중소기업 근로자의 직무스트레스가 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relevance between Workers' Job Characteristics and Organizational Effectiveness by Job Stress in Small & Medium Sized Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 직무스트레스가 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 부 울 경 지역의 중소기업 중 제조업 및 서비스업에 종사하는 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 379개의 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 역할과다 수준에 따라 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 일부 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에 의하면 다양한 직무특성을 활용하여 조직유효성을 높이고자 하는 중소기업들의 경우 직무스트레스를 적절히 통제하는 것이 조직유효성 증대에 유용할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 향후 대기업과 중소기업간의 비교를 통한 보다 심도 있는 연구를 기대한다.

Characteristics and Influencing Factors on Recuperators with Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders

  • Objective: This study aims to investigate subjects in recuperation to identify the following factors with regard to work-related musculoskeletal diseases: diagnosis in the context of occupational and environmental medicine; assessment systems for judging work-relatedness; recuperation management; workplace management; prevention programs; and care after returning to work. This study intends to analyze differences between subjects and determine what characteristics of subjects account for the differences. Method: A survey was administered to 1,664 workers who were approved by the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service between 2003 and 2005 for recuperation due to work-related musculoskeletal diseases. The data of 229 subjects who responded the survey questionnaire related to recuperation were analysed. Results: According to the results, demographic, occupational, and musculoskeletal disease-related factors were significant. The demographic factors included gender, age, marital status, and region, while occupational factors included working period, work type, size of workplace, and industry type. The factors related to musculoskeletal diseases were the part of the body in pain, the tissues in pain, and the existence of dysfunction. The above factors were associated with statistically significant differences in the following areas: revealed symptom period, symptoms-diagnosis period, and application for recuperation approval periods; diagnosis and care institutes for recuperarion; the state of patients (body parts in pain, tissues in pain, and existence of dysfunction); return to work; and care after returning to work. Conclusion: The results of this study can serve as basic data in setting priorities for prevention programs for work-related musculoskeletal diseases and selecting target groups.

택지개발지구 특성에 따른 거주자의 생활권 내 근린시설 이용행태 - 청주권 3개 택지개발지구를 중심으로 - (Residents' Using Behaviors of Living Facilities According to the Developmental Concepts of Complexes - The Case of the 3 Complexes in Cheongju Area -)

  • This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' using behaviors of living facilities at 3 complexes. The physical characteristics of the complexes have been investigated by a literature study and field survey. In addition, questionnaires were answered by residents on living facilities using behavior on community environment. The tools of analysis are frequency, percentage, and cross tabulation using SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Followings are the results of the study. 1) The developmental concept of 3 complexes maintained its initial identity. (1) The residence-oriented complex, having wider residential space, had better downtown access and more convenient facilities for daily life. (2) The residence-government mixed complex, constructed with an eco-friendly concept, had wider green and public service space and good downtown access but on the other hand, had less convenience facilities because of a short period from construction. (3) The residence-industry mixed complex, located in sub-urbanity and conceding more land for industries, had poor access to downtown but had more convenient facilities for workers' use. 2) The most frequently visited convenience facilities were shopping facilities, large or small, and banks, and activities were commonly done in the complex or adjacent area. This means it is recommended that the developer of the new complex locate convenience facilities in multi-core concentration types or street types rather than one-core concentration types.

  • 하루가 다르게 변화하고 있는 사회에서 혁신적인 역할을 수행할 수 있는 선도적인 리더의 역할이 그 어느때보다도 중요해지고 있다. 현재와 같이 기술의 융복합 시대에서는 이에 부응 할 수 있는 리더의 역할이 더욱 더 중요해지고 있다. 그러나 리더십에 대한 대부분의 연구들은 특정한 분야의 리더십(변혁적, 거래적)에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며, 진정성 리더십에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진정성 리더십에 대한 선행연구들에 대하여 고찰을 하고, 이를 통해 현업에 종사하는 종사자들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 진정성 리더십은 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진정성 리더십이 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 효과는 상사 신뢰에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

임금근로자의 산업재해에 대한 성인지적 분석 (The Gender Sensitive Analysis of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses of Employees)

  • The statistics of occupational injuries and illnesses is one of the most important indicators of worker's safety and health in the field of occupational safety and health. The conventional statistics was produced without consideration of gender difference. This study was planned to investigate the difference of occupational injuries and illnesses by gender because that recently female workers was increased through the change of industrial structure such as from manufacturing dominated to service dominated structure. Statistics of occupational injuries and illnesses collected by workmen's compensation insurance system that have no information about gender composition of population. Economically active population survey was used to calculated the rate of occupational injuries and illnesses by gender. The distribution of estimated rate of occupational injuries and illnesses by industry, occupation and the type of accident were different between male and female employees, but those by the size of enterprise, age of the injured, the duration of the first recuperation, and job tenure were similar between male and female employees. This study has shown that gender sensitive approach may be applied to policy of occupational safety and health because that gender neutral perspective may not discover the fact of gender specific problems.

대구지역 생산직 기혼 여성의 취업 및 가족 생활실태파악과 대책수립에 관한 연구 (1) (A Study on Work and Family Life of Married Female Production Workers and Policy Implications(1))

  • The study examined work and family life of married women employed in a manufacturing industry. Data were gathered from the use of face-to-face interview method from a sample of 230 married working women. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Most of the respondents found the work repetitive and unappealing, with the double burden of a paid work and housework. Thus, it is necessary for the government to implement social policies for married working women, such as establishment of various child care centers, part-time jobs, and dissemination of egalitarian sex-role attitudes. (2) More than half of the respondents were born in rural areas and immigrated to the urban sectors, forming a nuclear family structure. Most of these women were married with love, but some of them could not have a marriage ceremony because of the economic reasons. Thus, it may be necessary to increase the service centers to offer a free marital ceremony. (3) About 30% of the respondents answered they left their preschool aged children unattended, after dismissing from a kindergarden on a private institution. It was shown that working women, even though they were in charge of child-rearing, did not have an effective mechanism to control or protect their children while they were away from home. Most of them frequently used material compensations from their children in order to make up their absence at home. (4) It was found that the strategy for working women to decrease a dual-role conflict is to make a hierachy on the work they to do and to do only basic housework for everyday life and to do the rest of work on a off-day.

서번트 리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구: 상사 신뢰 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Servant Readership on Organizational Effectiveness: Revolved around Effect of Tuned from Confidence of Superior)

  • 경영환경이 급변하는 상황에서 조직은 과거에 비해 변화 지향적인 대응방식이 필요하고 조직의 존속 및 발전을 위한 효율적인 관리를 요구하고 있다. 전통적인 관리모델에 적응되지 못하므로 새로운 리더와 새로운 리더와 부하관계를 원하고 있다 현재 전세계적으로 경기불황이 지속되고 있으며, 이로 인한 소비위축으로 기업들은 많은 어려움에 봉착을 하고 있다. 기업들은 이렇게 끊임없이 변화하는 경영환경과 시장에 대한 체계적인 대응을 하지 못하면 결국 시장에서 도태되게 된다. 이로 인해 리더십의 중요성이 그 어느때보다도 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서번트 리더십에 대한 선행연구들에 대하여 고찰을 하고, 이를 통해 서비스 산업에 종사자하는 종사자들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 서번트 리더십은 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서번트 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과는 상사의 신뢰에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

전국 병원간호사의 임금구조와 임금수준 결정요인 분석 (Nurse Wage Structure and Its Determinants in Hospital Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the wage structure of hospital nurses in Korea and to analyze the factors that determine the level of nurses' wages. Methods: First, a mobile survey on nurses' wages was conducted with a total of 3,742 nurses working in hospitals. A literature review was also done. Second, a regression model was applied to analyze the determinants of nurses' wages. Results: The average monthly wage of 3,742 nurses based on the survey was KRW 3,588,000 and the standardized monthly income of 3,742 nurses was estimated to be KRW 3,364,000 as of the end of 2018. The results of regression analysis(R2=61.7%) showed that gender, nursing experience, designated night duty, ownership, and number of beds were statistically significant variables for nurses' wages at 1% significance level. The monthly wage of nurses working in total nursing care wards was not significantly different from those working in other wards at 5% significance level. Conclusion: The substantial difference in nurses' wages according to job career, hospital size, region, etc may result in the low proportion of nurses with more than three to five years of service experience and the high turnover of less-experienced workers. Consideration should be given to adjust the gap in wage level and a standard nurse wage system could be effective measures.

피부표면 육안확인을 통한 피부상태 분석법 고찰 (A Study on the Analysis Method of Skin Condition through Visual Confirmation of Skin Surface)

  • 피부상태는 미용적인 측면에서 중요한 관심사이다. 본 연구는 뷰티산업종사자들이 육안관찰 또는 스마트폰 등으로 촬영된 피부상태 이미지를 통하여 할 수 있는 개략적 피부상태 분석방법에 대하여 고찰하였다. 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 '피부상태'와 관련된 키워드로 검색되는 학위논문과 학술논문 중 주관적 평가와 객관적 평가를 병행한 논문, 육안확인이 가능한 요인들과의 상관관계를 도출한 논문을 선별하였고, 주관적인 피부상태와 객관적 피부측정결과가 일치하는 요인과 피부표면에서 육안확인이 가능한 요인과의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 주관적·객관적 평가가 일치하는 가장 적합한 요인은 '유분량'이었고, 이는 피부표면에서 육안확인이 가능한 '모공', '피부결', '홍반'과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 이용하여 개략적인 피부상태 분석이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대에 자동화 기술혁신이 떠오름과 동시에 컨테이너 터미널 내에서도 자동화 장비 및 시스템을 도입하기 위한 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 초대형 선박의 등장으로 세계 각 국 터미널은 보다 많은 물동량을 유치하며 신속한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 경쟁력을 키워 나가고자 자동화 기술과 접목하여 항만의 인프라를 구축하고자 한다. 첨단산업으로 떠오르고 있는 자동화 기술을 도입하기 위해 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 터미널 자동화 도입 결정을 위한 구조방정식 모델을 제안하며 실증분석을 위해 터미널 운영사에 종사하는 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결정모형을 통하여 컨테이너 터미널 자동화 도입 시 터미널 운영사에서 중요시 하는 요인을 분석 한 후 가이드라인 역할 및 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.
