세계보건기구 기능제약평가목록 2.0 : 12항목-버전의 한글도구 개발과 신뢰도 검사 (Cultural Adaptation and Reliability Testing of Korean Version of the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 : 12-item versions)

  • Purpose: The aims of the study were to develop and to establish reliability in Korean versions of World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0(KWHODAS 2.0): 12 item-self(12-self) and 12 item-interviewer(12-interviewer) versions. Methods: KWHODAS 2.0: 12-item versions were developed in idiomatic modern Korean with a process involving independent translation, synthesis of the translations, independent back translation, and review by an expert committee to achieve equivalence with the original English. 88 participants were included in the study. 33 of participants filled the 12-self version twice to examine test-retest reliability and 55 of participants were assessed simultaneously by four interviewers using the 12-interviewer version. Intra-rater reliability was evaluated using the intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC) and inter-rater reliability was evaluated using both the ICC and k statistic. Results: Test-retest reliability for the 12-self version was excellent with $ICC_{(2,1)}$ value ranged from 0.94(CI 0.88-0.98) to 0.96(CI 0.90-0.98). Inter-rater reliability for the 12-interviewer version showed excellent agreement with $ICC_{(2,1)}$ from 0.94(CI 0.91-0.96) to 1(CI 1.0-1.0). K value was observed from 0.95 to 1. Conclusion: KWHODAS 2.0: 12-self and 12-interviewer versions were successfully translated and both scales showed excellent reliability. It is now suitable for use in clinical and research applications.

비영리단체의 자선충동 동기에 관한 연구 -자기결정성 이론을 중심으로- (The study on the Consumer's Motivation of Charity Impulse in Non-profit Organization-Based on Self-Determination Theory)

  • 본 연구는 비영리단체에 기부를 하는 소비자들의 자선충동의 동기가 심리적 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 근거한 비영리단체에 대한 자선충동 동기가 소비자-비영리단체 간의 동일시를 매개변수로 하여 기부충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 비영리단체의 자선적 충동 동기의 경우 개인의 자율성과 해당 비영리기관과의 관련 및 유능성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 특히 관련 및 유능성의 경우 비영리 단체와의 동일시에 중요한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기부자들이 비영리단체에 대한 심리적 측면에서의 자선충동 동기에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정에서 자선모금기관이 재원을 확보할 수 있는 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 구축하는데 기초자료를 제공하며 소비자들의 자선충동 동기에 대해 탐색하는 최초의 연구로서 중요한 의의를 가진다.

A Self-Organizing Scheme for Swarm Systems

  • A control system design based on coupled nonlinear oscillators (CNOs) for a self-organized swarm system is presented. In this scheme, agents self-organize to flock and arrange group formations through attractive and repulsive forces among themselves using CNOs. Virtual agents are also used to create richer group formation patterns. The objective of the swarm control in this paper is to follow a moving target with a final group formation in the shortest possible time despite some obstacles. The simulation results have shown that the proposed scheme can effectively construct a self-organized multi-agent swarm system capable of group formation and group immigration despite the emergence of obstacles.

간호사의 감정노동과 소진, 이직의도와의 관계에서 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 역할 (The Role of Self-Efficacy and Social Support in the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Burn out, Turn over Intention among Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Self-efficacy and Social Support in the emotional labor among hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from 389 nurses in 3 general hospitals by means of structured questionnaires. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchial multiple regression using the SPSS 14.0 program. Result: (a) self-efficacy of hospital nurses had no significant moderating and mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. (b) Social support of hospital nurses had significant mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. However, social support did not show moderating effects. Conclusion: Social support was a more important predictor of emotional labor than self-efficacy of hospital nurses. This finding suggests the importance of social support to increase hospital nurses psychological well-being and development of organization.

  • THSRC uses the self-certification system for its high-speed rail construction. The self-certification system takes advantages of obtaining good qualify in project and communicating well between contractors and QA/QC organization. But one should understand ISO 9000s and the self-certification system of contractors in advance and contractors try to control Quality of construction spontaneously. Actually, construction progress is slowed down because of increased QA/QC works. For adapting this system in domestic construction, it is need to understand ISO 9000s and the self-certification system.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify which factors are important for learning performance and the moderating effects of self-regulated factors such as elaboration and organization between users characteristic(perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) and learning performance. To Accomplish these research purpose, this study performed a survey and 173 response were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, 7 factors(ease of use, interactivity, accuracy, media richness, perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) had significant impacts on learning performance whereas reliability did not. Second, the moderating effects of self-regulated factors showed that Elaboration of self-regulated factors can be considered as a significant moderating variable between 2 factors(perceived usefulness, internet experience) and teaming performance.

  • This study is focusing on the fact that Medical bodies are a labor-intensive organization in the technological field which needs technical knowledge and concerted efforts and then explaining the job value and the workplace value on the basis of trust in terms of a sense of organizational unity. The study reveals that, the higher recognition of their seniors the medical workers have, the higher level of self-esteem for job value they have. In terms of personal characteristics, educational experience has a meaningful influence on self-esteem for job value; in terms of job characteristics, the period of one`s service and monthly salary have a meaningful influence on it. And, it is found, the higher the pride on workplace, respect and trust in seniors, loyalty to seniors and self-esteem for job value are, the more proud they feel of workplace.

  • 고정노드를 사용하는 일반적인 센서 네트워크와 달리 최근의 무선 센서 네트워크에서는 노드의 이동이 빈번히 일어난다. 이러한 무선 센서 네트워크에서는 센서노드의 이동성을 고려하여 동적으로 자가구성이 가능한 라우팅 프로토콜이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 고정 노드에서의 자가구성과 에너지효율성이 유용한 LEACH 프로토콜을 기반으로 하여 노드의 이동에 따라 클러스터가 동적으로 자가 구성되는 M-LEACH 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 직무만족, 개인성과간의 관계 (The Relationship of Self-leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Outcome in Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among self-leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived outcome in nurses. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 217 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression on SPSS 10. 0 version. Results: The degree of Self-leadership was 3.38 out of 5 as a mean point. There was a significant difference in self-leadership according to age, level of education, working department, and position. There was a significant positive correlation between self-relationship and job satisfaction, self-relationship and perceived outcome, and job satisfaction and perceived outcome. The stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of job satisfaction and perceived outcome was constructive thinking. Conclusion: In conclusion, the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with job-satisfaction of nurse and outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

Effects of Perceived Psychological Contract on Commitment and Citizenship Behavior for Service Marketing Agents

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of service marketing agents' psychological contract with the company on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The antecedent variable of psychological contract, dependent variables of organizational commitment and citizenship behavior, and mediating variables of self-esteem, self-efficacy, and perceived organization support were used, based on precedent studies. Result - The psychological contract had a positive influence on self-esteem, self-efficacy, and organizational support. Moreover, self-efficacy and organizational support had an influence on commitment, while self-esteem, self-efficacy, and organizational support influenced organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the results relating to mediated effects showed that only self-esteem had no mediated effect between contract and commitment. Conclusions - The call centers are asked to let the agents cognize an affirmative psychological contract. Further, the call centers are asked to produce an organizational atmosphere to let agents increase motivation factors. Finally, agents should develop them at personal levels to cognize organizational support affirmatively and to keep mutually beneficial contracts between call centers and agents.
