Recently, research on social entrepreneurship, which simultaneously pursues social value creation and economic sustainability has increased rapidly. Researchers conducted several empirical studies, noting that social entrepreneurship is a major factor in improving the performance of social enterprises. However, most previous studies usually have limitations in measuring the performance of social enterprises based on the subjective perception of entrepreneurs, which implies the limitations of the common method bias. In addition, there is a lack of empirical evidence that can explain the specific process in which the personal characteristic of an entrepreneur, social entrepreneurship, affects the achievement of dual goals. Therefore, this study empirically investigates the effect of social entrepreneurship on performance increasing the objectivity of performance measurement and including blended value orientation(BVO), a characteristic of viewing social and economic performance as a single thing. The purpose of the study is to verify the effect of social entrepreneurship and BVO on the social and economic performance of social enterprises. We conducted regression analysis using the results of the perception survey of social enterprises in South Korea and objective performance data. As a result, risk-taking, a sub-factor of social entrepreneurship, had a positive effect on economic and social performance at a significant level. In addition, it was confirmed that social entrepreneurship improves BVO, and it affects social performance. Therefore, this study found that social entrepreneurship and BVO have a discriminatory effect on economic and social performance, respectively. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to overcome the common method bias as measuring subjectivity performance.

There is a growing interest on entrepreneurship for undergraduate students to enhance their employment ratio because they have big difficulty in getting a job in Korea as well as Vietnam. Currently, on-line business is booming because customers feel convenience in approaching on-line store. Therefore, this study has explored identifying the factors to affect entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader for the undergraduates in Korean universities as well as Vietnam universities. In addition to this, the study has also investigated the difference of the results between Korea and Vietnam. The results of the study are as follows ; First, entrepreneurial knowledge affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Second, employment barrier also affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Third, social perception on entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between employment barrier and entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Lastly, the level of entrepreneurial intention for vietnam undergraduate students shows higher than that of Korean undergraduate students. Since there was lack of recognition as to the importance for entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader in Korea, Korean government can refer to the results of this survey and implement the related policies to enhance related entrepreneurial intention. This indicates that when it comes to the establishment of new ventures in Korea, entrepreneurial education has been the focus of interest such as making business plan, setting up strategy, marketing the products etc. In this regard, this research is expected to be used for the development for the future policies to boost youth entrepreneurship in Korea.

Finally ITPC, CC, MPC affected entrepreneurial intention by mediating self-efficacy. As a result, It is important not to have IT Development Competencies but to hold IT Planning Competencies for the establishment of entrepreneurial intentions. IT Planning Competencies (ITPC) influence entrepreneurial attitude and intention. but IT Development Competencies (ITDC) do not influence directly on entrepreneurial intention. Nevertheless, the Global Entrepreneurship Development Institute (GEDI) gave a very low assessment of the social and cultural support areas of Korea's start-up ecosystem in the 2018 Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI), indicating that unlike the government's interest, our perception of start-ups has not been positive. This study surveyed 300 prospective entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. In addition, this study empirically analyzes how social support of those around them is related to their entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors. As a result, it was not possible to confirm whether social support affects entrepreneurial intentions, but social support had positive influences on entrepreneurial behaviors. In addition, social support was found to have positive influences on entrepreneurial behaviors with dual mediation of entrepreneurial self-dfficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, it was confirmed that social support is a factor that influences entrepreneurial behaviors and that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has important parametric effects. The findings of this study suggest that the government and entrepreneurship support agencies need to reflect programs in start-up support poject to promote social support for start-ups and to enhance entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
