조리 전공 대학생의 생활습관과 자신의 건강상태 인식이 체지방률에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Life Style and Self-Recognition of Health Conditions on the of Body Fat % in Hotel Culinary College Students)

  • This study was to investigate the effects of the body fat $\%$ on life styles and self-recognition of health conditions in hotel culinary college students. This survey was conducted using the questionnaires for 144 students (110 males, 34 female) in Hongseung-located college. More exercise time and less frequency of alcoholic beverage they intake, lowered their body fat $\%$. Males did stronger exercise and had lower body fat $\%$ than females. The stronger exercise they did, the lower body fat $\%$ they had, and were more satisfied with their present weight. Since they had more alcoholic beverage, they smoked more. Less smoking, more abdominal obesity they were. The less satisfaction with their body weights, the higher body fat $\%$ they had. The obese less were content with their weights. More recognition of obese shape, higher body fat $\%$ they had and abdominal obesity they were. Female had higher body fat $\%$ and were more abdominal obesity, did weak action, less smoke and weak exercise than male. Higher body fat $\%$ they had, more abdominal obesity they were. The more part time jobs they had, they did not smoke or were not satisfied with their body weights. Female students in culinary arts division had higher body fat $\%$ and were dissatisfied with their body weights and did less exercise or subnormal exercises. 디지털 방식 무선 화재알림설비의 신호 패턴 인식기법 적용 (Application of Signal Pattern Recognition Technique of Digital Wireless Fire Alarm System)

  • The purpose of this study was to apply the signal pattern recognition technique to the digital wireless fire-alarm system and to reduce unwanted fire alarms. In this study, the fire alarms of the K Institute, which operates the largest digital wireless fire-alarm system in Korea, were classified into normal operations and unwanted fire alarms, and these were analyzed and compared with actual fire signals. In addition, by designing a non-fire signal filter and applying it to the K Institute, we confirmed that the monthly unwanted fire alarm rate of all 5,713 detectors decreased sharply. In particular, the unwanted fire alarm rate for flame decreased from 1.09% to 0.11% and the unwanted fire alarm rate for smoke decreased from 0.65% to 0.035%.

대학생의 흡연행위 유형에 대한 연구 (A Study into Pattern of Smoking Behavior of University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the subjective opinions related to of smoking behavior of university students with a history of smoking. The research period was from Feb, 1. 1996 to Sep. 10. 1997. The research method used was Q-methodology. The process of the research was as follows : 1. Collection of concourse : The statement of self-reference was derived from face to face interviews with 50 university students. Statement were categorized by researcher according to semantics. 2. Extraction of Q-sample : 38 of the self-reference statements from the 32 categories of the Q-population were selected. 3. Selection of P-sample : 30 of university students were selected by consideration of diversity in sociodemographic background. 4. Based on a 1 to 9 point scale, the selected university students were made to participate in Q-sorting. 5. Analysis of Q-type was obtained by use of the QUANAL program. The results of this study revealed as follows : There are three types of smoking behavior of Korean university students. 1. The first type focused on the right of the individual to smoke and the lack of recognition of smoking behavior as a health hazard. 2. The second type cared about smoking behavior as a hazard to health. 3. The third type was habitual smoker. They are bored and smoke habitually. It is suggested that the results of this study may contribute to the development of strategies for the purpose of decreasing the incidence of smoking of university students.

컨볼루션 신경망을 이용한 지능형 화재 학습 및 탐지 시스템 (An Intelligent Fire Learning and Detection System Using Convolutional Neural Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 컨볼루션 신경망 모델을 이용한 지능형 화재 학습 및 탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템에서 사용된 신경망의 컨볼루션 층을 통해 불꽃 이미지와 연기 이미지에 대한 특징맵을 생성하고, 생성된 특징맵에 대하여 불꽃과 연기를 분류하는 학습을 진행한다. 이렇게 학습된 신경망에 움직임 특징 및 색상 특징만을 이용한 간단한 처리를 통해 검출된 화재 후보 영역 이미지를 입력시키면 입력된 영역에 화재가 발생했는지의 여부를 알 수 있다. 다양한 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과 학습된 신경망은 화재 후보 영역에서 불꽃과 연기를 분류하는데 뛰어난 효과를 보여줌을 확인하였다.

흡연자 검출을 위한 새로운 방법 (New Scheme for Smoker Detection)

  • 본 논문은 흡연으로 인한 화재사고 방지를 위해, 비디오 영상에서 흡연자를 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 흡연자의 행동을 인식하기 위해 행동 인식 기법의 계층적 방법 중 서술 기반 접근 방법을 기반으로 제안하는 알고리즘은 배경 영역 분리, 객체 검출, 이벤트 탐지, 이벤트 판단 과정으로 구성된다. 배경 영역 분리 과정으로 학습률이 다른 두 개의 가우시안 혼합 모델을 이용하여 입력 영상으로부터 고속 움직임 전경, 저속 움직임 전경 영상을 생성하고, 저속움직임 전경 영상을 chain-rule 기반 외곽선 검출 알고리즘을 통하여 객체의 위치를 추출해낸다. 위치 정보를 기반으로 흡연자의 세 가지 특징인 얼굴, 연기, 손의 움직임을 이벤트 탐지 과정에서 검출한다. Haar-like feature를 이용하여 얼굴을 검출하며, 고속 움직임 전경에서 연기의 발생 빈도수와 방향성을 반영하여 연기를 검출한다. 움직임 추정을 통해 반복적인 손의 움직임을 검출한다. 일정 구간의 비디오 시퀀스 내 객체들에 대하여, 검출된 특징들의 서술적 관계를 반영하여 각각의 객체가 흡연자인지 판단한다. 제안하는 방법은 실시간으로 여러 다른 객체들 사이에서 강인하게 흡연자를 검출한다.

남성 근로자의 재흡연에 관련된 요인 (Factors Affecting Re-smoking in Male Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to examine the factors affecting re-smoking in male workers. Methods: A self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted during April 2003 to examine the smoking state of 1,154 employees of a company that launched a smoking cessation campaign in1998. Five hundred and eighty seven persons, who had stopped smoking for at least one week, were selected as the final study subjects. This study collected data on smoking cessation success or failure for 6 months, and looked at the factors having an effect on re-smoking within this period. This study employed the Health Belief Model as its theoretical basis. Results: The re-smoking rate of the 587 study subjects who had stopped smoking for at least one week was 44.8% within the 6 month period. In a simple analysis, the re-smoking rates were higher in workers with a low age, on day and night shifts, blue collar, of a low rank, where this was their second attempt at smoking cessation and for those with a shorter job duration (p<0.05). Of the cues to action variables in the Heath Belief Model, re-smoking was significantly related with the perceived susceptibility factor, economic advantages of smoking cessation among the perceived benefits factor, the degree of cessation trial's barrier of the perceived barriers factor, smoking symptom experience, recognition of the degree of harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke and the existence of chronic disease due to smoking (p<0.05). In the multiple logistic regression analysis for re-smoking, the significant variables were age, perceived susceptibility for disease, economic advantages due to smoking cessation, the perceived barrier for smoking cessation, recognition on the degree of harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke, the existence of chronic disease due to smoking and the number of attempts at smoking cessation (p<0.05). Conclusion: From the result of this study, for an effective smoking ban policy within the work place, health education that improves the knowledge of the adverse health effects of smoking and the harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke will be required, as well as counter plans to reduce the barriers for smoking cessation.

로보트 아크용접에서 시각인식장치를 이용한 용접선의 추적

  • The aim of this paper is to present the development of visual seam tracking system equipped with visual range finder. The visual range finder, which consists of a CCD camera and a diode laser system with line generating optics, developed to recognize the types of weld joints and detect the location of weld joints. In practical applications, however, images of the weld joints are often degraded due to spatters, are flares, surface specularity, and welding smoke. To overcome the problem, this paper proposes a syntactic approach which is a class of artificial intelligence techniques. In the approach, the type of weld joint is inferred based upon the production rules which are linguiques grammars consisting of a set of line and junction primitives of laser strip image projected on weld joint. The production rules eliminate several noisy primitives to create new primitives through the merging process of primitives. After the recognition of weld joint, arc welding is started and the location of weld joints is repeatedly detected using a spring model-based template matching in which the template model is a by-product of the recognition process of weld joint. To show the effectiveness of the proposed approach a series of experiments-identification and robotic tracking-are conducted for four different types of weld joints.

흡연 대학생의 전자담배에 대한 인식과 전자담배 사용 영향 요인 (Electronic cigarettes recognition and influence factors of electronic cigarettes of among smoking university)

  • Objectives: This study is purpose to recognition the of smoking behavior and the electronic cigarette of university students have a current smoking. Methods: The subjects were university living in Busan, the survey was conducted from March 23 to April 12, 2015, 314 except for 24 copies of non-response and error response among a total of 340 questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analysis methods used in this study are $x^2$-test, Linear Regression Analysis and other basic statistics such frequency, percentage using SPSS version 22.0. Results: Electronic cigarette has been analyzed to be recognized non smoking, smoking reduces, good health than conventional cigarettes, convenient to use, there is no smell, can smoke in any place and as safe. Gender, grade, non smoking experience, non smoking and accept factors were analyzed to influence the use of electronic cigarettes. Conclusions: We suggest an established institutional arrangements and regulations, take advantage of various health programs development, and ongoing health education.

초등학생 학부모의 자녀 흡연에 대한 인식 (Parental Awareness of Elementary School Student Smoking)

  • Purpose: This study examined the awareness and attitudes of parents of 5th and 6th graders toward own children smoking. Method: The participants were 766 parents of 5th and 6th graders in 11 elementary schools located in J city. Data were collected through questionnaires, which were constructed to include parents' recognition of harms to their own children cause by smoking, factors which influence their children to smoke, and parental supportive strategies to prevent smoking. Result: The percentage of parents who answered that they did not know if their children were smoking was 94.8%, while the percentage of parents who answered that they knew that their children were smoking was 3.5%. Only 30% of parents had actually spoken with their children about the dangers of smoking. The mean parental recognition of the dangers of smoking was 3.16 points. Parental strategy for preventing and prohibiting smoking with the higher mean scores included forbidding children from entering bars and nightclubs which had the highest scores at 3.55 points; forbidding the sale of cigarettes to children was next at 3.54 points. Conclusion: To prevent children from smoking, the role and attitude of parents is crucial. But the study results show that the role of parental guidance in preventing underage smoking was insufficient and under appreciated. Therefore, more systematic educational programs on preventing underage smoking are essential for parents.

CEN/TS 45545 출범에 따른 철도차량 화재안전 기술 동향에 대한 연구 (A Study on Technical Trend of Fire Safety on Railway Vehicles for Launch CEN/TS 45545)

  • CEN/TS 45545 is Europe consolidation standard for fire safety on railway behicles. This is based on the International Union of Railways(UIC) and different European countries. It is intended to protect passengers and staff in railway in the event of a fire on board. It will be prepared in 2012. Based on this consolidate standard, they are going to make single market, for raising technical competitiveness, technical innovation and globalization of that standard. For this reason, European academies, manufacturers, and sub-manufacturers confer and stady animated about CEN/TS 45545. In Korea, get out the safety assessment for ues incombustible interior material, the needs of quantitative analysis on fire protection, demand on recognition of fire protection scenario, and define about fire load analysis are becomin more and more important. Therefore, this paper will estimate and compare Flammability, Smoke Density, Toxicity Index( this is the key point for appraised fire safety performance of material) between CEN/TS45545 and fire standards on railway vehicle. Then suggest criteria for fire safety on railway vehicles.
