ERP 시스템의 운영단계의 성공요인에 대한 중요도 분석 (An Analysis of the Importance of the Success Factors in Operation Stage of ERP System)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구에서 제시된 ERP시스템의 운영단계의 성공요인들에 대해서 전문가 그룹의 면담과 의견 수렴과정을 거쳐 중요 핵심 성공요인을 도출하고, 도출된 성공요인들을 계층화 의사결정법(AHP)을 이용하여 각 요인들에 대한 상대적인 중요도를 분석하였다. 1차 계층의 성공 요인들에 대한 중요도 분석에서는 조직/인력 요인의 중요도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 2차 계층의 성공요인을 1차 계층의 중요도를 고려한 가중치 분석에서는 경영진의 지원과 관심이 가장 중요한 요인으로 분석되었고, 그 다음으로 프로세스 최적화, 변화관리, 운영조직의 지원, 프로세스 혁신조직 유지 순으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템의 운영단계에서 ERP 시스템의 도입 성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 경영진의 지속적인 지원과 관심뿐만 아니라 ERP 시스템의 도입으로 인한 내부 환경 변화에 대한 적절한 변화관리가 요구되며, ERP 시스템을 전담하는 운영조직의 지원과 프로세스에 대한 지속적인 혁신을 위한 별도의 조직을 갖추어야 할 것이라는 연구결과를 제시할 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: Of late, the focus of service design is moving toward emphasizing customer satisfaction and taking users' experience more seriously. In addition to the change in perspective in service design, scholars in this area are paying more attention to service design methodology and process, as well as its theory and real-world case studies. In the case of medical space, there have been few studies in attempting to apply service design methods useful for deriving user-focused results. The author of this paper believes, however, case study-oriented approaches are more needed in this area rather than ones focusing on theoretical aspects. The author hopes thereby to expand the horizon to practical application of spatial design beyond service design methodology. Methods: In order to incorporate the strengths of service design methodology that can reflect a variety of user opinions, this study will introduce diverse tools in the framework of double diamond process. In addition, it will present field cases that successfully brought about best results in medical space design. It will end with summarizing the ideal process of medical space design which is reasonable and comprehensive. Results: Medical service encompasses preventive medicine as well as treatment of existing medical conditions. A study in establishing the platform of medical service design consists of a wide range of trend research, followed by the summary of two-matrix design classification based on results of the trend research. The draft of design process is divided into five stages composed of basic tools for establishing spatial flow lines created by matching service design tools with each stage of space design processes. In all this, most important elements to consider are communication and empathy. When service design is actually applied to space design, one can see that output has reflected the users' needs very well. The service design process for user-oriented medical space can thus be established by interactions on the final outcome and feedback on the results. Implications: One can see that the service design with the hospital at its center produces the result that encompasses the user's needs best. If the user-focused service design process for medical space can be extended to other space designs, the author believes that it would enhance the level of satisfaction for users and minimize trials and errors.

리테일 산업에서의 구매단계별 사물인터넷 활용과 가치 창출 (The Internet of Things(IoT) applications and value creation in the retail industry: focusing on consumer decision-making stages)

  • 본 연구는 소비자 관점에서 리테일 분야의 사물인터넷 기반 제품 및 서비스 활용 현황을 파악하고 각각 서비스의 역할과 소비가치에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 의사결정과정을 구매이전, 구매, 구매이후 단계로 나누고 사물인터넷 제품 및 서비스 사례를 단계별로 분류한 후, 각 재품 및 서비스의 특징 및 소비가치를 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 의사결정과정에 이용되는 사물인터넷 제품 및 서비스는 구매 이전 단계에서 정보제공, 대안비교 기능을 수행하며 구매단계에서는 상호작용, 자동결제시스템에 활용되고 있다. 구매 이후 단계에서는 반복 구매를 유도하고 사후서비스를 제공한다. 의사결정 전반에서 스마트 리테일은 인식 가치, 기능적 가치를 제공하고 구매 이전 단계에서는 상황적 가치 및 사회적 가치를, 구매 이후 단계에서는 상황적 가치를 추가적으로 제공한다. 본 연구는 기존의 기술·산업중심으로 이루어졌던 사물인터넷 연구에서 나아가 소비자중심에서 소비가치를 고찰함으로써 소비자의 만족도 향상과 스마트 리테일의 발전을 위한 조언을 제공함에 있다.

예비수학교사의 교수·학습 과정안 재구성을 통한 수업 설계 변화 탐색 (Exploration of Instructional Design Changes of Pre-service Mathematics Teachers by Restructuring the Lesson Plan)

  • 교육 분야의 연구자들은 학교 수업의 질을 결정하는 교사의 수업전문성을 신장시키고자 교사의 수업 설계 능력에 지속적으로 관심을 가지고 이와 관련한 연구들을 다양하게 수행해왔다. 이에 본 연구는 학교현장실습에 참여한 예비수학교사들이 수업을 수행한 후, 계획하였던 교수·학습 과정안을 재구성함으로써 나타난 수업 설계의 변화를 탐색하였다. 그 결과, 예비수학교사들이 작성한 교수·학습 과정안에서 도입단계의 학습동기 유발, 전개단계의 학습내용 제시, 정리단계의 형성평가에 대한 재구성이 가장 높은 비율로 나타났고, 재구성한 내용의 범주는 교과내용과 교수·학습 방법 측면에서 집중적으로 나타났다. 이는 예비수학교사들의 수업 설계 및 수행의 경험 부족을 원인으로 볼 수 있어 예비교사 양성과정에서 교수의 실제적인 측면을 고려한 수업을 설계하고 수행할 기회를 충분히 제공해야 함을 시사한다.

대학조직의 성과관리를 위한 계층분석과정의 적용 (Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to the Performance Management of University Organization)

  • This study is to apply of AHP to the performance management of university organization. Especially, in the present study, the authors modeled performance evaluations for S university administration hierarchically and analyzed the weights of those. The domains of performance evaluations were divided in five domains: strategy, resource management, process, finance management, and customer management, referred to the viewpoints of BSC. The results of analysis revealed that strategy was the most important element of evaluation in the first stage and except for strategy and finance management which consist of the single element of evaluation respectively in the second stage, the efficiency of administration supporting service was the important element of evaluation. The weights of performance evaluations, however, revealed in different as the class of position. Finally this study showed that the weights of performance evaluations computed in the present study can be used as those of evaluation indices for S university administration.

푸드 온라인 플랫폼 비즈니스 프레시코드 사례: 린 스타트업 방식을 중심으로 (A Case Study on Freshcode for the Food Online Platform Business: A Focus on the Lean Start-Up)

  • Food delivery service combined with IT technology and HMR (Home Meal Replacement) are rapidly growing due to the COVID-19. Recently, the demand for salads along with HMR has increased among office workers in their 20s and 30s who are interested in health and beauty. Freshcode is a food startup with 6 years of experience that started selling salad products through O2O service. Freshcode applied for a patent for a service that collects orders from nearby areas and delivers them on the same day to a designated delivery address 'FCOSPOT' to save shipping costs. In March 2021, in recognition of the growth potential of the regular delivery service, Freshcode received an investment of 6 billion won in Series A. This study may have practical implications to early-stage startups and scale-up stage startups through a longitudinal case study on the growth of a single company. As for the research method, the lean startup methodology and lean canvas were used in the early stage of startup. In particular, the process of the build-measure and learn feedback-loop, which is the core of lean startup methodology, was applied to each major decision-making step. In the scale-up stage after 5 years, the business model canvas was used to schematize the growth as a food online O2O platform to verify continuous innovation. This case study has three main findings. First, the idea of 'FCOSPOT' was successfully implemented through the Lean Startup methodology. Second, Freshcode demonstrated the scalability of the differentiated business model of shared base delivery O2O. Third, a key factor of success was the digital integrated communication operation strategy that maximizes the experience for the created customers.

소방공무원 행정종합배상공제 사례 및 문제점 - 구급사례 중심으로 - (Cases and problems of comprehensive administrative compensation deduction for firefighters: focused on emergency medical service case)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the necessity of administrative compensation insurance and claims cases during the emergency medical service process among administrative compensation insurance cases and suggests problems and improvement measures. Methods: We compared the details of administrative compensation insurance claims of 15 cities and provinces, excluding Seoul and Kwangju, from 2017 to 2020 by requesting details disclosure of the comprehensive deduction for administrative compensation in 17 cities and provinces across the country. Results: A total of 69 cases were compensated through the administrative comprehensive compensation deductions. There were 53 cases of damage that occurred at the field stage, 14 cases at the transfer and hospital stage, and two other cases. Conclusion: The 119 paramedics, which are the perpetrators, should be active in field activities and free from the psychological pressure caused by increased workload and litigation. Active compensation administration is required for damage cases occurring in the firefighting activities context.

예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 경험 탐색 (Investigating the pre-service early childhood teachers' experience of making teaching materials)

  • 본 연구는 2016년 1학기 유아교과교재 및 연구법 강의를 듣는 B대학교 유아교육과 학생 30명을 대상으로 예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 경험을 탐색해봄으로써 예비유아교사들의 교재교구 제작 과정에서 나타나는 다양한 경험과 그 과정에서의 어려움을 파악하고 예비유아교사를 위한 교재교구 제작 교육의 효율적인 방향과 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 교재교구 제작과정은 탐색단계, 계획단계, 제작단계로 나누어 이루어졌다. 예비유아교사들은 교재교구 제작 탐색단계에서는 누리과정 교사용 지도서, 전공서적, 인터넷 자료 등 다양한 자료와 유치원 참관 경험을 활용하였으며, 계획단계에서는 유아의 흥미 및 수준을 최우선 고려하고, 충분하게 재료를 탐색하며 신중하게 제작방법을 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. 제작단계에서는 재 작업 방지를 위해 탄탄하게 기초작업을 하는가하면, 초기에 넘쳐났던 의욕에 비해 작업이 진행될수록 기본에 충실하려 하였다. 교재교구를 제작하면서 예비유아교사들이 경험하는 어려움으로는 특별함에 대한 부담감, 유아를 많이 경험해보지 못한 상태에서 상상으로 맞추어가는 것에 대한 어려움, 계획대로 안 될 때의 당혹감 그리고 친구와의 비교 안에서 상대적인 박탈감이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 어려움을 통해 꼼꼼한 계획과 철저하게 실행하는 것이 교재교구 제작에서 매우 중요하며, 제작 전과정에서 검토와 점검이 반복되어야 함을 깨달음으로써 효과적인 교재교구 제작을 위한 더 나은 발전방향을 찾아가고 있었다.

도계처리 단계별 도체와 처리수의 세균오염 및 염소처리 효과 (Efficacy of Chlorine for Reducing Bacterial Populations and Bacteriological Contamination on Carcass and Treatment Water at Different Stage of Poultry Processing)

  • This study was carried out to assess the effect of the chlorine treatment into water for processing chicken products in each stage of slaughtering, with a special viewpoint related with reducing the viable number of microorganisms by which the water and the chicken body were contaminated. The mean bacterial number on chicken samples after picking process was log5.37$\pm$0.20~5.84$\pm$0.160CFU/$\textrm{cm}^2$. When assessed by standard plate count method, it was the higher one than any other processing stage in which eviscerating, pinning, packaging, and chilling was followed in order of the mean bacterial number. The coliform bacterial numbers on carcasses after sampling from different processing stages were log2.11$\pm$0.63~2.88$\pm$0.25MPN/$\textrm{cm}^2, which show almost similar numbers in each processing stage. But, after chilling process the number was decreased slightly. The bacterial counts in the water for scalding and chilling showed log3.43 $\pm$ 0.59~5.06$\pm$0.21 and log4.30$\pm$0.21~6.62$\pm$0.33CFU/$m\ell$, respectively. In the coliform counts for the water taken out from the 2nd chilling tank, the number was log1.97$\pm$0.35~2.91$\pm$0.22MPN/$m\ell$ which showed higher than those of the 1st and the 3rd chilling tank water. The effect of chlorination in reducing the bacterial numbers was accepted at the residual chlorine concentration of 1$m\ell$/$\ell$by showing the reduction from $10^8$ to $10^4$CFU level and the numbers were decreased less than 10CFU at the concentration of 5mg/$\ell$, when assessed by viable cell counts. In conclusion, these results suggested that chlorination In chilling water with final concentration of 5mg/$\ell$was strongly recommended to reduce the bacterial numbers on final chicken products.

시각 장애인을 위한 실시간 지하철 이용 정보 제공 서비스 개발 (Development of Real-time Subway Information Service for the Visually Impaired)

  • The need for customized services providing real-time subway information through mobile devices for the blind using subway as their primary transportation method is becoming more essential. Therefore, this study is aimed at developing a mobile service to provide real-time subway information by displaying with braille and utilizing Dot Watch. The process of real-time subway information guidance mobile service is as follows: the route confirmation stage, the ride waiting & judgment stage, the on-the-go stage, and lastly, the off-road phase & wrong path state. The service provides real-time appropriate information to the visually impaired people for each situation. It receives subway information through API provided by Seoul Metropolitan Government and ODSay API. The service is developed and coded with in Java using Android Studio, and the communicating method with Dot Watch was done using Bluetooth. The usability evaluation was conducted in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. The evaluation methods mentioned above were carried out by testees, and feedback was given. They assessed that the information provided was useful but still unstable to use the system. It is expected that actual usability will increase if our study is supplemented using voice output function.
