기준 모델을 이용한 디지털 최소-시간 제어기 및 디지털 적응 제어기의 설계 (The Designs of the Digital Minimum-Time Controller and the Digital Adaptive Controller Using Refererce Model)

  • This paper presents novel designs of a digital minimum-time controller and a digital adaptive controller using reference no del for single input-single out put linear time-invariant plants with known parameters. The proposed digital minimum-time controller which has a deadbeat response is designed to make the transfer function of this controller equal to that of reference model, and the proposed digital adaptive controller is designed by applying the adaptation method to the proposed digital minimum-time controller. The designs of these two controllers are very simple and easy, and all types of input signal with any reference models are controllable. These dffectivenesses have been demon-strated by computer simulations carried out for a third-order plant.

인공위성용 총방전 시스템의 해석 (Analysis of the battery charging and discharging system for spacecrafts)

  • A spacecraft power system can be divided into two types : DET system(Direct Energy Transfer system) and PPT system(Peak Power Tracking system). In a DET system employing the regulated bus voltage control method, the battery charger and discharger are widely used for the bus voltage regulation. The battery charger has two different modes of operation. One is the bus voltage regulation mode and the other is the charge current regulation mode. The battery discharger is employed to provide the power when the spacecraft is in the earth's shadow or the sun is eclipsed. The operating mode, charging or discharging, is selected by a power control circuit. In this paper, small-signal dynamic characteristics of battery charging and discharging system are analyzed to facilitate design of control loop for optimum performance. Control loop designs in various operating modes are discussed. Anaylses are verified through experiments.

  • The use of orthogonal functions with the aim of adapting the system and signal representation to the specific properties of the systems and signals has a long history. A least-squares identification method is studied that estimates a finite number of expansion coefficients in the series expansion of a transfer function, where the expansion is in terms of recently introduced generalized orthogonal functions. It is shown that there exist orthogonal functions that are generated by stable linear dynamical systems.

  • The ECG-NIBP patient monitor consist of Noninvasive Blood Pressure(NIBP) module that have micro controller inside. This module transfer data by serial communication to the main processor. This system apply the fuzzy inflating method to reduce the blood pressure measuring time, and moving artifact removing algorithm, several parameters used or more accurate measurement. The ECG monitor use the Digital Signal Processor(DSP) or digital filtering, peak detection, heart rate calculation. This system also offer convenient user interface by rotary key, menu bar. With 7" CRT display, auxiliary TFT LCD display adapted to display information on wide screen.

  • A new multi-beam optical system is presented on the grounds of tri-positioning systems in this paper. The system has been developed to improve the data transfer rate for the optical disk system. The actuating system is composed of a tracking and focusing actuating system basically and a newly developed beam rotating actuator. The beam rotating actuator is employed in a multi-beam optical system to trace more than one track simultaneously. The multi-beam optics is established through the optical simulation and several experimental trials. The differential phase tracking method is used in the tracking error signal detection based on the only one beam spot. We also analyze the characteristics of multi-beam optical system. The experimental result shows that the multi-beam positioning system has performance adequate to the multi-beam optical disk system.

충격가진에 의한 진동판의 방사음에 대한 동특성 (Dynamic characteristics of Sound Radiated from a Vibrating Plate by Impact Force)

  • The transient sound radiation from the impact between a steel ball and a thick plate is analyzed theoretically and compared with experiment results. The derivation process itself is difficult to analyze sound radiation characteristics theoretically for a thick plate with some resonances but may be investigated from measured data. During mechanical impacts, arbitrary driving point importance for an elastic system enables to predict by using mechanical importance method. In order to obtain approximate solution for an impact model testing, the surface Helmholtz integral formulation based on the integral expression for pressure in the field in terms of surface pressure and normal velocity is used as a basis. A simple expression is developed for an impulsive response function, which is time dependent velocity potential and pressure for an impact may then be computed by a convolution of exciting force. In estimating of elastic-acoustical correlation problems, mechanical inertance, overall transfer function and radiation resistance obtained by signal processing techniques are used. The usefulness is confirmed by applying these methods prediction of arbitray driving pint inertance, radiated sound pressure and exciting force.

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간 입출력 신호를 이용한 전력증폭기의 복소 전달특성 추정법을 제안하였고, 이를 이용한 디지털 사전왜곡기를 설계 제작하였다. 제안된 방법은 입력 신호의 제한이 없어 변조 방식에 무관하게 적용이 가능하며, 임의의 실시간 입력 신호를 이용하므로 전력증폭기를 전달함수를 추정하기 위한 특정 신호(예를 들어, 이중톤 신호 등)의 입력이 불필요하다. 실험결과로 실시간 입출력을 이용한 전달함수와 측정 결과를 비교 제시하였고, 이를 적응 사전왜곡기에 적용한 경우 약 8.4 dB의 인접채널전력비 개선효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Satellite communication in the 21 century's high tech information world is developing rapidly, marked by high levels of applications and functions. For example, satellite communication can process and switch the speed of the service provided by a broad and vast digital multimedia system such as a long-distance all between nations or broadcasting transfer service, which is supplied by a contemporary satellite system. So, it bring about problems which lack of satellite orbit and gibes out frequency resource by increment of satellite universally. To support this, an OBP satellite system is need, which includes an on-board IF/RF switch, baseband signal processing, multi-beam antenna technology, as well as a simple transponder system. In this paper, we have outlined the next generation of satellite communication; satellite OBP transport network architecture, which offers multimedia service and applied frequency reuse method for multi-spot beam. The satellite B-ISDN transport network architecture is also analyzed.

  • 실내환경에서는 GPS 신호를 사용할 수 없으므로 드론의 고도 측정에 주로 대기압 센서가 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 대기압 센서 측정값의 고주파 오차를 줄이기 위해 Chebyshev 필터를 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. 드론 제어기의 성능을 고려하여 필터의 차수는 3차로 제한하며 Chebyshev 필터의 전달함수를 구한다.

  • The PD in GIS leads to a charge transfer and a voltage drop across the discharge area. They cannot be measure directly but we can measure electromagnetic wave made by PD. In generally, compared with VHF band, electromagnetic waves of UHF band have a low noise therefore, we can detect the real defect with several pC in GIS using UHF method. In this paper, the U-slot microstrip patch antenna for measuring PD signal in GIS is presented. the proposed UHF sensor are designed to have large band characteristics and unaffected structure for GIS operation.
