The importance of quality logistics service to the enterprises has kept growing considering the fierce competitions. It also asks for the sound definition and the scale explaining the construct of logistics service quality. The current study attempted to identify the construct of logistics service quality and develop the scale to measure it. Various qualitative and quantitative methodologies have been employed in order to provide the solid theoretical and psychometrical foundation of the proposed scale. In so doing, the conceptual definition of Logistics Service quality has been proposed and the 127-item scale measuring the construct of logistics service quality has been developed and found to be reliable and valid.

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 라디안에 대한 이해를 분석하여 라디안 지도에 대한 교수학적 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 라디안의 개념과 속성, 교육과정 및 교과서를 분석한 후 이를 바탕으로 문항을 개발하였으며, 이를 예비교사 35명에게 적용하여 그 반응을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 라디안을 정의보다는 ${\frac{180^{\circ}}{\pi}}$로 기억하는 학생들이 많았으며, 라디안의 정의를 어떻게 이해하고 있는지가 각의 측정문제의 해결전략에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 예비교사들은 라디안의 이중적 의미, 특히 실수 속성에 대한 이해가 부족하였고, 삼각함수가 왜 실수에서 실수로의 함수로 정의되는지에 대해 적절하게 설명하지 못하였으며, 호도법의 필요성과 유용성을 매우 제한적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이상의 결과로부터 ${\frac{180^{\circ}}{\pi}}$를 1라디안으로 정의하는 교과서의 기술 방식이 개선되어야 한다는 것과 일반각이 실수와 일대일 대응임을 언급함으로써 삼각함수의 정의역이 실수임을 자연스럽게 이해하도록 할 것을 제안하였다.

Recently, as the clouding computing begins to receive a great attention from people all over the world, it became the most popular buzz word in recent IT magazines or journal and heard it in many different services or different fields. However, a notion of the cloud service is defined vaguely compared to increasing attentions from others. Generally the cloud service could be understood as a specific service model base on the clouding computing, but the cloud, the cloud computing, the cloud computing service and cloud service, these four all terms are often used without any distinction of its notions and characteristics so that it's difficult to define the exact nature of the cloud service. To explore and analyze the cloud service systematically, an accurate conception and scope have to be preceded. Therefore this study is to firstly clarify its definition by Delpi method using expert group and then tries to provide the foundation needed to enable relative research such as establishing business model or value chain and policies for its activation to set off. For the Delpi, 16 experts participated in several surveys from different fields such industry, academy and research sector. As a result of the research, Characteristics of the Cloud Service are followings : Pay per use, Scalability, Internet centric Virtualization. And the scope as defined including Grid Computing, Utility Computing, Server Based Computing, Network Computing.

IEEE 802.16 Wireless MAN standard specifies the air interface of fixed point-to-multipoint broadband wireless access systems providing multiple services. Among the service classes supported by the wireless MAN, the best effort service class is ranked on the lowest position in priority and is assisted by a MAC scheme based on reservation ALOHL Such MAC scheme must include a number of components, while many of them are not specified in the standard. In this paper, we thus reveal main components of a MAC scheme supporting the best effort service and present candidate schemes implementing such components. Combining schemes for implementing components, we then construct distinctive MAC schemes supporting best effort service. In designing a MAC scheme, the delay performance induced by the scheme should be considered since scarce resource may be available for the best effort service after the preemptive resource occupation by other service classes. In this paper, we focus on the delay fairness among the subscriber stations using the best effort service. For evaluating a MAC scheme in delay fairness, we present two definitions of delay fairness and provide a criterion for optimal MAC scheme according to each definition of delay fairness. Using a simulation method we investigate the mean delay performance exhibited by each MAC scheme arid find an optimal scheme in delay fairness. From numerical examples, we observe that SR/ED/PG＋P scheme has strong delay fairness compared with MR/ED/PG＋P and SR/ED/PG＋D schemes according to a definition of delay fairness. However, other schemes are rather shown to have better delay fairness when the other definition is adopted.

The overall goal of this study is to identify what I'||'&'||'R is, and what services should be offered as legitimate I'||'&'||'R actives. The gist of the study is as follows: 1. The shift of the clients targeted to receive the services from disadvantageous to every person. 2. Ambiguity in I'||'&'||'R definition. Because it is hard to distinguish I'||'&'||'R service from the traditional reference service, and shifting of clients, the establishment of the definition was very difficult. Instead of a definite answer, the criteria for "I'||'&'||'R Providers" was drawn. 3. Most provided services were simple and complex information giving based on resource file. Constructing resource file is a major component of I'||'&'||'R service. 4. From 1980s, many I'||'&'||'R providing libraries adapted computer a n.0, pplications. 5. Social work and library-internship was advised to conduct a cooperative project by NCLIS, I'||'&'||'R Task Force. 6. In the high technological era, there continue to be many people who need the su n.0, pportive relationship. I'||'&'||'R is to optimize both the service and clients. Librarian must learn from the principle of high tech/high touch.

The purpose of this study is to explore the model and application for family life welfare service in Korea. In order to explore the characteristics of family life welfare service, the object, the extent and approach for family life welfare service is examined. The model for family life welfare service is constructed on the base of definition for family life welfare-subsistence of family life, personal formation and development, the creation of community culture-, family life cycle and demand for family life welfare service. Lastly, the contents and politic supports for family life welfare service are examined.

This paper deals with a denial of service is about without permission knocking off service, for example through crashing the whole system. Another definition is that denial of service is seeing to that someone don't get what they paid for. The Network Denial of service Attack Detection System designed and implemented through suggested algorithm can detect attacking from the outside among denial of service attacks. It shown that designed system gives the system administrator the opportunity to detect denial of service attack.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the understandings of elementary pre-service teachers about 'estimation' in the elementary mathematics. Together with this analysis, we identify elementary pre-service teacher's Mathematical Pedagogical Contents Knowledge(MPCK), especially focusing to Subject Matter Knowledge(SMK). In order to this goals, we investigate contents relating to 'estimation' from $1^{st}$ curriculum to 2009 revised curriculum and compare 'rounding up', 'rounding off', 'rounding' in the elementary mathematics textbooks. As results of investigations, 'estimation' has been teaching at the 'Measurement' domain from $3^{rd}$ curriculum, but contexts of measuring weaken from $7^{th}$ curriculum. 'Rounding up(off)' is defined three types in the textbooks from $1^{st}$ to 2009 revised curriculum. And we examine elementary pre-service teachers through the questions on these 'estimation' contents. On the analysis of pre-service teacher's understanding relating MPCK, four themes is summarized as followings; the understanding of '0' in the 'rounding up', the cognitive gap between 'rounding up' and 'rounding off', the difference of percentage of correct answers according to types of question in the 'rounding up', and the difference between the definition of 'rounding up' and the definition of 'rounding'.

The home network has been revitalized due to the emergence of the high-speed broadband network and explosive increases of the home network services. Especially multicast based high-definition (HD) IPTV service is on high demand from both Internet service provider (ISP) and users. In order to provide high quality HD IPTV service without packet loss and delay, the ISP utilizes various network QoS mechanisms. Due to the misleading fact, that the home gateway is considered as an end terminal in terms of the ISP's viewpoint, the ISPs can not guarantee the end-to-end QoS within the scope of the current home network architecture. Therefore, an independent QoS guaranteed mechanism should be considered within the home network domain. As the home gateway manages both private home and public access network within the home network, we propose and implement a novel QoS mechanism for the multicast based HD IPTV service over the home gateway. In order to provide QoS guaranteed HD IPTV service, the proposed mechanism classifies the packets, manages home network bandwidth resources, and executes call admission control using the channel join message. Also, we utilize layer 2 multicast packet forwarding scheme to improve the overall performance of the home network services. Through the experiments of implementing the multicast based HD IPTV services, we will verify the efficiency of the proposed mechanism.

This study is aimed at analyzing earth conception the nine pre service teachers who are majoring in earth science education and classifying a special feature from the ontological categories. Open ended questionnaires and semi structured interviews which meant to contribute to identifying ontological categories of concepts involving study area were designed. Pre service teachers' ontological category about earth conception most showed to dynamic and proto process. In the results show that many pre service teachers recognize simply the conception to a material, a condition and a conversion of the state changing. Most of the pre service teachers show their intermediate understanding level about the earth inner construction according to the analyzed results of the drawing tasks and interviews. The main alternative conceptions show them through a definition of the plate, a wording definition between lithosphere and asthenosphere, a feature of the plate boundary, a heat convection in the earth inner, the earth inner heat source, the earth inner structure, a physical feature of the mantle.
