This study analyzes trends and characteristics of the machine tool remanufacturing industry and proposes a standard process that considers environmental impact assessment during the remanufacturing process. First, trends in remanufacturing and environmental regulations are reviewed. And the current status of the machine tool remanufacturing industry and cases of national R&D projects related to machine tools are analyzed. Machine tool remanufacturing has a high resource saving effect, and remanufacturing is carried out as a finished product rather than as a part. And the scope of remanufacturing work is very wide due to the performance improvement of the machine and the addition of features. In order for the machine tool remanufacturing industry to be competitive, it is necessary to create products with high added value. In addition, in order to respond to international environmental regulations, it is necessary to secure related data by conducting an environmental impact assessment together during remanufacturing.

소프트웨어가 대형화되고 기능이 복잡해짐에 따라 개발절차를 따르지 않으면 성공하기 어렵다. 개발과정의 종합적인 체계를 제시하는 소프트웨어 프로세스는 성숙되고 능력 있는 개발 조직이 일반적으로 수행하는 개발 활동과 절차라 할 수 있는데, 전반적 개발과정의 관리에 관련되어있다. 하지만 복잡하고 일반 개발자에는 생소한 개념이 많아 이를 도입하여 적용하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 또한 프로세스에 대한 표준이나 성숙도 측정 모델 등 다양한 프레임워크가 제시되고 있으나, 이들 간의 관계를 이해하지 못하고는 제대로 사용하기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 개발 프로세스의 도입 및 개선 시 높은 효과를 얻기 위해, 온톨로지를 사용하여 소프트웨어 프로세스에 관련 프레임워크들의 복잡한 개념을 표현하고 이들 간을 연관시킨 모델을 제시한다.

유헬스 산업 활성화를 위해서 유헬스와 관련된 용어의 이해를 돕고, 의사소통을 증진시키기 위한 유헬스 표준용어를 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 유헬스 표준용어를 개발하고, 이를 위한 용어 표준화 절차에 대한 지침을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 유헬스 관한 보고서, 용어집 및 정보통신기술협회 표준을 대상으로 자료수집, 용어추출, 용어정제, 용어선정 및 용어관리 절차를 통해 최종 187개의 유헬스 표준용어를 개발하였다. 연구결과, 국내 실정에 부합하는 유헬스 용어 표준화를 위한 지침을 제시하였으며, 이는 유헬스 표준용어의 정의, 분류, 구성요소, 절차에 따른 방법 및 원칙에 대한 상세한 내용을 포함하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 유헬스 표준용어 및 용어 표준화 가이드라인은 개별 용어 도입 및 관리를 위한 비용을 절감하고, 정보교환을 용이하도록 도움으로써 유헬스 산업 전반의 효율성을 향상시킬 것이다.

분수 나눗셈은 교육과정에 따른 교과서마다 문제 상황이나 해결 방법에서 변화가 있었고, 교과서 내용은 학생들의 학습에 직접 영향을 주기 때문에 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 최근 3개 교육과정과 그에 따른 교과서에 제시된 분수 나눗셈의 교육과정 성취기준, 수식 유형 및 문제 상황, 비표준 및 표준 알고리즘의 도입 과정을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교육과정 성취기준의 차이는 거의 없었으나, 교과서의 학년별 내용 제시에 변화가 있었다. 수식 유형에서는 교육과정별 교과서마다 차이가 있었고, 문제 상황은 다양해지는 변화가 나타났다. 해결 방법은 표준 알고리즘을 강조한 것에서 최근 교과서에서 비표준 알고리즘과 표준 알고리즘을 병행하는 방향으로 변화하였다. 제언으로 나눗셈 유형별로 내용을 세분화하기보다는 문제 상황별로 유목화할 수 있는 방안과 비표준 알고리즘과 표준 알고리즘의 연계 및 표준 알고리즘 도입 과정의 공통적 속성에 따라 일반화와 정당화를 추구하는 방안 마련이 필요함을 제시하였다.

대표적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사 모델로서 ISO/IEC 15504(일명 SPICE)와 CMM은 숙련된 전문 심사원을 통하여 소프트웨어 프로세스의 능력수준을 결정한다. 그러나 이들 모델들은 프로세스 측정을 위한 체계적인 메트릭스를 제공하지 않으므로 심사원은 심사대상 프로세스의 정량적인 수준 측정을 위하여 주관적인 판단을 통해 프로세스를 평가해 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스의 정량적이고 객관적인 측정을 위하여 기초 품질 메트릭스를 정의하고 CMM과 ISO/IEC 15504에서 정의한 프로세스 분야에 대한 표준 메트릭스를 제안한다. 또한 표준 메트릭스를 조직에 적용하기 위한 프로세스 측정 절차와 가이드라인을 제시한다. 이를 통해서 조직 내의 프로세스에 대한 객관적 평가와 수준을 결정할 수 있으며 향후 개선을 위한 관리가 용이하다.

Since Kalman filter and wavelet transform techniques are both suitable for a nonstationary process, wavelet-Kalman filter was proposed and applied to various industrial fields. However, the wavelet-Kalman filter subjected to model uncertainty with nonstationary process has not been considered. Thus, the robust wavelet-Kalman filter method is proposed in this paper. The proposed method can prevent the degradation of filter performance when parameter uncertainty exists in both the state and measurement matrices and preserve the merits of the standard Kalman filter in the sense that it produces optimal estimates. A simple example shows that the proposed approach outperforms the standard Kalman filter and the nominal wavelet-Kalman filter.

A simple metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor in a standard $0.25{\;}\mu\textrm{m}$ digital CMOS process is described. Using all six interconnect layers, this capacitor exploits both the lateral and vertical electrical fields to increase the capacitance density (capacitance per unit area). Compared to a conventional parallel plate capacitor in the four upper metal layers, this capacitor achieves lower parasitic substrate capacitance, and improves the capacitance density by a factor of 4. Measurements and an extracted model for the capacitor are also presented. Calculations, model and measurements agree very well.

Recently, tunnel structure is being widely used in railway or roadway construction projects because earthwork causes large cutting and damages in environmental factors. However, there are many changes of design by different items comparing with design phase in tunnel structure by uncertain drawings. This study develops a standard process for the change of design to reduce change orders in construction phase.

This study focuses on applying performance-based design to construction standard in building construction. First, it realizes situation and issues of standard specification in building construction, deduces the need factors for establishing performance-based construction standard, and then, it proposes the application of performance standard. The required stages for deducing performance-based construction standard consist of dividing building parts, deducing required functions, performance items and performance requirement and deciding a method of performance evaluation. Through these stages, performance-based design process is deduced.

건설 공공공사 예정가격 산정의 기준이 되는 표준품셈 제도는 1970년 제정된 이후 미미한 수준의 제 개정 작업이 수행되어 왔으나 건설 재료 및 공법의 발전 수준을 반영하지 못함으로써 건설공사 예정가격 산정시 적용의 한계점이 있는 것으로 지적되어 왔다. 따라서 건설공사 표준품셈의 관리기관인 한국건설기술연구원에서는 최근 표준품셈의 제 개정 작업을 수행 중에 있다. 그러나 표준품셈 제 개정 업무를 수행하기 위한 구체적인 제 개정 프로세스가 확립되어 있지 못함으로써 한국건설기술연구원과 계약되어 실질적인 연구용역을 수행하는 기관에서는 수차례의 시행착오를 겪게 된다. 또한 공사 예정가격 산정시 중요한 부분인 손율에 대해서 산정 근거 및 방법에 대한 연구가 수행되지 못함으로써 표준품셈의 신뢰성 확보에 문제점이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문에서는 현행 표준품셈 제 개정 업무 분석을 통해 표준품셈 제 개정 프로세스 개선의 필요성을 도출하고, 표준품셈 제 개정 업무를 '표준품셈 제 개정 항목 도출단계', '현장실사데이터 수집단계', '현장실사데이터 분석 및 개정안 제시단계'의 3가지 단계로 구분하여 각 단계별 업무처리 프로세스 및 구체적인 업무내용을 제시하였다. 또한 타 제조업의 손율 관련 연구 및 회계상의 감가상각방법의 분석을 통해 건설공사에 적용 가능한 손율산정방안을 제시하였다.
