의 적정요율 산정 (An Estimation of the Standard Cost of Project Management of Empowerment Sector in Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project)

  • The existing standard cost of project management of empowerment sector in general rural development project has problems with standard cost system without considering characteristics of empowerment project and unclear division of works. These problems are a lot of trouble to fulfill the project. Thus, it needs an arrangement of standard cost considering detailed characteristics of project management in the empowerment sector. The contents and results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) To set accurate standard cost, we carried out three-step processes, such as elicitation of standard works, calculation of workload and determination of standard cost. (1) In an investigation of 30 rural area dividing 8 parts about an workload of empowerment project, an average workload is 1,499 hours. (2) Based on this results, the standard cost is calculated at 15% of project cost in over 600 million won, at 28.75% of project cost in under 500 million won, by standards of empowerment project cost. 2) It set the responsibility management cost to 15% of empowerment project cost considering existing awareness, workload and work professionalism of project management. Based on the results, It suggested the practical use as basis for efficient management of the future empowerment projects. To achieve this, It needs to promote maximizing results on the whole project through the legalization processes including amendment of existing regulations.

서울시내 초.중.고 학생들의 최근 18년간 (1979-1996년) 비만도 변화추이 및 비만아 증가 양상 (The prevalence of Childhood and Adolescent Obesity Over the Last 18 Years in Seoul Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey the prevalence of obesity assessed on the basis of height and weight among students in primary and secondary schools in the metropolitan area of Seoul, Korea during the period of 1979 to 1996. The major findings are as follows ; 1) The fiftieth percentile values of BMI have increased more in mid-ranged age group than upper(16-17 years old) and lower(6-7 years old) ranged age groups. 2) The prevalence of obesity by standard weight of height was higher among male students than female students and students in the primary schools showed higher weight increase than adolescent age(12-17 years old) group. As a whole, the prevalence of obesity over last 18 years has increased 4.6 times in males and 3.2 times in females. 3) Judged on the basis of the BMI 90th, 95th percentile values of 1979 , the prevalence of obesity among male students showed higher increases than among female students. Higher increase was also observed among primary school students than among middle and high school students. Increase of weight was higher for the $\geq$95th percentile group than the 90-95th percentile group. 4) Judged on the basis of the BMI, 90th, 95 th percentile values of NHANES-I, the $\geq$95th percentile group showed higher increase in the prevalence of obesity than the 90-95th percentile group. According to the 1996 data, severe obesity group ($\geq$95th percentile) was about two times of NHANES-I in male primary school students, while the number for female middle and high school students was about 1/5 of NHANES-I.

  • u-IT 기술의 발달로 인해 통신, 방송, 포털, 콘텐츠, 장비 및 솔루션 등 사업의 모든 분야에 u-IT Convergence 기기들이 연구 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-IT Convergence를 정의하고, u-IT Convergence 기기들과 단말에서 정보를 감지하는 온도, 압력, 자기, 광, 가스, 습도 센서들에 대한 정의와 평가 기준으로 기술성, 경제성, 경영성 등의 평가 기준을 제시한다. 또한 u-IT Convergence 기기들에 대한 평가 기준에 따르는 u-IT Convergence 네트워크 기기의 표준화 기준을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해 유비쿼터스 정보화 사회에서 기술적인 발전과 기기들에 대한 정확한 인증 평가를 통해서 안정성과 신뢰성을 갖춘 평가 제품으로서 가치를 정립하고 표준화를 이루는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

미국 조지아주와 우리나라 수학과 교육과정 비교 분석 연구 - 수와 연산 및 대수 영역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Comparison and Analysis of School Mathematics Curriculum in the State of Georgia and Korea)

  • 최근 들어 새롭게 개정된 미국 조지아주 수학과 교육과정을 소개하고, 이의 이해를 보다 심도 있게 도모하기 위하여 우리나라 제7차 수학과 교육과정 수정안과 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 그러나, 미국 조지아주 수학과 교육과정 전체를 한 번에 다루기에는 그 양이 너무나 방대하여, 본 고에서는 '수와 연산' 및 '대수' 영역(우리나라의 '수와 연산', '문자와 식', '규칙성' 또는 '함수'에 해당)을 중심으로 다루고자 하였다. 본고에서는 두 나라간의 교육과정 내용의 양질에 관한 우위를 가리거나 우리나라 교육과정의 문제점 내지 개선책을 마련하기 보다는 수학 교육 관련 전문가인 독자들로 하여금 대수 영역 관련의 내용에 관하여 두 나라 간에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보고 음미해 볼 수 있는 근간을 제공하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 고에 제시된 연구 결과를 비롯하여 향후 여러 나라의 수학과 교육과정을 보다 심도 있게 연구하고, 앞으로 우리나라 수학과 교육과정을 개정하는 데에 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

조선조 『춘추』 공부의 표준 강령(1) - 박세채의 『춘추보편(春秋補編)』 「강령(綱領)」을 중심으로 - (Standard Codes of the Study of Chunchu during Chosun Dynasty (1): through Park Sechae's Chunchubopyeon Gangnyung)

  • 본 논문은 박세채의 "춘추보편"를 주요 텍스트로 삼아서, 조선조 춘추학에서 "춘추" 공부의 출발로 삼았던 표준 강령의 실체를 살펴보는 작업이다. 이 연구의 목적은 조선조 학자들이 "춘추"에 대해 가졌던 공통의 인식이나 보편적인 시각이 무엇인지 밝히는 것이다. "춘추보편"은 조선조의 성리학적 "춘추" 이해를 대변하는 책이기 때문에 이 책의 "강령(綱領)"은 조선조 학자들이 "춘추"를 공부하기 위해 반드시 알아야 할 일종의 지침이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 "강령"의 다섯 가지 항목 중에서 <"춘추" 저술의 본질>과 <"춘추" 기록의 주제>라는 두 가지 항목을 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 첫 번째 항목은 "춘추"가 세상을 다스리는 대법이며, 그것은 현실을 추동하는 살아 있는 이치라는 것이 주요 내용이다. 두 번째 항목은 "춘추"의 구체적인 기록을 통해 "춘추" 대법의 실체를 밝히고 있다. 향후 이 논문과 함께 "강령"의 나머지 항목에 대한 추가 연구가 완료되면, 조선조 춘추학의 전반적인 성격이나 특징을 밝히는 중요한 실마리를 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

조경수의 손실보상 감정평가 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measures to Improve the Assessment Method for Loss Compensation of Landscape Plants)

  • Plants are the basis for sustainable green growth, and the value of existence and importance of trees including landscape Plants can't be emphasized enough. Therefore, they are precious living things thriving in all sorts of public services, and continuous civil complaints for justifiable compensation of landscape Plants are filed. First, the standard formula of planting intervals according to production target specifications is calculated using root-collar caliper and diameter at breast height, and apply (1) standard medium sized trees which have not yet reached commercialization [deciduous tree production goal (R(B) less than 6cm]= (target standard)= [target standard $R(cm){\times}15{\times}0.7$]. (2) In case of commercialization(R6~R10)= [target standard $R(cm){\times}15{\pm}5%$], (3) In case of more than R12= [target standard $R(cm){\times}15{\times}130%$] shall be applied. In case of using diameter at breast height (4) In case of commercialization(B6~B10)= [target standard $B(cm){\times}20{\times}15{\pm}5%$], (5) In case of more than B12= [target standard $B(cm){\times}20{\times}130%$] shall be applied. Second, appraisal methods based on tree classification of compensation for loss are classified according to planted locations. (1) landscape trees within a house=[price of arrival at the site+planting cost], (2) landscape trees in places such as arboretum=[management technology of tress + relocation expenses considering scarcity of the trees (3) landscape trees in a place of loads= [landscape tree production cost + work out added price. In case of producted landscape threes (4) landscape trees ready to be commercialized as sales loss.
