문제음주가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 가족갈등과 우울의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The effects of problem drinking on life satisfaction focusing on mediating effects of family conflict and depression)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of problem drinking on life satisfaction and to analyze the mediating effect of family conflict and depression between two variables. Methods: The data of this study were selected in the 9th Korea Welfare Panel Survey(KYPS, 2014). The SPSS Ver. 18.0 statistical package was used for descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The major findings were as follows; First, problem drinking was found to have a negative impact on family conflict, depression, and life satisfaction. Second, family conflict and depression were identified to cause decreasing life satisfaction. Third, family conflict and depression was found to have a mediating effect between problem drinking and life satisfaction. Conclusions: In order to enhance life satisfaction through overcoming problem drinking, drinking prevention programs and recreational programs based on economic and social context are required.

중국 조선족 유수아동의 내재화 문제행동에 관한 구조모형 (A Structural Equation Modeling of Internalizing Problem Behaviors of Korean Chinese'left-behind'Children in China)

  • 본 연구는 부모들이 외지에 있는 중국 조선족 유수아동들의 문제행동 예방을 위한 지원체계 방안을 제시하고자 중국 조선족 유수아동의 문제행동 실태와 원인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국 조선족 집거지인 연변 3개 지역 학교에서 유수아동과 비유수아동 399명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 응답자의 일반적 특성, 내재화문제행동, 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성으로 구성하였다. 분석방법은 첫째, 문제행동 실태를 살펴보기 위해 유수아동집단과 비유수아동 집단의 주요변수에 대한 차이검증을 실시하였고, 둘째, 유수아동의 문제행동 원인을 살펴보기 위해 문제행동, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 사회적지지 간 구조적 인과관계와 직간접효과를 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유수아동 집단은 비유수아동 집단과 비교하여 내재화 문제행동의 사회적 위축과 우울에서 그리고 외현화 문제행동의 비행에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였는데, 양부모 부재 유수아동 집단 > 한부모 부재 유수아동 집단 > 비유수아동 집단 순으로 문제행동의 평균값이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유수아동 집단은 비유수아동 집단과 비교하여 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 자아존중감에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 자아존중감의 긍정적 요인에서 비유수아동 집단 = 한부모 부재 유수아동 집단 > 양부모 부재 유수아동 집단 순으로 높은 점수를 보였고, 부정적 요인에서는 양부모 부재 유수아동 집단 > 한부모 부재 유수아동 집단 > 비유수아동 집단 순으로 높은 점수를 보였다. 셋째, 유수아동 집단에 대한 사회적 지지는 내재화 문제행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 직접적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 동시에 자아탄력성을 통해 내재화 문제행동에 간접적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유수아동의 문제행동 완화 및 예방을 위한 사회적지지 체계 확립의 필요성과 자아탄력성을 높일 수 있는 방안 마련의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 유수아동의 문제행동을 완화시키기 위한 중국의 사회적지지체계 방안 등을 논의하였다.

학령전 아동의 식습관과 사회적 행동과의 관계 (Eating Habits and Social Behavior in Korean Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the eating habits and social behavior of preschool children. Six hundred twenty seven children ranging in age from 4 to 7 and their mothers were asked to complete a questionnaire assessing the children's eating habits and kindergarten teachers were asked to rate the social behavior of their preschool children. The eating habits of children positively correlated to those of their mothers, primarily in meal regularity, breakfast frequency, unbalanced meals, overeating, eating delivery food and food preferences. The results showed that 33% of preschool children always had unbalanced meals and 50% sometimes had them. Children who had ice cream, cake, carbonated drinks or cookies as snacks more often, tend to have meals irregularly because they favored sweets and were possibly induced to have unbalanced meals. Sixty five percent of the children were graded as good in terms of having healthy eating habits and had good social behavior. The results indicate that the eating habits of children are related to problem behavior, especially social withdrawal and anxiety. That is, children who have undesirable eating habits are likely to be anxious or socially withdrawn.

재가노인복지서비스의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on Improvement Plan and problem of Home - based services)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the direction of the policy forwelfare of the home - based service by identifying the problem and improvement of the home - based service. In the fast growing society like korea social welfare policy for the home - based service. The core hypotheses, of this research that home - based services canexpand social support network and improve life satisfaction were aceptedor rejected, In other words, while the home - based services expanded the lold people social support network through the activities of social workers and volunteers, these services considering the findings of the this study, we can conclude that the current home - based services provided by social welfare have an effect upon increasing old peoples social support. But these services have no effect upon improving life satisfaction index.

자살예방을 위한 통합적 접근의 필요성 (The Need of Integrated Approach for Suicide Prevention)

  • Suicide is a major problem in Korean health care and a serious social problem. In Korea, 12,463 people (24.3 per 100,000) lost their lives due to suicide in 2017. Although the government has established three National Comprehensive Plan of Suicide Prevention (2004, 2009, 2016), and National Action Plan of Suicide Prevention (2018), the suicide rate is still high. The suicide rate of the elderly is especially high. This is due to the economic vulnerability of the elderly in Korea. Therefore, in order to prevent suicide in Korea, mental health care approach and social welfare approach should be integrated. The intervention of preventing suicide of suicide attempters should include social welfare services as well as mental health program and should be based on community. There are many health problems, including prevention of suicide, which can not be solved only by the efforts of health care. Many health problems are social problems and the integrated approach is needed to solve them. In order to solve many health care problems and improve health, integrated approach of health, social science, and humanities is needed.

역기능적 신념과 정서조절 양식이 간호사의 문제해결 능력에 미치는 영향 (Influencing Factors for Nurses' Problem Solving Ability Related to Dysfunctional Beliefs and Emotion Regulation Strategy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore influencing factors of dysfunctional beliefs and emotion regulation strategy for nurses' problem solving ability. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional design with a sample of 745 nurses from 1 university hospital located in Gyeonggido. The scales were Dysfunctional Beliefs Test (70 items), Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire (25 items) and Social Problem Solving Inventory (52 items). The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 employing ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for problem solving ability was 11.26 points. Influencing factors for nurses' problem solving ability were identified as 'active regulation style' in emotion regulation strategy and 'negative concept of social self' in dysfunctional beliefs. Conclusion: It is plausible to assume that dysfunctional beliefs which are vulnerability factors in cognitive variables and emotion regulation strategy affect nurses' problem solving ability.

사별 남성 노인의 문제성 음주 경감 프로그램 효과성에 관한 파일럿 연구 (Effects of a problem drinking monitoring program for bereaved older men: A pilot study)

  • 본 논문은 사별 후 알콜 관련 문제를 겪고 있는 남성 노인을 대상으로 하는 단기프로그램의 알콜 문제와 심리적 문제 경감의 효과성을 검증한 파일럿 연구이다. 연구 참가자는 최근에 배우자를 사별한 남성 노인이고 이들에 대해서는 연구에 관한 정보를 전하고 동의를 구하였다. 총 참가자는 26명으로 무작위로 두 그룹으로 나누었다. 13명은 알콜문제모니터링 프로그램에 나머지 13명은 비교 그룹에 속하였다. 프로그램 집단에 속한 연구 참가자들은 알콜 관련 문제와 복잡성비애를 포함한 심리문제가 비교 집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준으로 경감되는 결과를 보였다.

중장년층의 경제적 노후불안이 문제음주에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Anxiety about Economic Well-Being in Old Age on Problem Drinking among Middle-aged Adults: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 중장년층의 경제적 노후불안이 문제음주에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 중장년층의 경제적 노후불안, 사회적 지지, 문제음주 간의 관계를 이론적 내용에 근거하여 설명하고 있다. 그리고 2015년 한국사회의 사회·심리적 불안 실태조사 자료를 토대로 주요 변수 간의 관계를 검증하고자 평균중심화한 상호작용항을 투입하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 중장년층의 경제적 노후불안이 높을수록 문제음주 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났고 경제적 노후불안과 문제음주 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 파악하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 문제음주를 낮출 수 있도록 지원하는 중장년층을 위한 예방적 방안을 강조하였다. 중장년층의 경제적 노후준비에 도움이 되는 교육 확대 및 사업의 방향을 제시하였고 그들의 사회적 지지를 위한 상담 및 커뮤니티 프로그램의 중요성을 언급하였다. 끝으로 중장년층의 생애설계를 논하면서 본 연구의 한계점 및 후속연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.

Effect of Stress, Impulsivity, Peer Attachment and Social Interest on Gambling Behavior

  • This study identified the severity of youth gambling behavior and analyzed the impact of stress, impulsivity, peer attachment and social interest on youth gambling behavior. Based on the results of the study, the government sought to help understand teenagers who are addicted to gambling and to help them maintain psychological and social stability and healthy living. A total of 237 high school students were surveyed. According to the analysis, the prevalence rate was found to be 3.4 percent of the problem gambling group and 9.3 percent of the medium-risk gambling group, and a total of 12.7 percent was addiction. Low-risk gambling groups accounted for 16.9 percent and non-problem gambling groups accounted for 70.5 percent. By gender, male students have more serious gambling problems than female students. As a result of dividing the group that experienced gambling more than once and the group that did not experience gambling into gambling group and non-gambling group, the two groups showed significant differences in impulsiveness, avoidant attachment, and interest in others. Furthermore, a correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between these factors and the level of gambling behavior, showing that only impulsivity was significant.

문제중심학습 화상토론에서 사회적 실재감과 학습만족도의 연관성 (The Relationship Between Social Presence and Learning Satisfaction in Videoconferencing Problem-Based Learning)

  • Despite current regulations requiring social distancing due to coronavirus disease 2019, problem-based learning (PBL) requires student interaction to achieve common goals and enhance critical thinking and deep learning abilities. Social presence in the online education environment reduces both perceptions of physical distance and psychological distance in interactions. This study aimed to compare PBL activities between in-person and videoconferencing classes, and to investigate social presence and learning satisfaction in a videoconferencing PBL environment. The PBL consisted of six modules for both the first and second years of Chonnam National University Medical School. As social distancing was strengthened, the second class of the fifth module in both years was converted to an online format and the fifth module was excluded. The first four PBL modules were conducted as in-person classes, but the last PBL module was administered via videoconferencing. After the final PBL module, 100 (81.3%) first-year medical students and 90 (79.6%) second-year students were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire on social presence and learning satisfaction. There were no significant differences in the small group activities of tutorial sessions between in-person and videoconferencing classes. In the online videoconferencing class, students who had favorable attitudes toward the tutors' social role and interactions with peers showed high satisfaction with their learning. In conclusion, online videoconferencing allows students to simultaneously perceive their interactions with others and social presence, even at a distance. Tutors can enhance a sense of online community and collaborative learning as facilitators of online PBL.
