This study analyzed the effect of the farm's sense of community on participation satisfaction by participating in the contract cultivation of onions. To this end, we investigated the participation satisfaction with the sense of community's emotional connection, fulfillment of need, membership, and influence. According to the analysis of the sense of community of onion farmers, the definition of need, membership, and influenced participation satisfaction and were statistically significant. It was also shown to affect sense of community in the order of membership, Influence, fulfillment of need, and emotional connection. Therefore, it is necessary to form a continuous relationship with the leader and Nonghyup, to lead to improved farm income, induce pride as a member of participating farmers, and form a positive perception among onion farmers.

Community participation, community satisfaction and sense of community stand out as key factors that promote community development. This study aims to examine the structural equation model among sense of community, community participation, and community satisfaction in the Rural New Revitalization Plus Projects in Kongju. Data were collected from 411 structured questionnaires twenty-three rural communities, Kyeongnam and Chungnam province. Results showed that individuals with shared emotional connection were more likely to participate community development projects. And individuals with membership and fulfillment of needs are more like to be satisfied with their community. Additionally community participation has the fully moderating effect between shared emotional connection and satisfaction. Findings suggest that policy makers and community development practitioners consider community participation and sense of community for enhancing community development.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect poor quality of life (QOL) of older adults who received home health service. Method: The sample 492 older adults participated in the study. The QOL was measured using the scale of QOL of Ware and other data were collected through face-to-face interviews from September to August, 2009. Results: The level of QOL was moderate (Mean 24.4, SD 7.4). The QOL was poorer in older adults (p<.05) and in those living alone (p<.01) compared to older adults and those living with couple or family respectively. The QOL was positively correlated with a sense of mastery (r=.213, p<.05), connection of health (r=.160, p<.05) and a cognitive function (r=.119, p<.01), and negatively correlated with Activities of Daily Living (r=-.266, p<.01) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (r=-.339, p<.01). Sense of mastery, connection of health & welfare, and IADL were significant predictors of QOL. Conclusion: Finding suggest that home health service program should incorporate strategies for increasing sense of mastery and capability of performing IADL, and strengthening connection of health service that may improve QOL of older home health service recipients.

Nowadays, more and more countries are paying attention to basic teaching, so it can be found that they are carrying out a new round of basic teaching reform. The fundamental purpose is to adapt to the economic, cultural and technological development of the 21st century, so that their nationals will not be eliminated in the competition of the world environment, the spiritual civilization and material life of the nationals can be further improved, and they can have an advantage in the competition and catch up with the advanced level of the world. The cultivation of preschoolers' mental health determines the future development of a person. Through the long-term practice of art teaching at the Longyuan Branch of the District Third Kindergarten of Guangxi, This paper summarizes some effective teaching methods to cultivate children's connection ability and sense of security through aesthetic education.Firstly, preschoolers' contact ability was studied, and the aspects such as the definition of contact ability and the reasons for the formation of contact ability were explored. Secondly, the development of preschoolers' sense of security, what to avoid in order to develop a good sense of security and the effects of security on children were investigated. Finally, several specific teaching cases were written based on these theories. Through these cases, aesthetic education was utilized to promote preschoolers' contact ability and develop a sense of security. The study mainly draws the following conclusions that if children want to have a successful career, a happy family in the future, it is crucial to have the ability of connect and security in childhood. Aesthetic education can promote the formation of children's ability of connection and security.Finally, I write specific teaching cases based on the above theories and practice, through which these cases use aesthetic education to promote the formation of children's contact ability and sense of security.

The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of asymptotical deferred statistical equivalence in the Wijsman sense for double set sequences. Also, we give some properties of this concept and prove some theorems associated with this concept. Furthermore, we examine the connection between the concepts of asymptotical deferred statistical and Cesàro equivalence in the Wijsman sense for double set sequences.

Unpleasant facilities have been unwelcomed by residents within the region since they are considered to negatively influence the living conditions of the region. Yet recently, a park project within these unpleasant facility areas has begun to improve the negative impression of the region and the satisfaction of local residents has been shown to be very high. Also a park project within unpleasant facilities is found to have significant influence on the community, including resolving conflicts and building mutual friendships among residents by creating pleasant living conditions and improving the quality of life of local residents. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the park project within unpleasant facilities changes the satisfaction level of local residents and affects the sense of community. In order to do so, surveys were given to visitors of Seoul Maru Park, which was turned into a park from a sewage treatment center. According to the analysis result, after the sewage treatment center was recreated as Maru Park, citizen satisfaction was found to be very high. The sense of community that the visitors feel was found to be high in general, but the 'sense of connection and neighbor bonds' turned out to be lower compared to the 'sense of settlement and belonging.' A regression analysis was performed to determine the relative influence of visitor satisfaction on the sense of community. As a result, in the division of 'sense of settlement and belonging,' the satisfaction with ecological health was affected the most, followed by satisfaction with scenic beauty, whereas satisfaction with cleanness had no influence. In the division of 'sense of connection and neighbor bond,' none of the satisfaction with cleanness, ecological health and scenic beauty showed any influence in the analysis. According to the above result, a park project within unpleasant facilities brings a positive influence on the 'sense of settlement and belonging,' yet in order to improve the 'sense of connection and neighbor bond,' which is not influenced by the project, the adequate facilities and activity programs are considered to be necessary to change the residents' of sense of community.

It is important to understand sense of community and community participation for successful community development projects. This study aims to identify the factors influencing community participation on sense of community. Data were collected from 173 usable respondents from 8 villages in Gyeongsangnam-do. Results of a factor analysis yielded two dimensions of sense of community which were shared emotional connection/influence and reinforcement of needs/membership. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that female, less educated, younger are more likely to be highly participated. The study suggested that policy makers and community practitioners consider the sense of community, age, gender, and educational background to enhance community participation.

Typography in visual communication design is 'potential form' hidden within a space. Showing rhythm in typography is making 'aesthetic sense' in a graphic which has formative characteristics, the way of expression is very important. When the rhythm is recognized through visual stream, Rhythmic Sense is formed. The research will present a new form of the Visual Rhythmic Sense by analyzing typography works out positively. First of all, I researched works done by Fillippo Marinetti, Robert Massin, Wolfgang Weingart, and David Carson for their vigorous experimentalism in typography in forming visual rhythm. I used S.D. Scale method to analyze characteristics of visual image and VARIMAX for factor analysis reaching types of visual rhythm, which could be classified as following. (1) Synesthesia Rhythmic Sense (R-synesthesia) means that the senses are conveyed through 'visualization of auditory sense' and 'visualization of touch' (2) Simultaneous Rhythmic Sense (R-simultaneity) means that the time and space co-exist in one plane. (3) Connective Rhythmic Sense(R-connection) means that different factors (Within one plane) co-exist interacting with one another and creating a unified impression through such a process. (4) Artist Oriented Rhythmic Sense ($-artist) means that the artist interprets the content subjectively and expresses his/her impression, thereby, attracting a gaze of audience systematically and arbitrarily. (5) Reader Oriented Rhythmic Sense(R-reader) avoids the existing legibility formed through aggressive engagement of the reader.

Neural networks are used to predict the sense of touch of polyurethane coated fabrics. In this study, we used the multi layer perceptron (MLP) neural networks in Neural Connection. The learning algorithm for neural networks is back-propagation algorithm. We used 29 polyurethane coated fabrics to train the neural networks and 4 samples to test the neural networks. Input variables are 17 mechanical properties measured with KES-FB system, and output variable is the sense of touch of polyurethane coated fabrics. The influence of MLF function, the number of hidden layers, and the number of hidden nodes on the prediction accuracy is investigated. The results were as follows: MLP function, the number of hidden layer and the number of hidden nodes have some influence on the prediction accuracy. In this work, tangent function, the architecture of the double hidden layers and the 24-12-hidden nodes has the best prediction accuracy with the lowest RMS error. Using the neural networks to predict the sense of touch of polyurethane coated fabrics has hotter prediction accuracy than regression approach used in our previous study.
