지식경영전략은 코드화(Codification) 전략과 대인화(Personalization) 전략으로 대별할 수 있으며(Hansen et al., 1999), 성공적인 지식경영의 도입과 활용을 위한 두 전략의 운영 방안에 대한 연구가 계속되어 왔다. 그리고 지식경영 시스템에 대한 기존 연구는 주로 대기업의 일부 조직에서 활용한 사례를 대상으로 하고 있어, 중소 규모의 기업 전체를 대상으로 하는 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문은 중소 규모의 기업에 적합한 지식경영 시스템으로 기업용 마이크로블로그를 특정하고, 기업용 마이크로블로그를 활용한 중소기업의 지식경영전략을 코드화 전략과 대인화 전략의 관점에서 검토한다. 지식경영전략과 기업용 마이크로블로그에 대한 선행연구를 통하여 "기업의 성장에 따라 기업용 마이크로블로그의 활용은 코드화 전략에서 대인화 전략 중심으로 변화한다"는 가설을 설정하였다. 이 가설을 확인하기 위하여 창업 초기부터 현재까지 '야머'(Yammer)라는 기업용 마이크로블로그를 사용하고 있는 소규모 기업을 대상으로 사례연구를 진행하였다. 사례연구는 기업용 마이크로블로그의 사용 기간을 창업 '초기', 현재의 조직 형태를 갖추게 된 '중기', 그리고 연구가 진행된 '현재' 등 세 시점으로 나누고 콘텐츠를 분석하는 종단 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 각 시점별 야머에 등록된 콘텐츠의 커뮤니케이션 유형을 분석하여 사례기업의 기업용 마이크로블로그 사용행태를 분석하고, 지식경영전략의 변화를 확인하는 방법을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과로 소규모 기업에서 지식경영전략의 운영과 그에 적합한 지식경영 시스템의 활용에 대한 실질적인 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

청소년 창업교육(BizCool)은 전문계 고교생들에게 창업교육을 통해 청소년들의 기업가적 자질과 역량을 고취시키고 미래 경제역군으로 양성하여 중소기업의 인력난 해소 및 창업의 활성화 도모를 목적으로 실시한 초급과정의 비즈니스 교육 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 고교 청소년 창업교육 효과분석을 통해 창업활성화 방안 제언을 목표로 요인을 도출하고 경로분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 창업교육은 창업지식과 창업인식에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었으며, 창업지식도 창업인식에 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 창업지식과 창업에 대한 인식은 창업을 하고자 하는 의도에 영향을 미치고 있어 창업교육성과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조절변수 효과분석의 경우, 개인의 심리적 특성에 따라 창업인식이 창업의도에 양(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 검증 결과, 위험감수성향과 모호함에 대한 인내력은 영향을 주지만 성취 욕구는 조절변수 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 경로분석을 통해 창업교육은 창업인식을 통해 창업교육성과에 영향을 미친다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 덧붙여, 전문계 고등학교의 창업교육에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 국가는 일자리 창출에 제도권 속에서 체계적인 창업교육을 주도적으로 이끌어야 할 것이며, 전문계 고교에 대한 사회적 인식의 전환, 창업교육 전문기관의 설립 및 창업교육 전문가의 양성, 다양한 교재개발과 비즈쿨 프로그램의 확대, 현장 중심적 수업과 창업동아리 활성화, 산업체의 인적 물적 지원 등 5가지의 창업교육 활성화 방안을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 기업사례 연구에서 유의하게 영향 미쳤던 일터학습을 배경으로 연구 진행하게 되었다. 진위에 따라 소상공인의 일터학습 참여기회가 왜? 필요한지 밝히려 했으며, 내용을 기반으로 소상공인들의 성장과 발전 가능성을 높이려 했다. 또한 이러한 일련의 과정을 통해 경영성과에 영향 미침을 확인하려 했다. 따라서 소상공인의 일터학습이 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하려 했으며, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구가설을 설정했고, 실증분석을 실행했다. 203부의 설문을 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램으로 실증분석을 실시했다. 결과 첫 번째, 일터학습이 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 부분적으로 미쳤다. 두 번째, 일터학습이 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 세 번째, 직무만족이 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 네 번째, 일터학습, 경영성과 간의 관계에서 직무만족이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 분석결과 일터학습의 하위요인 형식학습만 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 못했으며, 형식학습과 경영성과 간의 직무만족은 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이유: 열약한 소상공인의 환경에서는 외부 또는 자체교육 등 형식학습의 참여기회를 간직하지 못했던 것이 원인으로 분석되었다. 즉, 경영학적, 경제학적, 사회학적 시각에 따른 열약한 소상공인의 환경을 그대로 드러내고 있었던 것이다. 따라서 소상공인도 일터학습에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 함으로써 자력에 따른 문제해결과 상생발전 능력을 키울 성장기틀을 마련하기 위함이며, 정책과 교육, 경영에도 이바지할 수 있는 제도장치 제안을 위함이다. 이와 같이 유의한 내용의 연구결과임에도 불고하고 한계점이 있을 수 있다. 향후 진행연구는 다양한 변수의 관계를 설명할 수 있는 표본을 중심으로 여러 분야에서 연구되어야 할 것이다. 또한 경영성과를 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 학문과 연결된 실무차원의 관계연구도 진행되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 중소기업 종사자를 중심으로 양면적혁신활동을 매개변수로 하여 기업의 동적역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 동적역량의 하위변수를 기회탐색역량, 자원획득역량 및 자원재구성역량으로 구분하였다. 수도권에 거주하는 중소기업 종사자들로부터 수집한 설문지 282부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용하여 병렬다중매개모형을 기반으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 양면적혁신활동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량이 양면적혁신활동에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양면적혁신활동이 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간의 인과관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양면적혁신활동은 기회탐색역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원획득역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 본 연구에서 사용된 매개변수 외에 제 3의 매개변수 발굴과 이를 통한 직렬매개모형 분석과 조절변수가 동시에 포함된 조건부과정 모형을 도입하여 조절된 매개분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest policy directions for small retail markets in Korea by statistical analysis, which would help small retailers who are facing various difficulties. Research design, data, methodology - This study diagnoses the problems faced by small retail industries in Korea based on government statistics. In addition, this study identifies three areas for successful collaboration between the SSMs and traditional markets-information distribution, products, and fair trade. Results - This study makes three recommendations-information distribution, products, and fair trade. This includes activation of the existing mutual collaboration efforts, channels, CSR report writing and publicity, ethical management cooperation seminars, contract systems of no return, establishment of staff outsourcing standards, and support for suppliers' organizations. Conclusions - Our suggestions for a collaborative system (based on the three suggestions) show that collaboration rather than confrontation between large and small markets can lead to a sales increase of 2,258.2 billion Won, which is equivalent to the sales loss in 11 traditional markets in one year in Busan.

In this Paper, We analyzed influence Factor to TPM Performance in medium and small enterprises by empirically. By Literature survey, We hypothesize education training and 5S influence to individual improvement, independence maintenance, planning and foresight, which also influence to flexibility, total equipment performance, quality, which finally influence to lower cost, delivery date. To analyze empirically, we survey questionnaire in medium and small enterprises being below 300 people. From statistical analysis, 7 hypotheses are rejected, which is different existing research. This is analyzed that reflect actuality that medium and small enterprises is different from large enterprises. We expect that result of this treatise does concentration effort in important factor to get TPM performance in medium and small enterprises.

Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

The safety management of the small sized enterprise is very important to decrease industrial disaster in the area of industry. On this research, to give the effective measures to decrease industrial disaster, we administered the workplaces in Kyunggi area to search actual condition of industrial disaster and to disclose a link between industrial and industrial safety management. The results show industrial accident characteristics of small sized enterprises in Kyunggi area. So it is shows that we need to put in effective safety political measures to small sized enterprises.

To promote the efficiency of production process of small and medium sized company, government conducts production information business that collects and analyzes information of production field automatically and helps process' controlling and supervising by supporting costs of purchase, installment, etc. of hard-software and network related to middle and small sized company intending e-Manufacturing of production field with computer and information & communication network. As a result, the number of middle and small sized companies that introduce and manage production information system is increased. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to arrange contents of production information system introduced to solve current problems of middle and small sized companies and analyze effects of small and middle sized companies' introduction through example companies.
