간호대학생의 사회적지지가 대학생활 적응과 학업적응에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Social Support, College Adjustment and Academic Adjustment among Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting college adjustment and academic adjustment among nursing students according to social support. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were collected from 290 nursing students from 2 colleges located in J province consented to participate in the study. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheff$\grave{e}$ test, pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: In the model individual characteristics accounted for 17.2% of the influence on college adjustment and 9.9% of the influence on academic adjustment. In the model II with the addition of the 4 factors; tangible support, appraisal support, belonging support, self-esteem support and individual characteristics accounted for 39.5% of the influence on college adjustment and 22.8% of the influence on academic adjustment. Appraisal support and belonging support of the social support sub-variables were statistically useful as factors influencing college adjustment and self-esteem support was statistically useful as factors influencing academic adjustment. Conclusion: Social support for nursing students has great influence on college adjustment and academic adjustment of nursing students.

종합대학 도서관장서의 적정량기준 설정에 관한 고찰 -미국의 종합대학도서관기준을 중심으로- (Problems in Quantification of Adequacy of Academic Library Collections -Critical Analysis of Standards for Academic Libraries in the U.S.-)

  • Library standards have been the source of considerable controversy, whereas many problems are involved in developing stardard for university library collections. For evaluation purposes, standards should be precise, quantifiable and measurable. In the United States, however, standards for academic libraries are limited to qualitative statements and principles. Quantitative standards, when given, are ususally related to the number of population in the institution being served, or the prescribed quantitative objectives are often arbitrarily formulated by value judgements. The study in this paper attempts to explain the problems involved in developing quantitative standard for academic library collections. Two problems facing in the formulation of the optimal size of collection are identified. One is the theoretically faulty concept of adequacy of collection to meet the situations of diversity of university libraies, and the other is the difficulties in quantification and measurement, along with the lack of concept of adequacy of collection. However, quantification of adequate size of collection is proved to be useful on the pratical level, even though not valid theoretically. ACRL, Clapp/Jordan and Voigt developed formulas or models for setting the optimal size of a library collection for any particular university library. The main purpose of this study is the analysis of the above formulas. ACRL standard was drawn from obervation and analysis of statistcs in leading library collections. In academic field, this judgement appears to have been based on the assumption that a high-grade institution would be apt to have a good library collection. This study criticizes ACRL standard for its failure to include some determinants of measurements, and points out the limitations of the standard. In contrast. Clapp/Jordan developed a formula rather scientifically based upon bibliographical sources. This is similarly empirical but has the advantage of bringing into play the elements which make universities diverse in nature. Both ACRL and Clapp/Jordan formulas share two major defects. (1) the specific subject needs of the collection are not indiacted directly, and (2) percentage rate of growth is an indicator in measuring the potential utility of a collection. Thus both formulas failed to provide a basis for meaningful evaluation. Voigt further developed a model for determining acquisition rates for currently published materials based on bibliographic technique. Voigt model encourages experimentation with different programs and different allocations of input resources, designed to meet the needs of the library's particular population. Standard for university library collections can be formulated in terms of input(traditional indicator), or additionally, in terms of output(cost-effectiveness). Cost effectiveness is expressed as user satisfaction, ability to provide wanted materials within a reasonable time period. Thus simple quantitative method does not cover all the situations of diversity of university library collections, nor measures the effectiveness of collections. Valid standard could not be established without further research.

  • In this paper we present a non-standard finite difference method for solving a fractional decay model. The proposed NSFDM is constructed by incorporating a non-standard denominator function, resulting in an explicit numerical scheme as easy as the conventional Euler method, but it provides very accurate solutions and has unconditional stability. Two examples from the literature are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed numerical scheme, which is compared to three methods from the literature. It is found that the method's estimated errors are extremely minimal, such as within the machine precision.

Machine-actionable Data Management Plans Model Analysis and Improvement Direction

  • In this study, the RDA DMP Common Standard (RDCS), a data model for implementing a machine actionable Data Management Plan (maDMP), was analyzed in four aspects. First, the twelve class models proposed by RDCS were analyzed. Second, whether the DMP attribute was included in the class attribute was analyzed. Third, we analyzed the namespace used for RDCS properties. Fourth, the values and identifiers used in RDCS properties were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, four directions for improvement were derived. First, it is necessary to add an academic record class to describe information such as papers and reports, which are representative academic documents. Second, the primary research institution, responsibility, resources, option attribute, and additional attributes are needed to describe the researcher's affiliation information. Third, it is necessary to additionally use a namespace such as Friend of a Friend that can be used universally. Fourth, the use of digital object identifier should be considered to identify academic literature.

대학도서관의 복본수 결정기법에 관한 연구

  • This study is designed to review the methods of duplicate copies decision making in the academic library. In this thesis, I surveyed queueing & markov model, statistical model, and simulation model. The contents of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Queueing and markov model is used for one of duplicate copies decision-making methods. This model was suggested by Leimkuler, Morse, and Chen, etc. Leimkuler proposed growth model, storage model, and availability model through using system analysis method. Queueing theory is a n.0, pplied to Leimkuler's availability model. Morse ad Chen a n.0, pplied queueing and markov model to their theory. They used queueing theory for measuring satisfaction level and Markov model for predicting user demand. 2) Another model of duplicate copies decision-making methods is statistical model. This model is suggested by Grant and Sohn, Jung Pyo. Grant suggested a model with a formula to satisfy the user demand more than 95%, Sohn, Jung Pyo suggested a model with two formulars: one for duplicate copies decision-making by using standard deviation and the other for duplicate copies predicting by using coefficient of variation. 3) Simulation model is used for one of duplicate copies decision-making methods. This model is suggested by Buckland and Arms. Buckland considered both loan period and duplicate copies simultaneously in his simulation model. Arms suggested computer-simulation model as one of duplicate copies decision-making methods. These methods can help improve the efficiency of collection development and solve some problems (space, staff, budget, etc, ) of Korean academic libraries today.

학력과 정보문화지수와의 상관관계 분석연구 (An Analysis Study on Correlation Between Academic Background and Information Culture Index)

  • 현대지식정보화사회에서 현대인들은 정보통신기술과 스마트기술 등 다양한 최신기술의 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 다양한 최신기술의 혜택을 누리기 위해서 일정한 수준의 정보소양과 활용능력을 가져야 한다. 또한, 정보통신윤리에 대한 이해와 실천의지도 모두에게 필요하다. 한편 정보 소양과 활용능력을 측정하고 모형화하기 위해서는 일정한 표준이 필요하다. 이러한 점에서 정보문화지수는 정보소양과 활용능력을 측정하기 위해서 개발되었다. 정보문화지수는 3가지의 하위지표 즉 활용, 인식 및 규범으로 구성된다. 먼저 활용지표는 일상생활에서 정보화 내용과 기술이 어떻게 보편화되었는가에 관한 것이며, 인식지표는 정보문화공동체에서 어떻게 다른 사람을 존중하고 신뢰할 수 있는 가에 관한 것이다. 한편, 규범지표는 바람직한 정보통신윤리 의식에 따라 어떻게 정보통신서비스를 이용할 줄 아는 가에 관한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보문화지수의 3가지 하위지표 즉 활용, 인식 및 규범과 학력과의 상관관계를 구하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 국가차원에서 조사한 정보문화 연구결과를 기초로 하였다. 통계분석결과 인식과 규범은 학력과 유의미한 상관관계를 보이지 않은 반면 활용은 학력과 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 즉 학력이 높을수록 활용수준도 높아짐을 보였다. 본 연구는 향후 정보교육과 정보문화 확산에 있어서 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

주거빈곤이 아동발달에 여향을 미치는 과정 분석 (Process Analysis of Housing Poverty Influences on Child Development)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(1차년도)을 활용하여 주거빈곤이 아동의 신체건강, 내재화문제, 학업성취에 미치는 영향과 그 과정을 밝히고자 하였다. 분석결과 최저기준미달주거와 주거비 비중은 주거불안정과 모(부)불건강, 아동의 비학업활동은 증가시키고, 비주거지출은 감소시켜 아동의 내재화문제와 학업성취에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 소득빈곤, 지역빈곤과 가구특성을 통제한 상태에서 나타난 결과였다. 본 연구를 통해 주거빈곤에 대한 이론적 모델을 발전시키고, 주거 빈곤 정책의 중요성을 환기시킬 수 있었다.

The Trade-Agreement Embarrassment

  • The dominant academic literature about trade agreements maintains that they are only about national terms-of-trade manipulation and not at all about purely political concerns. Non-academic economists, commentators, and diplomats by contrast think that trade agreements are all about political concerns. There are two substantive and important distinctions between the two views. i Practitioners maintain that policymakers care virtually not at all about the terms of trade or about trade-tax revenue. ii Practitioners, unlike academics, maintain that trade-agreement negotiations themselves change the underlying political economy. Observation of actual trade policy measures, though not conclusive, suggests that the practitioners are right and that the academics are wrong.

대학생의 학업스트레스와 사이버불링 경향성과의 관계: 자기통제력의 매개 효과 (The Relationship between Academic Stress and Cyberbullying Tendency among College Students: The Mediating Role of Self-Control)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 사이버불링 경향성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구를 위해 2020년 7월 31일부터 8월 13일까지 전국의 대학교에 재학중인 396명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistic version 20.0과 PROCESS macro를 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, Pearson 상관계수, PROCESS MACRO model 4, Bootstrap, Sobel test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업스트레스는 자기통제력과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였고(r=-.246, p<.001), 사이버불링 경향성과는 정적 상관관계를 보였으나 유의하지 않았다(r=.096, p=.055). 둘째, 학업스트레스와 사이버불링 경향성 간의 관계에서 자기통제력의 매개 효과는 유의하였다(R2=.039, p=<.001). 따라서 대학생의 사이버불링을 예방하기 위해서는 학업스트레스와 자기통제력을 고려한 예방 프로그램이 요구되며, 본 연구를 바탕으로 사이버불링 예방 프로그램을 개발 후 효과 검증을 위한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

학회정보 개인화 지원을 위한 RSS기반 유통 모델 연구 (A study on the RSS-Based dissemination model to support the personalization of academic information)

  • 자신의 연구성과를 발표하고 평가받는 학회의 이용자인 연구자는 수시로 발생되는 학회 정보 즉, 논문투고 일정, 학술대회 정보, 학회지 발간 정보, 논문 정보, 공지사항, 최신 연구소식 등 일련의 정보를 얻기 위해서 일일이 학회별 홈페이지를 방문하여 공지사항의 정보를 읽거나 또는 논문지의 최신 정보를 검색하고 조회하는 노력을 필요로 한다. 이와 반대로, 학술지를 발행하는 학회는 학회에서 수시로 발생하는 최신 정보를 알리기 위해 학회 회원들에게 메일을 보내거나 학회 홈페이지의 게시판에 공지사항을 기재하는 정도로 만족하고 있는 실정이다. 일반 연구자는 수많은 학회로부터 수시로 발생하는 정보를 한번의 클릭만으로 한눈에 파악할 수 있고, 학회는 한번의 공지를 통해서 학회 정보를 보고자하는 이용자 누구에게나 빠르고 쉽게 전달될 수 있는 체제가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 RSS 서비스 사이트의 국내외 현황을 살펴보고, 개인화 추세에 있는 웹 이용자의 개인적 취향을 맞추기 위한 접근 방법으로서 학회정보 개인화 지원을 위한 RSS기반 유통 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
