The Effect of Career Choice Motives of the Private Security Guards on Job evaluation and Job Attitude (민간경비원의 직업선택동기가 직업선택평가 및 직무태도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to investigate the Effect of Career Choice Motives of the Private Security Guards on Job choice evaluation and Job Attitude. For this study visiting the 8 companies around the capital area and surveyed from May 1st to October 10th 2015 using the stratified random sampling method. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed and among them, 220 copies were used except for analysis. I used SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to reliability analysis, factor analysis, analysis of structural equation model, path analysis. The level of statistical significance was set to .05. The following are conclusions. Job choice motivation has a positive effect on Job choice evaluation and Job attitude but Job choice evaluation doesn't play intermediary role on relationship between Job choice motivation and Job attitude.

The influences of Medical Service Quality on Customer Trust, Customer Value, and Customer Loyalty in Specialized Hospitals (전문병원의 서비스품질이 고객신뢰와 고객가치 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore how service quality in specialized hospitals influences customer loyalty under the mediating effects of customer trust and customer value. Methods: A statistical review was done based on the survey results of patients who had used a specialized hospital in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. A total of 209 questionnaires were collected. After data collection, an empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 software. Results: Interaction quality (β = 0.254, p < 0.05) and result quality (β = 0.179, p < 0.05) significantly influenced customer trust, while physical environmental quality (β = 0.121, p > 0.05) did not. Customer trust (β = 0.571, p < 0.01) influenced customer value (β = 0.136, p < 0.05) and customer value influenced customer loyalty. In addition, customer confidence (β = 0.668, p < 0.05) was shown to have directly impacted customer loyalty without the mediating effect of customer value (0.078). Conclusions: The findings showed that interaction quality and resulting quality had important implications for customer loyalty. We therefore suggest compliance with appointment times, training to improve work-related skills for employees, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing communication skills.

The Effect of Early Morning Delivery's Logistics Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction: The Moderating Effect of Eco-Friendly Attitude

  • In this study, to investigate the relationship between early morning delivery's logistics service quality (order quality, delivery quality, and after service quality) and customer satisfaction, and the moderating effect of eco-friendly attitude, the constructs were made up based on previous studies. A survey was conducted on early morning delivery users, and 210 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follows: first, it was found that the logistics service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, it was found that the delivery quality has the greatest effect on customer satisfaction. Third, as a result of testing the moderating effect of eco friendly attitudes in the relationship between the logistics service quality and customer satisfaction, in the case of the order quality among the logistics service quality, the differences between the groups were identified according to eco-friendly attitudes. In conclusion, the implications and limitations of this study are presented.

The Study on Mediating Effects Validation of Involvement between Service Quality and Satisfaction in Children's Pool in Convergence era (융복합 시대 어린이 전용 수영장의 서비스 품질과 만족의 관계에서 관여도가 갖는 매개효과 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to validate the mediating effects involvement between service quality and satisfaction in children's pool. For the purpose, survey was conducted. 450 samples were collected, and 430 data were used for final analysis. Data processing was made factor analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation model analysis via SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 7.0 programs. Study findings are as follows: First, among the factors of service quality, only the facilities factor was effective to involvement. Second, among the factors of children's pool service quality, program and facilities factors were effective to satisfaction. Third, involvement of children's pool was effective to satisfaction. Fourth, involvement had a mediating effect on the effect of facilities factor on satisfaction.

Affecting Factors of Clinical Competence in the Nursing students Using a Mediation Model (매개모델을 이용한 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인)

  • This study examined the casual relationship among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and clinical competence in nursing students, as well as the effects of emotional intelligence on the clinical competence with the mediation of self-efficacy. The participants were 182 nursing students, and the data were collected during from October 14, to November 10, 2014. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and mediation pathway with the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. The results are as follows: First, there were correlations among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and clinical competence. Second, The emotional intelligence, and clinical competence showed direct and indirect associations. Emotional intelligence was found to influence the self-efficacy and clinical competence directly, and self-efficacy influenced the clinical competence directly. Mediation analyses indicated that emotional intelligence influences the self-efficacy.

  • The study empirically explored factors influencing photo sharing behavior on Instagram based on the uses and gratification theory. An online survey was conducted 356 respondents those who have used Instagram and have shared photos within the last three months. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural model analysis were conducted using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: first, communication has the greatest effect on photo-sharing behavior; second, entertainment has a positive effect on photo-sharing behavior; third, self-expression has a positive effect on photo-sharing behavior; fourth, service users' trust has a positive effect on photo-sharing behavior. This study adds to the current literature and contributes to understanding consumers' photo-sharing behavior.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between social support and job stress variables affecting the exhaustion of child care teachers. The subjects of this study were 432 child care teachers who were working in child care centers. The collected data were analyzed by setting up a structural equation modeling via SPSS 21. 0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs. The main results of this study: first, social support directly affects child care teachers' job stress. Second, social support did not directly affect the burnout of child care teachers but indirect effect. Third, child care teachers' the job stress directly affect on child care teachers' burnout. As a result of the above analysis, it is necessary to strengthen the social support of the members and institutional support of the government.

Structural Causal Relationships among Service Image, Service Satisfaction, Emotional Commitment and Customer Loyalty in Hospitals: Moderating Effects of Relationship Proneness (병원의 서비스이미지, 서비스만족, 감정적 몰입 및 고객충성도 간 구조적 인과관계: 관계성향의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural causal relationships between service image, service satisfaction, affective commitment, and customer loyalty to customers who have experienced hospital medical services, and to identifies the mediating effect of relationship proneness in explaining the effects of service image, service satisfaction, and affectivel commitment on customer loyalty. For this study, 250 respondents were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. Statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 were utilized for ensuring the validity and the reliability, whereas the SEM method was used for testing the research hypothesis. The results of study are as follows. Service image had significant influence on service satisfaction and emotional commitment. First, Service satisfaction was significant for emotional commitment and customer loyalty, and emotional commitment had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, the path relations between variables were all statistically significant. Second, there was differences the moderating effect of the relationship proneness in the effects of service satisfaction, service image and affective commitment on customer loyalty. In other words, the moderating effect of the relationship tendency was consistent with the research hypothesis and the adjustment effect was significant in the relationship between service satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, there was no control effect in relation to service image and customer loyalty and affective commitment and customer loyalty. Therefore, In order to secure long-term and stable profits by establishing a relationship with their customers, the medical service marketing strategies of hospitals should be promoted to enhance customer loyalty by raising the level of service satisfaction to high relationship proneness group and by raising the the level of affective commitment to low relationship proneness group.

An Analysis of Structural Relationship among Academic Self-directed Learning, Leaning Flow, and Self-efficacy of Golf Department Students in Colleges (골프학과 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입 및 자기주도학습의 관계 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning through learning flow of golf department students. This study consisted of 257 students who participated in golf classes and the data of 270 students were analyzed. The structure equation model was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 or AMOS 22.0. The results are as follows. First, the academic self-efficacy of golf department students showed a positive effect on their learning flow. Second, the learning flow of college students in the golf department showed a positive effect on their self-directed learning. Third, the academic self-efficacy of golf department students showed a positive effect on their autonomous learning.

The Relationship among Self-Management, Physical Self-Efficacy and Resilience for Middle Aged Golf Participant (중년 골프 참여자의 자기관리와 신체적 자기 효능감 및 회복탄력성의 관계)

  • This study examined the relationships among self-management, physical self-efficacy, and resilience of middle-aged golf participants in 237 golf range users located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Daegu, Gangwon, and Gwangju. To achieve this goal, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The main findings were as follows. First, self-management had a positive effect on the physical self-efficacy. Second, physical self-efficacy had a positive effect on resilience. Third, self-management had a positive effect on resilience. Fourth, physical self-efficacy mediated the relationship between self-management and resilience. Therefore, various methods for increasing the level of self-management and physical self-efficacy for middle age golf participants should be found in multiple perspectives.
