국가연구개발프로젝트의 성과물 검증 프로세스 개발에 관한 연구 (Develop the Product Verification Process for the National R&D Project)

  • 일반적으로 고객의 요구사항을 시스템이나 서비스로 구현하는 과정에서 구현된 시스템이나 서비스들이 요구사항을 만족하여 개발 되었는지를 검증하게 된다. 그러나 철도분야의 안전체계나 안전기준을 개발하는 국가연구개발프로젝트의 경우 일반적인 검증 프로세스를 활용하여 이러한 성과물을 검증하는데 많은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가연구개발프로젝트를 통해서 산출되는 안전체계, 안전기준, 프로세스 등의 성과물에 대한 체계적이고 효과적인 검증 프로세스를 제시하였으며, 성과물 검증 프로세스의 결과물을 전산 관리할 수 있는 방안 또한 제시하였다.

  • As a trend of modern service industry, self-service has been widely concerned by all walks of life, but there is a lack of literature on systematic management of the overall research in this field. Recently, people's lifestyle has been forced to change due to the influence of COVID-19, while there have been some changes in the field of self-service research. Based on the Web of Science data source, this study takes the literature of self-service field before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 as the research object, and summarizes the development process, research status and future research trend of self-service field through the Citespace visualization tool. The research shows that firstly, academic circles continue to be enthusiastic about self-service field research, cooperation between countries is becoming more and more diversified. Secondly, the communication between researchers is becoming more and more intensive, and the cooperation between different disciplines gradually becomes the mainstream. Third, related research gradually shifted to the practical application of technology, the research perspective gradually shifted from the initial traditional retail perspective industries such as tourism services. Finally, the role of customer experience and participation behavior in self-service process is gradually emphasized.

  • Recently world industry trends is moved from manufacturing to service. As a result product-market ideology is central to the service enabler of the service. And value creation and delivery of consumer-oriented services as the core design industry is gaining popularity abroad. But the Service design to dispose of the whole process from planning to be done systematically is not yet established a clear concept. This study suggested problems of the current service design industry, service plans and strategies for the development of service design through open questionnaire and FGI(Focus Group Interview) for using service model methodology which is presented by HyeogIn Kwon et al.(2010). And we also consider 27 kinds of developing challenges for service design industry innovation by 6 sectors, such as workforce, R&D, legal framework, lay the foundation, knowledge service and collaborative service.

ASP 인증제도 개발 : 어플리케이션 인증 (Development of Certification Program for Application Service Provider : Application Certification)

  • The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

  • Societies are important sources of new information for users. However. most of these societies still rely on traditional. or rather ancient methods for gathering and servicing the information. Furthermore. most of the societies are trying to electrify processes such as managing members and paper submission as well as the process managing the information for service but are limited due to financial and technical reasons. Therefore. KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information) has developed the $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$ KISTI-ACOMS(KISTI-Article COntribution Management System)$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$ as part of the national project for automating the process of processing academic information by societies. in order to convert journals published by academic societies in Korea into an electronic form and make them accessible on the Internet. This system has been developed in the year 2001 and has since been distributed to societies free of charge. The number of societies requesting the service has risen recently. which prompted us to take more recommendations of the societies that adopt this system into account in expanding and standardizing the area of service being provided by the system.

  • For the sustainable development of the domestic construction project management field, each CM company should try to diversify in terms of service contract types and scope of work while having internationally competitive technical and service capabilities as follows. First, from the initiation of the service to the completion, the CMr should be able to establish and execute a plan to create specific outcomes. Second, CMr must have the capability to produce weekly or monthly cost, schedule, risk, and scope management reports. In addition, it should be possible to apply the cost plus sliding fee method or to systematically and continuously accumulate and process data generated during the construction process.

  • 서비스는 고객과 서비스 제공자 간의 상호작용이나 서비스 전달 프로세스 또는 고객에게 경험을 제공하는 것으로 관점에 따라 다양하게 정의된다. 이처럼, 다양하게 정의되는 서비스의 개발이나 설계를 위한 기존의 서비스 모델링 방법들은 서비스를 고객과 서비스 제공자 간의 활동 또는 기능 위주로 표현하고 있다. 서비스가 물리적인 제품과 구별되는 가장 큰 특징은 생산과 소비가 동시에 발생하는 동시성과 고객들마다 요구와 성향이 다른 이질성이다. 이러한 서비스만의 특성을 모델에 반영하여 서비스의 질을 높이기 위해서는 서비스가 이루어지는 상황 특성을 반영할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 이런 목적으로, 논문에서는 서비스를 고객이 가지고 있는 문제를 해결해가는 프로세스로 정의하고, 문제를 해결해가는 과정의 상황특성을 반영하기 위해 서비스 프로세스를 접촉, 정보, 활동 3가지 요소로 구조화한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 서비스 프로세스를 3가지 구성요소로 모델링하는 Job 매핑 다이어그램을 제시하였으며, 이를 호텔 서비스 사례에 적용하여 블루프린트에 의한 모델링 결과와 비교하였다.

Quality Management (QM) Standard Issues in FM - Based on Guidance on quality in European FM Standard

  • Importance of FM has rapidly increased because of its growing business. However, due to lack of clarity and identity of FM in professional areas, standardization of FM became to be imperative in such a rapidly changing global business environment. Facility services are defined as the provision of support the primary activities of an organization, delivered by an internal or external provider. Majority of FM activities are services related to 'space and infrastructure' and 'people and organization' (CEN, 2011). The purpose of this study is to investigate definitions and characteristics of FM from both globally and domestic environment, by comparison with international or national standards, to identify quality management in FM and service characteristics of FM, to investigate the differences in service level elaboration in FM, and to suggest standard issues of quality management in FM service quality. This study examines contents of the European Standards in FM, Part 3 'Guidance on quality in Facility Management, especially for the process of QM standardized by CEN (2011) and explores undefined issues such as service level, measurement metrics according to service characteristics of FM. The European FM Standard guides the common process of QM in terms of requirements specification, service level elaboration, measurement metrics development although it does not specifically address various service levels, specific performance metrics and indicators.

초등수학 교사교육의 현장연계성 강화를 위한 예비교사-현직교사 협력적 과제 개발 사례 연구 (Case Study on Collaboration between Pre-Service and In-Service Elementary Mathematics Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 초등 교사교육의 현장 연계성을 강화하기 위한 방안으로서 예비교사와 현직교사의 협력을 시도하였다. 예비교사와 현직교사의 협력이 예비교사교육의 실질적인 대안으로 자리 잡기 위해서는 구체적인 사례와 효과가 제시될 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 현직교사와 예비교사가 협력하여 수학 수업 과제를 개발하는 사례를 구체적으로 제시하고, 그 과정에서 예비교사와 현직교사의 역할을 분석하여 협력의 가능성을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사와 현직교사는 과제를 개발하는 과정에서 학생의 수준과 흥미를 고려하거나 수학적 내용을 고려하였다. 각 주체는 학생과 내용의 상호작용 측면을 직접적으로 고려하지는 않았지만, 각자의 역할이 서로에게 영향을 주면서 과제가 개선되는 모습을 확인할 수 있었다.
