Images of TV that crossed the reality & the virtual reality have been discussed for a long time, Then, With what feature can TV make messages of the reality & the virtual reality maintain to achieve such a target, and in which situation will the feature be exposed? One who answered first about these questions is a German critic, G$\ddot{u}$nter Anders. Anders called the reality confused with the reality and the confused world of the virtual reality Phantom, and thought human beings would live in the reproduced world created by media machine in the long run as a world that the Phantom created would be gloomy and confusing. The media, themselves, become images, and an image creates another image. Through this process, human beings became unaware of which image the reality was indeed. As TV often created these situations, we have been already seduced into the deep Phantom world before discussing right or wrong of the situation. Of course, the media reality & the reality can't be strictly distinguished. Because the means that help to form judgement of viewers is the media. The subject of practical judgement is the media reality not human beings.

The purpose of this study is -under the post-modem situation- to emphasize the role of women which has various several logic on feminism, to look forward to division of men's consciousness of women, and to reflect a trend to accept the role of sex which is occurring in the system of sex, that is, 'The Third Gender and Homosexuality'. The category of biological and sociocultural on feminism discussed, meantime expressed the sexual logic under post-modern situation, and probed the sexual logic on feminism which was expressed in modem dress and its ornaments by redefining some characters as follows; Imitation-it was to attain masculinity by imitating the body of the opposite sex. Interaction such situations like...... masculinity in women, feminity in men was demonstrated as transvestism of cross-dressing and the symbolic meaning of homosexuality was demonstrated in the shoes of sociocultural on Feminism. Dispersion appeared as a moderation charm and a resistance against the men-ruling culture. Destruction-expressed the fetishism of punk of porny image and maternal affectional image of biological trend as playful satire. Therefore, It is conceived that Feminism would be created true human-phase come true in the men's world as long as the realization of women themselves make the phase of women higher; and further not only propose new image of women but the system of gender.

Stress at work has become a serious problem affecting many people of different professions, life situations, and age groups. Stress management should start far before the stress start causing illnesses. In this study, studies were conducted to evaluate stress by measuring the Galvanic skin Response(GRS), Electrocardiograph(ECG), and Electroencephalogram(EEG) generated during images and noise stimuli. The GRS amplitude showed that the stress situation was 27.9 % higher than the baseline. And after the stimulus period, the response time of baseline was longer than 71.6 % than the stress situation. The stress response characteristics of the HRV showed that the rate of change in RMSSD was 16.4 %, and the rate of change of the HF Power was 29.7 %. EEG showed that the frequency band was gradually changed to the ${\theta}$ wave band during stress stimulation. We will be able to utilize image stimuli and noise stimuli as an objective indicator of stress and correlation.

This paper suggests the background image and the algorism of detecting an accident at crossroads by using the sequence of traffic light at crossroads, which is installed within the crossroads, in order to detect an accident within crossroads. A method of using the existing image contains a problem that the accident-detection ratio gets lower in a situation that noise occurs loudly given using new accident model, the confused situation, or sound source. This study used the accident detection by developing a filter of using the property of histogram in the sequence of traffic light at crossroads and the background image, in order to reduce misjudgment of an accident caused by external shadow, vehicle stoppage, vehicle headlight, and externally environmental influence. As a result of experimenting by acquiring 15 actual accident images in order to examine the performance of the suggested algorism, the accident was detected in all the 15 videos. Even as for a new accident model, the accident within crossroads could be detected.

For modern man and woman, footwear is considered a fashion for expressing oneself, and not merely a protective tool for the feet. The purpose of this research is to increase the effect of sales promotional activities by emphasizing product image and by enhancing sales environment. Towards this end, this research focuses on the study of environment at footwear stores that meet the challenges incurred by the changing lifestyles of consumers and the ensuing dynamics of the society in general. Research is based on an in-depth, thorough study of the previous research works and entails examining theoretical background and the concept of Visual Merchandising Display (VMD). Research will focus on the analysis of current situation at footwear stores located in department store based on material research on footwear stores and theoretical examination. Research on the current situation of footwear stores at department store will be conducted from the VMD perspective. In the end, this research paper will make suggestions on the VMD measures for footwear stores with the aim of increasing sales by satisfying consumers' sensibility and purchasing desire. Suggestions will be made based on the results of the research. -Study of current VMD status per fixture centered on 18 brands at department store -Suggestions for VMD at footwear stores based on the survey results of customer purchasing behavior This research intends to develop structured VMD methodology for footwear stores based on the research centered on VMD research of footwear stores at department store. Significance of this research lies in its aim to contribute to the sales increase, no matter how trivial it might be. Going a step further, this research work could be considered one of the foundations for defining the role of VMD methodology at footwear stores. Suggested results are as follows. (1) Need to cast away from simple, one-dimensional type of display method at footwear stores and transform into product image oriented VMD (2) Need to highlight product image by fully leveraging props and by developing footwear display methods that are suitable for different types of fixtures (3) Need to stabilize VMD by developing footwear manual that enables efficient management by store operator.

The purpose of this research is to grasp the purpose of patent applications by companies. Based on this, we grasped the purpose of the patent application through consideration of previous research, selected 10 factors through expert Delphi, and conducted a questionnaire survey on these factors among practitioners in charge of patents in Chinese companies. Analysis results, Improve the technological image of your company, For use in negotiation: cross licensing, joint venture, Improve the situation in R&D cooperations, Enhance Reputation, Measure performance, Aacquire venture capital, Prevent patent infringement suits, Licensing Revenue, competitors' patenting and application activities, prevent copying or protect own technology from imitation. We hope that the results of this research will be useful as practical guidelines for understanding and applying factors that companies should prioritize when filing patent applications.

Recently, many researches are being carried out on monitoring animal behaviour and interactions with the environment using sensor networks and for tracing animal chain management and identifying animals using RFID techniques. And we are studying about the management and burglarproof of a pet using GPS technique. But there is a lack of study for providing users intelligence services in zoo using GPS, RFID, and sensor networks. Accordingly, in this paper, we propose a intelligence tracking service of animal situation based on GPS, RFID, and sensor in zoo. Firstly, we present a tracking service scenario of animal situation and system configuration according to this scenario. The proposed service provides users realtime animal situation information of animal like the present location, temperature, image, etc. In addition, we can chase the animals to know a location and situation of animal when the animals escapes from their cages. Next, we implement and test prototype operations of animal tracking system based on this scenario to verify the proposed service.

Recently, the high performance of tactical situation display console and tactical data links are used to integrate the operational situations in accordance with information age and NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The tendency to maximize the efficiency of task execution has been developed by sharing information and the state of the battle quickly through complex and diverse information exchange. Tactical data link is a communication system that shares the platform with core components of weapons systems and battlefield situation between the command and control systems to perform a Network Centric Warfare and provides a wide range of tactical data required for decision-making and implementation.It provides the tactical information such as tactical information such as operational information, the identification of the peer, and the target location in real time or near real time in the battlefield situation, and it is operated for the exchange of mass tactical information between the intellectuals by providing common situation recognition and cooperation with joint operations. In this study, still image management, audio file management, tactical screen recording and playback using the storage and playback, NITF (National Imagery Transmission Format) message received from the displayer integrates the tactical situation in three dimensions according to multiple data link operation to suggest ways to ensure data integrity between the data link processor during the entire operation time.

This study aimed to verify the results of emotional analysis with respect to canine behavior as reported in the existing animal behavior field based on the dog vestibular emotional reflex (VER) principle, and to evaluate humans and animals based on empathy gained through true communication rather than human-centered interpretation. A total of 200 canines were divided into non-daily and daily situation groups (n=100 each). To assess the psychological and emotional state of each group, these changes were applied to the principle of VER, and six measurement values were selected: positive emotion (balance and energy), negative emotion (tension/anxiety and stress), and body condition (inhibition and neuroticism). The results showed a statistically significant difference (p<0.05) in positive emotions, negative emotions, and body conditions between the two groups. In addition, balance, energy, tension/anxiety, inhibition, and neuroticism were higher in the non-daily situation group than in the daily situation group, with an exception for stress. Compared with the canine daily situation groups, canine in the non-daily situation groups instinctively observed their surroundings to cope with possible threats, had decreased concentration, and elevated vitals due to high-intensity anxiety. This can be perceived as a state of immediate reaction to possible situations/threats. In conclusion, it was confirmed through Vibra Image technology that canine instability mainly affects three factors: positive emotion, negative emotion, and physical condition.

When we think about visual art, we can't pass over the matter of images and spaces. An image is fixed in a painting space. If the image were posited in the river of time, it would be changed as time flowed on. Its image might be created, rigged, transfigured or it might vanish or remain as traces. The image is changed through the process of expressing them on the painting surfaces. In paintings the changing of the image is caused not only by working processes but also recognizing the objects. In modernist painting, the idea of space was important, but in postmodernist view, the idea of time becomes essential. In this thesis I will focus on the matter of time and image of painting in the late 20th century. Studying the relationship of image and time is not familiar because we had considered the space as being more related to painting distinction than time. Presently, the concept of space can't be divided from that of time. In Physics, they recently called it as a united concept- time-space. Painting space also becomes one asking and recieve the concept of time actively. Now in painting, time is no more a supporting matter but becomes a major matter. In the late 20th century, we can find many trials to catch the change of images as time flowes on and express them as a trace through using verioty media. One of the way to drawing the change of images as time passes could be seen through various joint images in one painting space and another in the traces of one image. The other could be done by using new media such as computer in the example of fractal art. It shows the images chainging of practically as time changes. New understanding about time of this era has to be affirmatively accepted because it reflects the contemporary cultural situation and in art, the concern about the possiblity of it and finding new medias which has to go on.
