4차 산업혁명시대 대비한 진로진학상담교사 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도 (Job Implementation of In-service Training on Career Education & Guidance Teacher's Career Education Training for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era)

  • 이 연구는 중앙교육연수원에서 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 하는 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 3개월 후 시점에서 이수자의 현업적용도 사전-사후 설문조사, 성공사례기법(SCM), 기대회수효과(ROE)를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2018년 7월 중앙교육연수원의 직무연수를 이수한 진로진학상담교사 136명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 136명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 75명, 성공사례기법에 참여한 인원은 4명이다. 중앙교육연수원에서 2018년에 추진한 진로진학상담교사 대상의 직무연수 현업적용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.17점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 성공사례기법은 성공 사례자와 실패 사례자를 인터뷰하여 분석하였다. 직무 적용에 따른 행동 변화는 기획자 역할이 가장 컸고 교수자 역할, 진로교육자 역할, 학습자 역할 순이었다. 또한, 사례 분석은 면담자들이 현업적용에 대한 동기, 역량, 환경적 측면에서 의견을 제시하였다. 그리고 기대회수효과 측면에서 긍정적 평가가 85.3%로 매우 높았고, 순 추천 고객지수가 .85로서 참가자들은 다시 연수 참여 의지를 보일 정도로 만족도가 높았다. 이 연구 결과를 기초하여 추후 연구를 제언하면, 새로운 연수 방법과 추가적인 요인분석에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

보건교사의 현직교육 요구 분석 (A study on the recognition and needs of the in-service education of school nurse)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the recognition and the needs and problems of in-service education for school nurse, and to suggest the desirable guidelines, for supples the basic data of in-service education for school nurse to upgraded the quality as school nurse's professional specialist. The subjects of this study were 376 school nurses who were working in Jollanamdo. The research instruments used in this study was 'Needs of In-service Education questionnaire'. 305 collected Data were analyzed with the frequency analysis, $x^2$-test. The conclusions were as follows; First of all, the most important motives for the school nurses to participate in-service education are the enhancement of their specialties on teaching profession, self-realizations as educators, and improvement of health teaching skill. However, the motives to obtain the skill for school management or to obtain a high rank qualification and promotion are quite low. School nurses are generally satisfied with duration, time, place of in-service education, But they are not satisfied with contents of in-service education, professional specialist and understanding of real educational situation of the instructors. On the urgent problem of school nurses, promotion of health teaching skill was highest in the rank, and establishment of firm educational philosophy and a sense of teaching profession, proceed to university and graduate school ranked next, respectively. Second, the need of a school nurses on in-service education direction ranked the application of teachers' character and need, practicable and concrete educational programs, planning of school health development, reinforcement of health education, expansion of practical knowledge and on reflection thought, respectively. The need of a school nurses on in-service education contents(major part) ranked health education, health promoting program of student, knowledge and practice of practical medicine and oriental medicine, consultation process, health education of advanced country, respectively. The need of in-service education supervisory organization, the need for a cities provinces educational office was highest in the rank. The need of in-service education type, duty training ranked high, and abroad training, qualification training, general training ranked next. the need for specialist for lecturer of in-serve education ranked among the highest, along with school nurses and university professor. The need of school nurses on education method(duplication answer), need for conference and discussion teaching was highest in the rank. The need on evaluation method, evaluation through a examination ranked the highest. On the needs of in-service education times, need for vacation during the winter and summer was the highest. As for the duration, 31 to 60 hours in duration of in-service education was need most, and most school nurses need cities and provinces in-service training institute as the location of in-service education. On the organization size, need for 21 to 30 people was the highest, where as need for 41 people was relatively low. Lastly, on the problem of in-service education for school nurses, lack of opportunity of in-service education for school nurses was highest in the rank, and improperness of in-service education contents and method, lack of incentive ranked next, respectively.

외식업체 종사원의 서비스 지향성 요인에 관한 차이 분석 (An Analysis of the Differences in Foodservice Industry Employees Service Orientation Factor)

  • A review of literature relating to the research topic and a survey method have been implemented in order to analyze effects of service orientation. For data analysis, a reliability analysis was performed to test the reliability of the construct and a series of an exploratory factor analysis was used for the validity test. The findings of the study were as follows: Classified into sex, service leadership factor and service skill factor showed meaningful difference between groups. Classified with age, service training factor, service leadership factor, service standardization factor, service technology factor, and service compensation factor showed meaningful difference between groups. Classified with scholarship, service compensation factor showed meaningful difference. Classified into working year, employees' discretion factor showed meaningful difference. Classified into work department, service training factor and employees' right factor showed meaningful difference. In addition, classified into monthly average incomes, employees' discretion factor showed meaningful difference.

덴마크 농촌지도사업의 현황과 시사점 (Review of Danish Agricultural Advisory Service and Its Implications)

  • The purpose of this study is to look at the development and status of Danish Agricultural Advisory Service (DAAS) and to find some implications on Korean agricultural and rural extension. Agriculture is main industry contributed to economic growth in Denmark. Main factors of this success would be strong farmers' organizations, commercial co-operatives, farmers' active participation in training and education, and independent advisory service owned and managed by farmers. DAAS has unique developmental history. First service was started by local farmer's organization in 1871. Farmers themselves wanted to start advisory service in order to improve the quality of butter. National center of DAAS was established in 1971 in order to disseminate knowledge to local centers, to develop new activities and computer programs, and to deliver in-service training of local advisors. In 2010, one national center with 550 employees and 32 local centers with 2,900 employes are serving for 48,000 farms. The service covers almost all farmers' needs such as production, finance, tax, buildings, crops, livestock, organic production, environment, legal matter. DAAS Academy tries to offer relevant, just-in-time training activities in order to develop the competences of advisors effectively.

수산·해운계열 교사를 위한 인적자원개발 방안 모색(I) (A Study on the Improvement of Human Resource Development for Fisheries and Shipping affiliate Teachers(I))

  • The purpose of the study is to improve in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers informative and professional presentation. The sensible solution to this problem is to analyze about the opinion of in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers about Certification Training Program during 10 years. We provide the suggestion about the coming certification training program that satisfy the need of the trainee and that can be effectively applied into practical teaching movement in school. According to these conclusion, it is estimated that in-service fisheries & marine teacher don't have the negative view of certification training program. By the way Combination subject education program was significantly improved by developing the program on the basis of the fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers' opinion.

정보교사의 역량에 기반한 소프트웨어교육 교원 직무 연수과정 분석 (Analysis of Competency-Based In-service Training Programs for Informatics Teachers)

  • 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비한 창의 융합형 인재 양성을 위해 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 소프트웨어(SW) 교육을 강조하고 있다. 이에 따라 급변하는 교육환경에서 정보교사에게 요구되는 역량에 기반한 연수과정 개발이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 소프트웨어교육 담당교원의 직무연수 내용분석을 위한 분석 틀을 선정하고, 현재 소프트웨어교육 담당교원의 역량 강화 연수과정 내용을 중등 정보교사에게 요구되는 역량을 기반으로 분석하여, 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 직무연수 교재 개발에 참여한 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 설문 및 협의를 거쳐 역량에 기반한 연수과정 내용요소와 계층적(AHP) 기법으로 역량요소별 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 일반 및 정보교사에게 요구되는 '국가교육과정의 이해 및 재구성'역량에 해당되는 내용이 전체(15시간) 중 47%(7시간)으로 상대적으로 많이 편중되어 있었으며, 정보교사에게 요구되는 역량요소별 상대적 중요도가 21%로 가장 높게 나타난 '정보 교수학습 전략 수립 및 활용 능력'에 대한 내용구성이 부족하였다. 이러한 결과는 소프트웨어교육 담당교원 연수과정 개발에 있어 부족한 부분에 대해 이해하고, 반영할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 신규간호사 대상 핵심기본간호술기향상 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Improvement Education Program for New Nurses in Comprehensive Nursing Care Ward)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the development and application of the new nurses' core skill program on the clinical skill, confidence, knowledge and performance of new nurses. Methods: This study was a nonequivalent control group post-test design on 46 new nurses with 3 to 6 months work experience in a general hospital. Data were collected from August 2015 to August 2016. A training program of core fundamental nursing skills was applied on 23 new nurses from 2016 in the experiment group, and an existing training method was applied on 23 new nurses from 2015 in the comparison group. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: The experimental group ($89{\pm}4.29$) showed higher score in practical skill assessment compared to the control group ($85.09{\pm}3.99$) and showed a statistically significant difference (p<001). Conclusion: A training program of core fundamental nursing skills for new nurses proved effective in improving practical skills. Further research on the development of a systemic training program that can improve clinical nursing knowledge and work ability for new nurses according to the extended enforcement of a Nursing Care Integrated Service ward is needed.

  • Quality Management is a recent phenomenon. This is applied to products or services, with an objective to deliver high quality, reliable, worthy, enduring, product or service. The process is considered to have four main components: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Focusing on quality control and quality assurance leads to achieving quality management or ensures that an organization or product is consistent. In this paper, the applicable international standard for learning services and for the organization for education and training (learning service provider) is discussed and also the procedure to implement the management system.

  • 여행업 종업원 교육훈련이 종업원 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 효율적인 교육훈련 개선은 물론 인적자원 관리방안 모색과 교육훈련이 직무에 미치는 영향력을 평가하는데 있다. 또한 종업원 잠재능력의 개발 중요성을 인식함과 동시에 직무만족에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 여행업 종업원 교육훈련에 관한 결과를 보면 여행업 종업원 교육훈련은 교육훈련을 통해 습득되어지는 교육훈련내용과 여행업 종업원들의 교육훈련동기와 성취욕구, 능력이 항상 갖추어지고, 여행업체에서 상사나 동료의 지원 또는 환경 분위기가 조성이 될 때 종업원의 직무만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 여행업 종업원 교육훈련을 위한 다양한 교육훈련프로그램이 개발되어야 하고, 여행업체는 물론 관련 정부기관에서는 종업원 인재양성을 위한 교육훈련에 장기적인 투자와 지원이 필요하다.

청소년수련시설 종사자의 서비스 질 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Service Quality of Worker in the Youth Training Tacility)

  • 본 연구는 청소년수련시설 종사자의 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해서 청소년수련시설 종사자의 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하여 서비스 질 향상을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 자료수집은 부산광역시 소재 청소년수련시설 종사자 110명을 대상으로 하였다. 그 결과 사회적지지와 감정노동, 자기효능감이 서비스 질에 정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 사회적지지를 높이기 위해 다른 기관 종사자와의 정기적인 네트워크 구축과 중간관리자와 면담, 상담을 강화해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 감정노동을 높이기 위해 청소년지도사로서의 사명감 각인이 필요하다. 또한 심리·정서적인 프로그램을 개발하여 시행해야 한다. 셋째, 자기효능감을 높이기 위해 행정적 슈퍼비전 강화와 함께 이미지 메이킹 등 관련 교육 등을 강화해야 한다.
