전문대학생의 아르바이트 경험과 사회적 지지, 자아탄력성이 진로스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Part-time job experience, Social Support, and Ego-Resilience on Career Stress in College students)

  • 전문대학생들의 진로스트레스는 최근 취업의 어려움과 더불어 더욱 심각하게 나타나는 문제로 다양한 관리가 필요하다. 이러한 진로스트레스 관리 방안을 고려해보고자 본 연구에서는 전문대학생들의 아르바이트 경험 유무, 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지가 진로스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문대학생 457명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 아르바이트 경험 유무에 따른 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 진로스트레스에 차이는 없었다. 다만 진로스트레스의 하위영역 중 고용압력은 아르바이트 경험이 있는 대학생들이 아르바이트 경험이 없는 대학생에 비해 높았다. 둘째, 아르바이트 경험 유무는 진로스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 아르바이트 경험이 없는 대학생이 아르바이트 경험이 있는 대학생에 비해 진로스트레스가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 사회적 지지가 진로스트레스에 미치는 효과는 아르바이트 경험이 있는 대학생에 비해 아르바이트 경험이 없는 대학생에게 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째 자아탄력성은 진로스트레스에 미치는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 아르바이트 경험 유무와 성별 간에는 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초하여 진로스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 아르바이트 경험이 없는 대학생에게는 사회적 지지를 통한 상담관리방안과 여학생에게는 자아탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 제안한다.

간호학 교수들의 간호전문직에 대한 태도 조사연구 (Attitudes of Nursing Educators Toward Percussional Nursing)

  • This study of nurse educator's attitudes which found aspects of professional nursing was carried out from September 10 to 30, 1977. Subjects were 205 respondents from a total population of 314 nurse educators from the level of instructors to professors in all the diploma (post high school 3 year), professional junior college (3 year level) and university (4 year) nursing schools in Korea. Specific objectives were to determine their attitudes about the 1. social position of nursing as a profession, 2. nurses attitudes towards their word, 3. factors influencing the development of nursing, 4. the future of nursing, 5. nursing educational problems, 6. their own educational position's intrinsic job satisfaction and 7. their salary and benefits. The instrument used was a questionnaire developed from consultations with nursing educators and sociologists, and based on earlier. worts by Burke (1976), Mason (1974) and Hong 1969. Data were analysis by computer using one-way analysis. Statistically significant findings included the following; 1. Responses were positive toward all seven aspects of professional nursing. 2. Compared to diploma nursing school staff whose responses were positive, professional and university school faculty response toward the social position of nursing were neutral. 3. Faculty with clinical experience of 10 to 19 years were most positive in their responses about nurses' attitudes towards their work. In all three types of schools, in comparison to professors, associate professors' responses were more positive about nurses' attitudes toward their work. Faculty with longer clinical experience expressed high agreement with statements about factors which influence the development of nursing. Without any differences between school, all faculty had positive attitudes towards the future of nursing, the younger the staff member, the more positive were the responses. 4. faculty in diploma schools and those with 10 to 19 years clinical experience expressed high agreement with statement about nursing educational problems, 6. their own educational position's intrinsic job satisfaction and 7. their salary and benefits. 사용자 리뷰를 통한 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓의 이용경험 비교분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Social Commerce and Open Market Using User Reviews in Korean Mobile Commerce)

  • 국내 모바일 커머스 시장은 현재 소셜커머스가 이용자 수 측면에서 오픈마켓을 압도하고 있는 상황이다. 산업계에서는 모바일 시장에서 소셜커머스의 성장에 대해 빠른 모바일 시장진입, 큐레이션 모델 등을 주요 성공요인으로 제시하고 있지만, 이에 대한 학계의 실증적인 연구 및 분석은 아직 미미한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 리뷰를 바탕으로 모바일 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓의 사용자 이용경험을 비교 분석하는 탐험적인 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 본 연구는 구글 플레이에 등록된 국내 소셜커머스 주요 3개 업체와 오픈마켓 주요 3개 업체의 모바일 앱 리뷰를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 LDA 토픽모델링을 통해 1만여건에 달하는 모바일 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓 사용자 리뷰를 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편리성 토픽으로 분류한 뒤 감정분석과 동시출현단어분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 국내 모바일 커머스 상에서 오픈마켓 이용자들에 비해 소셜커머스 이용자들이 서비스와 이용편리성 측면에서 더 긍정적인 경험을 하고 있음을 증명하였다. 소셜커머스는 '배송', '쿠폰', '할인'을 중심으로 서비스 측면에서 이용자들에게 긍정적인 이용경험을 이끌어내고 있는 반면, 오픈마켓의 경우 '로그인 안됨', '상세보기 불편', '멈춤'과 같은 기술적 문제 및 불편으로 인한 이용자 불만이 높았다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 사용자 리뷰를 통해 서비스 이용경험을 효과적으로 비교 분석할 수 있는 탐험적인 실증연구법을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 LDA 토픽모델링과 기술수용모형을 통해 사용자 리뷰를 서비스와 기술 토픽으로 분류하여 효과적으로 분석할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 소셜커머스와 오픈마켓의 경쟁 및 벤치마킹 전략에 중요하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

창의적 체험활동과 연계한 초등학교 지속가능발전교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용 (The Development and Application of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Program related to Creative-Experience Activity for Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the ESD program related to creative-experience activity, and to examine the effect of its application. The program was composed of 13 sessions for fifth-grade class in elementary school, including all of the environmental, economic, and social aspects of ESD. This program was connected to the domains of creative hands-on activities, that is, career activities, club activities, self-regulated activities and voluntary service activities. The results was as follows. First, the experimental group to undergo the ESD program related to creative-experience activity did not show significant differences in environmental literacy compared to the control group, but it is proven that this program contributed to the improvement of learners' environmental emotion, skill, and participation. Second, the experimental group did not show significant differences in scientific attitude compared to the control group, but it was considered to affect the elementary students' criticism, self-esteem, and patience in positive and effective manner. In conclusion, more ESD program that cultivate elementary school students' environmental literacy need to be developed continuously, and more intensive research should be conducted to earn better understanding of ESD.

사회복지사 근로실태 경험과 인식 비교 분석 : 세대간 차이점을 중심으로 (Comparative Analysis of Experiences and Perceptions of Work Status of Social Workers : Focusing on the generational differences)

  • 본 연구는 코로나 발생 이후 사회복지실천현장의 변화 중 '세대 간 차이'를 중심으로 분석을 실시하고 이들의 차이점을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 경험과 인식, 사회복지사의 요구사항 등 2개의 영역에서 다양한 의견들이 제시되었다. 세대별로 20대는 현재의 근무환경, 서울시 및 서울시사회복지사협회에 대한 요구와 관련된 진술이 많았고, 40~50대는 근무환경에 대한 언급은 많았지만 서울시와 서울시사회복지사협회에 대한 요구는 적게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 실천적·정책적 개선방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 낮은 보수수준과 근무여건 및 환경개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 사회복지사에게 안전한 업무환경이 필요하다. 셋째, 변화된 사회복지사의 인식에 대해 관심을 갖고 여기에 맞추는 노력이 필요하다.

Determining Unemployment Factors Among Job Seeking Youth in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia

  • This study examines factors of unemployment and career path challenges commonly faced by youth in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The study employed a quantitative approach which involved a total of 1,083 youths in Kelantan, Pahang and Terengganu selected at random. Descriptive and multiple regression analysis (OLS) methods were used to analyze demographic distribution of youth in determining factors influencing unemployment among them. The results reveal that the majority of youth respondents in the East Coast states of Malaysia are still unemployed and actively seeking employment. Demographic profiles are based on the survey results, youths seeking employment with 36 per cent distribution in Kelantan, 34 per cent in Pahang, and 30 per cent in Terengganu. Majority of the respondents were youths aged 20 to 24 years with a 40.9 percent percentage. The findings show that there are differences in factors affecting youth unemployment in the three states of East Coast, Malaysia. For Kelantan (age, experience, work mobility, marital status), Pahang (experience, marital status) and Terengganu (experience, gender, marital status, training). This study suggests that youths should be wise in preparing for their career by choosing the right career as well as doing side jobs to gain experience before they pursue for a real job.

청소년의 미래기대에 대한 연구: 자아존중감과 사회적 지지를 중심으로 (A Study on Adolescents' Expectation of Future: Focused on Self-Esteem and Social Support)

  • This study aims to investigate how adolescents' expectation of their future according to their self-esteem and perceived social support from parents, teachers, and peers. The study surveyed 611 adolescents, who live in Jeju. The data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and step-wise Regression analysis. The main results of the study were as follows. First, the adolescents generally had a positive perception of their future. Second, there were significant differences in their perceptions of expectancy for the future according to school grade, leadership experience in school, experience with voluntary activities, educational background of the father, educational background of the mother, level of living, self-esteem, parent support, teacher support, and peer support. The parents with a higher educational background tended to have a professional career, have high expectation for their children, serve as role models for their children, and have a high level of positive perceptions of the future. Finally, the variables which affect the adolescents' expectancy for future were examined hierarchically by a step-wise regression analysis. As a result, in general, level of living, self-esteem, and social support were the most important variables, and self-esteem and parent support have the greatest impact on their perceptions of expectancy for the future.

입원한 노인환자의 낙상위험도, 낙상두려움 및 사회적 지지가 낙상예방행위에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Fall Risk, Fear of Falling, and Social Support on Fall Prevention Behaviors among Older Inpatients)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of fall risk, fear of falling, and social support on older inpatients' fall prevention behaviors. Methods: The participants were 105 older inpatients. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. Results: The mean fall risk, fear of falling, social support, and all prevention behaviors were 58.05±28.27, 2.47±0.67, 3.58±0.63, and 2.93±0.48, respectively. There were significant differences in fall prevention behaviors by sex, and fall related to education experience. Fall prevention behaviors were associated with fall risk, and fear of falling. The factors influencing the fall prevention behaviors of the older inpatients were sex, fall related to educational experience, fall risk, and fear of falling. It was found that 21% could explain fall prevention behaviors. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to develop a fall prevention education program, including intervention, to reduce the fear of falling among older inpatients.

조기영어학습 경험의 유형에 따른 만 5세 유아의 실행기능의 차이 (The Differences of Executive Function according to Type of Early English Learning Experience of 5-years old)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 조기영어학습 경험의 유형에 따른 실행기능의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 어학원에서 몰입식 영어교육 경험을 가진 23명의 유아, 어린이집에서 방과후 영어학습 경험을 가진 52명의 유아, 총 75명을 대상으로 삼았다. 연구도구는 주의통제의 경우 스트룹 과제, 인지적 융통성의 경우 카드분류과제와 숫자 따라 외우기 소검사, 정보처리의 경우 도안 유창성, 목표설정의 경우 미로 소검사를 사용하여 측정하였다. 자료분석은 전체지능지수를 공변인으로 한 공분산분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 주의통제와 인지적 융통성은 조기영어학습의 유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 정보처리와 목표설정은 조기영어학습의 유형에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구는 전일제 조기영어학습의 경험이 주의통제와 인지적 융통성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 정보처리와 목표설정에는 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않음을 시사한다.

간호사이미지 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A study on the Image of Nurses and Determinants the Image)

  • For continuous development of professional nursing to the powerful professional organization, it is essential that the public understand and help nursing. This research was done to identify the image of nurses and factors that determine that image. The study subjects were 97 admitted patients 95 family members of patients who were admitted to a university hospital and a general hospital in Seoul and 164 parents of stutents in elemantary, middle, high schools in Seoul. The total numbers of subjects was 356. The researcher collected the data from April 13.1998 to April 20.1998. The Research tool was developed by the researcher following a literature review. Cronbach ${\alpha}$ for the tool of the image of nurses was 0.9397 and Cronbach a for the tool for determinants of the image was 0.8764. The obtained data were processed by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) and the results are as follows : 1. The mean score for the image of nurses was 90.40${\pm}$15.15(range 47${\sim}$138) indicating a positive response. 2. Analysis of the image of nurses : Four factors were identified traditional. social. professional and personal image. The mean score for traditional image was 3.27. the second highest score. and for social image. 2.95. the lowest score. The mean score for professional image score was 3.48. the highest score. and for personal image, 3.20. a lower score. 3. The image of nurses according to respondents There were significant differences for traditional. social, professional. personal factors between subject groups. A more positive responses was found in the patients and patient' families as a compared to the students' parents. 4. Image of nurses related general characteristics : There was a significant difference for age and school graduation. More negative responses were found in the 31${\sim}$40 years old age group and in the higher educated group. 5. Image of nurses related to experience of nurses The respondents showed a more negative image when their experience related to nurses through the mass media, as a compared to the experiences of having talked with patient who had been admitted to hospital. For the social image factor. a more negative attitude was revealed for those who had the experience of patient who had been admitted to hospital as compared to other factors. 6. Determinants of image of nurses : There were three factors that were named subjective. administrative and media . The mean for the subjective factor score was 3.85. the highest score of the three factors. The mean for the administrative factor score was 3.53. And the mean for the media factor score was 3.27. 7. Determinants of image of nurses according to respondents group : There were no significant differences(F= 1.95, P= .14) Consequently the result showed a low social image of nurses. So. nurses must work to improve the social image of nurses through scientific approaches and by monitoring the mass media for correct descriptions of nurses. Also. it is necessary that excellent education for service and politeness be continually provided in order to positively effect the personal image field. It is also importent to raise the expectations of the recipients of nursing care by having a strategy for the determinants of the image of nurses that allows nurses to personnally develop professionally.
