  • In this paper, we consider Choquet integrals of interval number-valued functions(simply, interval number-valued Choquet integrals). Then, we prove a convergence theorem for interval number-valued Choquet integrals with respect to an autocontinuous fuzzy measure.

  • In this note the notion of interval-valued fuzzy BG-algebras (briefly, i-v fuzzy BG-algebras), the level and strong level BG-subalgebra is introduced. Then we state and prove some theorems which determine the relationship between these notions and BG-subalgebras. The images and inverse images of i-v fuzzy BG-subalgebras are defined, and how the homomorphic images and inverse images of i-v fuzzy BG-subalgebra becomes i-v fuzzy BG-algebras are studied.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel threshold selection method based on statistical information on gray-levels of given images and interval-valued fuzzy sets. In the proposed threshold selection method, the interval-valued fuzzy set is used to represent more definitely the relationship between a pixel and its belonging region, that is, the object and the background. Also the statistical information on gray-level is used to determine the rules and partitions of interval-valued fuzzy sets. To show the validity of the proposed method, we compared the performance of the proposed with those of conventional methods such as Otsu's method, Huang and Wang's method applied to 5 test images with various types of histograms.

  • An image of a set that produces a multiset from an ordinary set and its extension to fuzzy multisets is considered. For each input element, its image is added to the output regardless whether or not there already exists the same image in the output. theoretical properties such as commutativity of the image with $\alpha$-cut or multiset addition are proved. Generalization to the image by multivariable functions is moreover defined.

  • Recently, Zhang et al.(Fuzzy Sets and Systems 147(2004) 475-485) proved Fatou's lemma and Lebesgue dominated convergence theorem under some conditions of fuzzy measure. In this note, we show that these conditions of fuzzy measure is essential to prove Fatou's lemma and Lebesgue dominated convergence theorem by examples

  • In this paper, we introduce a relaxed hybrid-type$\eta$-f-${\alpha}$-pseudomo-notonicity. By using the KKM-technique, we establish some existence results for set-valued variational-like inequalities with $\eta-f-\alpha$-pseudomonotone, relaxed $\eta-f-\alpha$-pseudomonotone, Fan-KKM Theorem.

  • In this paper, we introduce the Pettis integral of fuzzy mappings in Banach spaces using the Pettis integral of closed set-valued mappings. We investigate the relations between the Pettis integral, weak integral and integral of fuzzy mappings in Banach spaces and obtain some properties of the Pettis integral of fuzzy mappings in Banach spaces.
