Objective: The purpose of the current research is to collect basic data to diagnose the current status and to foresee the future research trends of young children's parent education programs published in South Korea from 2001 to 2020. Methods: Data collection was made out of RISS of Korea. Excel 2016 was used to categorize 210 finally filtered and collected data which included academic journal articles, MA/PhD dissertations, and funded research reports according to analysis criteria by publication year/5-year-term, research theme, research method, and researchers' academic area. Results: Annual/5-year-term analysis shows increasing trends of parent education programs for young children. Quantitative research was the most frequently implemented method, followed by literature reviews, qualitative research, and mixed research method in order. In research theme, parent-competency reinforcement program was the most frequently implemented theme followed by parent education, socio-emotional issue, special education for young children with special needs, family support, early childhood sex education, and program analysis in order. Education area showed the most active participation in parent education program for young children in comparing with other academic areas in research field. Conclusion/Implications: Research trends of young children's parent education programs showed steady increase in their amount, frequency, and diversity as well. Minority parents need more attentions for providing the next young generation's educational equality. Parent programs during COVID-19 need to gain more research attentions as well as care-giving grandparents, social workers, and public health care helpers in child caring service areas in order to alleviate low-birth rate.

우리나라에서 연어(Oncorhynchus keta) 에 대한 관심은 1980년대 양양내수면연구소가 설치된 이후에 크게 증가하였다. 그 이후 연어방류사업이 점차 확대되어 최근에는 한반도의 18 개 하천에서 연어가 방류되고 있다. 하지만 아직 연어에 대한 충분한 연구 투자가 선행되지 않아, 연어에 대한 생태학적 이해는 부족한 편이다. 특히 지구환경은 지난 수십 년 동안 급격히 바뀌었고, 연어 개체군의 생물학적 특성도 변화하는 환경의 영향을 받아왔다. 연어 분포의 남방한계선에 있는 우리나라의 연어는 기후 및 해양의 변화에 민감하게 반응할 것이므로, 향후의 환경 변화를 주시해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 특별호에서는 북태평양에서 연어가 차지하는 수산생태학적 위치를 개괄하였고, 현재 우리나라에서 수행 중인 연어 연구의 결과를 요약하였다. 본 특별호가 우리나라 연어 연구의 방향을 제시하는 계기가 되기를 바란다.

In order to get the practical suggestions concerning the development of the domestic senior facilities in the rural area, a survey was made in the Philippines and Thailand to grip the policies and programs for senior, by visiting the government institute and senior village facilities. As for the Philippines, Philippine Retirement Authority was attracting investment of foreigners and individuals having Philippine citizenship, by issuing SRRV(the Special Resident Retiree's Visa), and as for Thailand, the Thai Longstay Management Company Limited was providing membership system for the abode of foreigners. In case of the domestic residence for seniors, it is suggested that the development of the senior housing community be designed in accordance with the diversified purposes of residence; that is, the prime concern of the community should be reflected on the characteristics of the retiree group (such as the lifestyle, health situation, etc), and at the same time, special concern also be showed on managing the community club house facilities, and keeping the amicable relations between the retiree residents and the local villagers.

This paper deals with a special class of inverse problems in discrete structural plasticity involving the identification of elastic limits and hardening moduli on the basis of information on displacements. The governing equations lead naturally to a special and challenging optimization problem known as a Mathematical Program with Equilibrium Constraints (MPEC), a key feature of which is the orthogonality of two sign-constrained vectors or so-called "complementarity" condition. We investigate numerically the application of two simple algorithms, both based on the use of the general purpose nonlinear programming code CONOPT accessed via the GAMS modeling language, for solving the suitably reformulated problem. Application is illustrated by means of two numerical examples.

In this paper, the dynamic stability evaluation of special bridge for high speed railway under ground excitation is performed. The mass, damping, stiffness matrices of bridge are derived from the modal frequencies and mode shape vectors which can be obtained by commercial program. And the high speed train is modeled as multi-single d.o.f models for the sake of vehicle-bridge interaction analysis. In the vehicle-bridge interaction analysis, the vertical directional interaction is only considered. As a numerical example, the 3 span Extradosed bridge which is expected to be installed in Ho-Nam high speed railroad is considered. The analysis results show that the example bridge satisfies the criteria of dynamic stability.

This study is intended to analyze residents' dissatisfaction and recogonition to the apartment management fee. The subjects of the study were 244 female residents who live in Seoul and who were surveyed by questionnaire from 15th of Nov. to 20th of Dec., 1997. Satistical method used were: frequency, percentage, mean, Cronbach's α, Factor Analysis, one-way ANOVA, DMR test, t-test Pearson Correlation and Regression by SPSS program. The main results of this study are as follows: 1) The resident didn't mostly know how to account the apartment management fee. 2) The degree of recogonition to distribution of the special maintenance contracts was the lowest level. 3) It was the most dissatisfactory factor not to show items of the special maintenance contracts. 4) The correlation coefficient of residents' dissatisfaction and recognition to the apartment management fee was negative.

This study evaluated trends in research funding and the present status of food science in Korea with a special emphasis on funding by Korea Science and Engineering Foundation (KOSEF). The proportion of research funds allocated to food science has increased every year in agricultural science. The numbers of group-based programs of KOSEF have been increasing since 1980' and the ratio of individual-based programs decreased in . this-field. Researchers in the food science field ranges. from 46 to 50 years of age, with a mean age of 47. Mid- to long-term research master plans will be required to encourage food science research in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate work values of hospital employees. Their work values was compared with that of other corporate's employees or among that of specialties in hospital. It was surveyed to 893 persons; 164 in hospital and 709 in others. The work values of hospital employees are similar to that of other corporate's employees. But they have first priority to working environment, and emphasize monetary incentive much more than hierarchical development. There are some gap in work value between age groups in hospital, different from other corporate. That means hospital manager need to development the more developed work value in hospital. The work values are different in monetary incentive, hierarchical development, safety, working environment, creativity among specialties in hospital. The more special employees emphasize much more to monetary incentive, hierarchical development, working environment and the less special employees have priority to safety work value. Specially, because the hospital managers want to have safety than creativity, it must to make some changing program of work value for advance of future hospital.

The CWR, when installed on the bridge, may introduce extra responses in displacement, stress etc. due to the expansion of bridge girders. To release these responses, a special concern must be put on the CWR on bridges, especially for the long span bridges. Since the risk of derailment of vehicle due to buckling or breakout of the rails on bridges is of importance, the establishment of appropriate guidelines to check the performance of CWR on bridges is crucial for safe operation of train. In this study, using the program CWRAP, specialized for response of rails on bridges, several schemes for constructing CWR on bridges are suggested. In audition, a special concern is given to the bridge with sharp curve which is vulnerable to buckling due to temperature loads.

In order to promote a foodservice professionally, the operator must carefully plan of enterprise goals and how to meet them. This is especially truth of foodservices in which both production and service aspects take place under one roof. In such a case, the foodservice operator sells products and services not just one. It is up to the foodservice operator to package the products and services in a manner that is most pleasing customers. The first stop here is to determine who the customers are and what hey want. The process of answering these questions and developing a program to meet the needs identified is called marketing. This study deals primarily with internal promotional concepts, in this study it is important to cover a few of the basic concepts of marketing as well. Thus this study is try to present the merchandising food. In this study, the merchandising food is based on training employees, planning special promotions, featuring special menu items, creating atmosphere, developing good public relations using promotional materials.
